Spacious but very basic. The buildings are all tired and need a refurb. We stayed in block 3 which was by the road and it’s noisy. You can hear traffic from the bedroom even with the AC on. There’s no lift either.
Lacked essentials like a kettle, condiments ie salt pepper etc. did get a kettle off housekeeping eventually after asking.
Theres a safe in the room but its an extra €4 per day to rent it.
Only one spare pillow in cupboard. Got another from reception but no cover. The duvet didn’t have a cover either, you had to use the sheet on the bed which didn’t fit it right. Balcony walls grotty.
Kids at pool were annoying; noisy throwing a ball about, splashing guests etc and left unsupervised - I’m sure they were the maintenance/ground staff’s kids as they knew them well and spoke same language (not Spanish more like Moroccan Arabic or something). All for kids playing etc but this was OTT and you couldn’t relax.

Location was good and reception staff were friendly and upbeat.

Overall it wasn’t worth the money paid, and it meant our hols started on a downer. I’d do more research and stay somewhere else nearby as the area is sound and on the quieter side of the bay.

We stayed there for a short break - 3 nights. The property is ideally situated at the quieter end of Santa Ponça with a small bay and harbour nearby. It’s also a short walk to the main beach. The apart/hotel itself is more of a traditional style, no frills but it does have everything that you need. Clean rooms with small kitchenette, aircon and really comfy bed. The pool is well maintained with a life guard on all day. There is no bar or restaurant, but that is not an issue as there are many places around. The staff were more than friendly and helpful. I would return.

I’ll start by saying this is a nice location and the area is walkable with two beaches nearby and buses are very easy. The place is fine for what you pay for but they did not clean our room the whole time w were there for 3 days. Our towels weren’t changed and trash was never taken out. Nor did they give us bags to take it out ourselves or dish soap to wash dishes. Would have been nice to know we needed to supply all these things. Also bring a pool towel bc they say it’s forbidden to use the singular towel they give you at the pool. Bad sewage smell as well.

Fantastic

Had an amazing stay. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos. The rooms are relatively basic but it had everything we needed for the week. The pool was a good size and plenty of sun beds in sun and shade. It was a very chilled atmosphere which is perfect for relaxing. Ideal location for us: Super close to a smaller beach and only 5-10mins walk to the main beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception.

The children enjoyed the pool and the rooms are perfect, small kitchen with enough cooking utensils for lunch and beds were so comfortable. The perfect get away.

The Apart hotel is in a quiet part of Santa Ponsa but very close to the center. The place is very clean and well maintained. There was no noisy clients and the staff is excellent. If we come back to Santa Ponsa we will stay there for sure! See you soon :-)

Only downside is no English Channels on TV to keep up with the news and sport , All Spanish and German .
Loverly swimming pool also right next to little beach . With great restaurants, and mariner near by as well as the big beach .

Sun beds for everyone

We Absolutely loved our stay. Located in the quiet part of Santa Ponsa with a short walk to a secluded cove beach and on to a yacht club, you’d have no idea you were in a massive holiday resort. A ten minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to the main resort, bars and restaurants.
A lovely bakery opposite the apartments for breakfast, coffee and lunch is inexpensive and very good quality.
The pool area has plenty of sun beds for everyone and was great fun for all the children and adults alike.
Pool doesn’t open until 10am which is a bit odd and my only complaint.
We will be going back.

Great apartment in perfect location

A lovely apartment complex on the main road out of Santa Ponsa. We were close to the small beach, supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants and only a short (5-10 minute) walk from the main beach and tourist area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool had plenty of sun loungers (though was too cold to swim in in early May). We were able to park for free on the road that ran behind the accommodation and were able to access it through a small gate at the back. The room was well equipped for self catering, though as we were required to put the key card into the slot to run the electricity, the fridge did go off if we left the apartment. WiFi was an additional charge, which we did not take up as it was lovely to get away from it all for a few days.

Third stay at surfing playa, twice under new management. My friend and I arrived around midnight, check in was quick then we were shown to our room which was spotless and modern, newly refurbished last year. Be aware although booking a one bedroom apartment with two single beds we were informed on arrival that the every room/apartment now only have double beds and a sofa bed in the living room which wasn't ideal, we hadn't paid for either of us to sleep on a sofa all week! We booked with hotels.com but not sure if they or surfing playa are to blame for the mixup, also surfing playa website states strictly no groups/ stags/hens ect although most of the guests were groups/stags/hens ??? But there were no problems at all with either, surfing playa maybe should adjust their website? Also says free WiFi but you have to pay for this.

Lovely quiet apartments

The refurbishment of these apartments has been done to a high standard. Very comfortable bed and when we were there it was very quiet Having read previous reviews I think there had been a lot of Hen and Stag groups allowed to stay, but when we there that had seemed to stop. We had a couple of issues when we arrived - we couldn't get our safety deposit box to work, there was no plug in the kitchen sink and our toaster wasn't working. It took one visit to reception and all issues were sorted out in minutes. The only complaint I have is that in the 11 days we stayed the apartment was cleaned once with only one change of sheets.

Clean, but a few surprises caught us off guard.

We stayed here at the weekend. Rooms are basic and clean. Went with a group of friends, but would recommend for families as well as it was so clean and spacious.
However, there is a really bad smell from the sewers which came through the bathroom. It wasn't pleasant but we were able to deal with it. They also haven't stated on these booking engines that there was a £200 deposit needed on all rooms when you arrived. Not a great surprise at 3am.

Nice Hotel in excellent location.

Location of Hotel is ideal, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars of Santa Ponsa.
It is also between Two lovely but very different beaches, The large main beach with its sun beds and water sports, beach bars and toilets. And a small cove beach with just one restaurant and bar. Both are well shaded with trees lining along the back ideal for younger children.
Rooms are nice, beds comfy and their is a walk in shower. Our air con worked well.
The hotel has a mixture of family and single sex groups and can get a bit noisy, around the pool in the afternoon and at night when people return to their rooms after a night out.

We managed to get an apartment for 4 people at a very reasonable price so we didn’t expect a lot! But on arrival you could tell a lot of recent work had been done to modernise the place. At check in we needed a credit card for deposit purposes so worth knowing. The apartment itself had a decent enough kitchen, nice modern bathroom and the bedroom was a good size. The biggest downside was that it wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay! We got a set of fresh towels half way through but that was it so we had to wear flip flops around the apartment. Very impressed with the pool - lovely and warm, comfy to sit on the side and big enough to be able to swim even when busy. Poolside shower which was great. The bar was reasonably priced too! Also a great location for both of the beaches. Lots of shops nearby for supplies, on the quieter side of Santa Ponsa. Would return!

Nice hotel in a touristy place

Santa Ponca, where the hotel is situated, is a place with hotels (some of them are larger) and obviously prepared for tourists. There is a nice little sand beach 5min from the hotel or a larger one about 10 min walk. A big supermarket about 5 min drive away. The highway is around 8 min drive. There is no parking, however a public parkinglot (free) is 3 min away walk - or a nearby street...

We have been going santa ponsa many years and have stayed here on a few previous occasions . The place is in a nice quiet location near to the beach and is very clean . However the decor is still the same as when we first visited years ago and now looks drab and the beds are extremely uncomfortable - they have plastic backing on the mattress and my bed sank in the middle .

The hotel is in a Prime location, the rooms allow room to relax and privacy for parents. They have a trundle bed for children that sleeps 2. It was very convenient. There is no parking on the premise. You need to find street parking which can be a bit of a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. The rooms are a bit dated and could use done updating but overall it was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast which was included in the booking was very poor offered croissants ( ran out ) so just toast, the toaster was broken and had to hold down on a 2 slot toaster, so most had to queue.
The pool was clean and maintained well, and the hotel was in a fab location.

check in was no problem and the room we had was great only 1 flight up and overlooking the pool with a sea view which was nice to wake up to each morning, the hotel staff were very helpful when asked for any information and the rooms were cleaned every 2 days with clean towels and bedding, the room itself was adequate for our needs although a standard kettle would have been better than the other machine.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in allem okay. Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweite Mal da. Allerdings ist bei uns aus der Dusche das ganze Wasser an der Seite rausgelaufen da die Dichtung kaputt war. Wenn man das nicht gesehen hat, konnte es schon gefährlich werden mit einer Riesenpfütze auf dem Boden … wir hatten zwei Tage über uns Party und Möbelrückerei mitten in der Nacht . was aber scheinbar ein Ausnahmefall war. Die Rezeption war leider nicht besetzt, um sich zu beschweren. Der Pool ist toll, die Gegend ist ruhig. Wenn man noch das richtige Zimmer erwischt (Ohne Mängel und ohne laute Nachbarn) kann es ein toller Urlaub werden. :) Taxi zum Flughafen kostet zwischen 45 und 55 € je nach Tageszeit ( Transfer /- 30 Minuten).

Huone ja majoituspaikan ympäristö oli todella kivat ja saimme merinäköalan parvekkeeltamme pyytämättä. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin kehno ja asiakaspalvelu huonoa. Sijainti hyvä. Uima-allas alue viihtyisä. Astianpesuainetta ei ollut huoneessa. Uusia pyyhkeitä sai vain pyytämällä ja palauttamalla vanhan likaisen pyyhkeen vastaanottoon. Vessapaperia oli liian vähän. Hiustenkuivain oli rikki, mutta saimme uuden pyytämällä.

Fint, enkelt hotell. Väldigt mysigt och lungt och skönt. Trevligt poolområde, alldeles lagom. Ligger bra till för resturangbesök och nära till stranden. Kan bara rekommendera att åka hit.

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel, y compris et surtout le
au manager. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 1h du matin,, assez épuisé après un retard de 3h de notre vol, et 1h d'attente pour la location de voiture. Le check-in a été un véritable calvaire, il semble que ma réservation ait été mal \"faite\". J'ai soit disant renseigné 0 an l'age de ma fille, alors qu'elle en a 16 ans. Le réceptionniste nous a complètement démoralisé pendant plus d'une heure, nous annonçant en premier un supplément de 190e/nuit, puis trouvant une astuce pour arranger les choses, pour nous rappeler 15mn plus tard dans notre chambre en nous explicant malgré le pour boire donné qu'il ne pouvait rien faire sauf d'en parler au manager. Cela nous a fait coucher quand même à 3h30 du matin avec beaucoup d'inquiétude.
Le lendemain, cela nous a pris à peine 10mn avec le manager pour trouver une solution acceptable.
Hormis ce check-in désastreux, le séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Spontan gebucht, ohne Erwartungen und waren sehr überrascht, einfache und schicke Appartements. Kleiner Pool, ausreichend für die abendliche Planschrunde der Kinder. Betten sehr hart (muss man mögen) und leider die Wände nicht sehr dick, Klima funktionierte einwandfrei.

Lo hemos pasado fenomenal y hemos estado muy agusto.
La persona que nos ha atendido la mayor parte de nuestra estancia ha sido encantadora. Me faltaban horas para estar en la piscina. Me hubiera gustado que el horario de piscina fuera más amplio, en vez de hasta las 20 hasta las 21. Muchas gracias por todo.

Das Apartment an sich ist super! Inklusive Klimaanlage und Internet. Es gibt auch Duschgel/Shampoo und Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Lage in einer wohlhabenden Gegend. Was ich leider bemägeln muss ist die Sauberkeit der Apartments. Da ich selbst in der Hotelerie arbeite, sehe ich das sofort. Bei Ankunft war die Dusche schmutzig ( vom Vorgänger nicht gereinigt worden) , mehrere kurze, schwarze Haare auf beiden Kissen. ( ich habe dann die zwei Kissen genommen die im Schrank lagen, die waren sauber) auf dem Balkon lagen noch alte, zerstampfte Weintrauben die nicht von uns waren. Generell gab es viele Haare auf dem Boden und am Kühlschrank klebte noch Essen. Ich finde an Sauberkeit darf es nicht mangeln. Als Tipp, eventuell einmal in der Woche auch die Treppen reinigen lassen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig, bis auf den letzten Abend. Leider habe ich bedingt durch laute, feiernde Engländer bis 1:30 Uhr Nachts kein Auge zugedrückt. Da kann das Hotelpersonal aber nichts dafür. Als der Mitarbeiter die Feierei mitbekommen hat und die Jungs ermahnt hat, war auch Ruhe!Sehr gut gehandelt!! Eventuell könnte man bei jungen Partyleuten bei Check in schon ein Zettel unterschreiben lassen, dass es untersagt ist bis Nachts laut zu feiern und bei Missachtung Konsequenzen folgen. Das würde bestimmt helfen. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen und kann das Hotel bis auf die Sauberkeit deutlich empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und ausreichend eingerichtet. Es gibt einen schönen Pool der auch für die kleinsten geeignet ist. Fußläufig kommt man schnell an zwei Strände und tolle Aussichtspunkte. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist außerdem ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz! Einzige Minuspunkte, der Boden im Appartement war nur \"besenrein\". Unser Kleiner hatte nach dem krabbeln regelrecht schwarze Knie und Füße. Das Appartement war auch wahnsinnig hellhörig. Wenn die Leute draußen die Treppen hoch gegangen sind, hätte man meinen können sie rennen bei uns durch das Schlafzimmer. Alles in allem war es aber ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt!!

Huoneisto epäsiisti sisäänkirjautumisvaiheessa: hiekkaa, hiuksia lattialla, parvekkeesta puhumattakaan.
Asiaan kiinnitettiin huomiota palautteen antamisen jälkeen.
Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja kokonaisuutena palveli hyvin.

Gut Unterkunft, freundlichen personnel. Wir haben gut Zeit gehabt. Nur WLAN hat uns gestört. Euren WLAN funktioniert gut nur kein nicht alle Android. Das sehr sauber Unterkunft,Pool sehr gut. Der Ort ist super schön Strände sind nicht so weit. Ich kann weiter Empfehlen.
