Inspired by Bojagi, a traditional Korean cloth art, the award-winning Studio Piet Boon designed all 241 unique guest rooms, reinterpreting colors and patterns in a modern way.

This is evident in the diagonally designed wall, which enhances the sense of space. Jogakbo, a traditional Korean patchwork, inspires the hotel's dining experience, aiming to recreate the vibrant atmosphere of Seoul's street and alleyway dining in a more sophisticated setting.

Three innovative drinking and dining venues flow seamlessly into adjacent spaces, allowing guests to relax in an open and free environment while exploring a variety of creative cuisines inspired by local flavors. In response to COVID-19, we are taking multiple steps to care for your well-being.

Precautionary measures include enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures in all guest rooms, dining outlets, and public spaces to maintain a safe environment for you and your loved ones. Starting in 2024, there has been a change in breakfast charges.

Really nice hotel that’s at a great location. Right by subway, food and shopping options all around it. Can walk to Hyundai department store in a few minutes. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had 5 in our group which Uber doesn’t offer 5 seater - so the staff would call us a van each time we needed it. I highly recommend the hotel - and will definitely be back.

Great hotel with only one minor issue

This hotel has wonderful facilities, and at a great location. The only bad thing I will point out is the universal receptacles because they are overly loose.

This would be a 5 star review, however, the bedding and the immediate sleeping area was quite a bit dusty, and caused some irritation for our sinuses.

The hotel is very good and the service is excellent. A great location and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a dust allergy.

Great stay in trending neighborhoods

Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff helpful and communicated well. The indoor pool with spas are amazing. Such a great way to start and finish your day touring around. Blue Bottle right next door was a nice treat and public transit very convenient.

Week long stay by 2 adults + 1 infant

A bit disappointing when staff assists another customer although I had been there first and had been waiting quite a long while already. Wish staff would try to be a bit more attentive or mindful of such issues.

Although Seoul is now a very international city, I found that staff's level of english was not fluent enough for basic hotel conversations (ie - when asking for cutlery or requesting to sign up for the rewards program)

Hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable rooms, however there are huge issues with plumbing - the water does not go down well in the shower or wash basin. When showering, one ends up standing in inches of water. Same when washing hands or face.

As for the bed mattress, as someone with back shoulder neck issues their mattress is too soft and made it hard to fall asleep and resulted in neck pains. For a newer hotel barely a year old, surprised to find the the mattress dipping in the centre already. Not sure if there are different options but will ask in future.

If travelling with baby, this hotel gets extra points for having nice amenities for baby including Mustela toiletries, Nuna baby bed, Stokke high chair in the restaurant.

I checked in late at night around 9 pm.
Valet staffs were not at sight. Waited more than 10 minutes. Check in staffs were professional. Room service was prompt and kind. Room size was big enough and liked their “genie” service. Only downside is that hallway noise is rather loud. You could hear noise at 1am or 7am whenever there is people walking around at the hallway or housekeeping in the hallway!

Teething problems, slow staff and well overpriced

The building itself is very new, well furnished and very comfortable.
It's a modern style and they've done away with the traditional entrance and check-in desk etc.
On the +ve side the bed was really comfy and there was plenty of choice for breakfast even if it was verrry slow.
With my colleagues we joked every morning about how long the coffee would take to arrive. It's actually ridiculous that it can take so long to get a cappuccino.
Biggest -ve of my stay was also the lack of hot water on the morning of a very important business meeting.
Staff were apologetic because of a faulty system but it completely destroyed my short stay.
Would also say that staff are obviously all new. Everything takes ages, everyone has to ask somebody else and concierge don't have even a basic knowledge of the local area.
We asked for a bar nearby and were sent on a walking mission to a pizza restaurant which was closed :(
Hotel is nice, all clean and new but they have a long way to go regarding service. Absolutely not worth the premium price compared to other 5* hotels.
There is not much in the area either so if you're in Seoul for vacation head across the river to somewhere more central.

Poor internal cadence. We contacted them 3 times through emails to request an extra bed and crib but never got a reply. After the free cancellation date, I called them to make sure we have them ready but they told us they’re not able to accommodate the crib. At this point already, I was disappointed as we could have canceled the reservation itself if they had replied to at least one of my three emails. However, since it was too late to cancel, I asked them to have the crib ready upon checkin as we were arriving there at midnight and wanted to go straight to bed.
We went to the hotel and then were told the crib wasn’t available either. They offered to make the couch an extra bed but I wished they had told us so when I called them and also have made the bed already as I requested. They had to make the bed for us at 2am. We were relieved one of our daughters had her own space to sleep but this whole process could have been done with much less stress.
The hotel itself is nice but very disappointed with their communication and internal cadence.

お部屋が広めである事と駅直結である事、いろいろな場所に行くのに便利であるため今回もこちらに滞在しました。
朝食もとても美味しく朝から大満足でした。
ホテルのスタッフの方々もとても親切に対応して頂き楽しい韓国旅行を満喫できました。
あと一つ難点はシャワーの水圧がイマイチだった事でした。とても使いにくいシャワーだったのでそこだけが残念でした。
