We spent 4 glorious night at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The food is fantastic, the staff are so lovely and there was always a free sunbed!
Everything is lovely, clean and quiet. We will absolutely be returning!

I liked the hotel. Good location, close to the beach. Food good, lovely staff. Rooms clean, decent swimming pool.
Drinks package needs looked at. Not clear as AI was local spirits. Next step up PREMIUM 15 euro pppd. Another step up you had to pay for. Not ideal. The fact that there is no entertainment in the hotel was not good. This forced people to go outside the hotel for something to do. This will be losing a lot of money for the hotel as not everyone was on AI. The wardrobe space needs attention. There is nowhere to hang long garments and even shirts get crumpled at the bottom as the space is so small.

Staff were good regarding change of room which I appreciated ( room had an adjoining door) yuk .

The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are clean ( with a mini fridge that actually works )
It was probably the time of year but there was nothing going on at this hotel
Its more of a hub if you are going to be going out and about, vety centeral to the beach
And yes i would stay here again

We loved the look and feel of the hotel but we had a badly smelling bathroom that smelt like rotting sewers and drains but the hotel were good and moved us and we loved our new room with no issues. David, the lifeguard, was the stand out though with his attention to detail and going above and beyond the care for my mum to make sure she had assistance in and out of the pool due to mobility issues and was keeping an eye on her being in the sun too much in case she got heat stroke. Lovely and funny guy that loves his job and people.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. Very close to the beach and to some great cafe's, bars and restaurants all within a short walk. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Our only downside was our view (room 106 / 107) was awful and meant we could not utilise the balcony at all. It overlooked the bins and service entrance of a neighbouring restaurant, I would imagine all the rooms along that side of the building are the same.

Rooms were clean and tidy and refreshed every day, and the addition of the small fridge in the room was welcome especially as it was so hot.

The sunbed situation could be better - the hotel have included a number of Bali Beds (at an additional Charge) which if replaced with actual sun beds would make the situation better. There is also much more space available to add some additional beds... People generally put their towels out between 9am and 10am when the pool opens. However the hotel decided mid-way through our stay to enforce a no access to the pool until 10am policy, removing everyones towels and putting them behind reception!

Considering a last minute booking, location and facilities, we had a great time.

Hotel is in ver good location and recently refurbished. Nice reception and lobby area. Rooms are quite small and basic but in good condition. We stayed all inclusive… drinks available 11am-11pm. Food was all buffet for break lunch and dinner and was nice enough, the same everyday. No snack bar as such, instead they did a snack buffet which ranged from day to day and times not always what advertised. Very limited at snack time to pizza and chips and a few cold meats and cheese. Pool area nice but not a lot of sun loungers instead they have Bali beds which you need to pay for. These lay empty for most of our stay would be better replaced with sun loungers. Would stay again due to location but not sure I would pay for the all inclusive.

I was advised that check in was at 14.00, but on arrival I was told that my room would not be ready until 15.00.

The hotel itself was in good condition and the room was clean, and the bed comfortable.

However, the hotel was very noisy in the early mornings and the shower didn’t appear to have been fully cleaned prior to my arrival.

Very bad sound isolation in rooms. We could hear everybody around us when they enter/exit their room (the door slams like somebody is entering our own room), you can hear water from the upper room somewhere in the walls when someone flushes their toilet. The quality in the room gets really bad if you leave for couple the hours.
The food is really good and the people working were super nice to us.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach and shops. As a family we enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect of the holiday even though this was limited to specific drinks. The food was good and whilst it was not luxurious it was acceptable. I felt the food could have been a little more exciting and was a little repetitive. We stayed for 5 days, which was a perfect length of stay. The hotel was very clean and was well maintained. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were fine. The rooms to the rear had a noisy air conditioning unit going 24/7, but that wasn't the hotels fault. I would recommend asking for a pool view.

We really enjoyed it here, we went all inclusive and all the food and drink was great could not fault it at all especially for the price. Also the hotel staff were so nice always welcoming you when you came back into the hotel. I would love to stay here again.

Während des Aufenthalts ist unser Kuscheltier, das auf dem Bett lag, abhanden gekommen.

Das Personal hat sich leider nicht wirklich dafür interessiert. Es wurde vermutet, dass unser Kuscheltier mit der Bettwäsche in der externen Wäscherei gelandet sein muss.

Leider gab es hierzu auch Monate nach unserem Aufenthalt weder vom Hotel noch der Wäscherei eine Rückmeldung, und das obwohl wir uns sogar direkt an die Wäscherei gewendet haben.

Schade, da das Hotel ansonsten zu empfehlen ist.

Am Ende des Tages bleibt unsere Vermutung, dass das Kuscheltier vielmehr gestohlen wurde.

Das Hotel ist über alles in Ordnung, gut gelegen, sauber - jedoch ist es ein Unding, dass die Qualität der All Inclusive Getränke bei den Cocktails dem billigsten Fusel entspricht. Zudem muss man nach 22 Uhr die Getränke bezahlen. Das Essen ist Ok, aber geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig. Zudem ist die Öffnungszeit des Pools( recht schön und sauber!) gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vor 9:00 und nach 19:00 darf man ihn nicht mehr benutzen. Alles in Allem ein ordentliches Mittelklasse Hotel mit deutlichem Potential nach oben.

Amazing hotel! Renovated, clean, modern, super service. Had a room without seaview first and it was great. Decided to stay longer and received a new room for 2 more days with seaview, which was even greater! Breakfast and dinner food choice was amazing! Location is basically \"on the beach\". 10/10! Hotalanlage an sich sehr schön. Super Lage und neu. Personal eher unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Vorallem an der Rezeption wirkt das Personal etwas lustlos. Die Reinigung des Zimmers ist okay, könnte aber durchaus besser sein. Eine frische Rolle Toilettenpapier sollte möglich sein.

Das Hotel wurde nach dem Umbau sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Das Morgenbuffet ist riesig und sehr fein. Alles was man sich zum Frühstück vorstellen kann.

Sehr schönes Hotel in idealer Lage.
Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Anlage ist einwandfrei. Die vielen Pflanzen schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre. Auch der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet und, wie die meisten anderen, rauchfrei gehalten.

Alles in allem eine Tolle Unterkunft. Modern, sauber und sehr ruhig. So wir wir bewerten konnte, auch eines der „neueren“ Hotels in der Gegend. Es ist alles nicht all zu riesig, so dass immer eine angenehme Atmosphäre herrscht. Ein Riesen Pluspunkt ist natürlich die Nähe zum Strand. Es sind nur wenige Meter und man hat von Hotel aus einen Blick auf das Meer. Auch gibt es direkt am Hotel viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (SM und Shops) so wie einige Bars und Restaurants. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und vollkommenen in Ordnung. Geschmacklich leider typisches Hotel-Buffet Essen aber dennoch immer frisch und von allem etwas dabei. Der Aufpreis für Getränke (Abendessen) bei HP ist moderat, dennoch nervig, da das bestellen beim essen recht lange dauert. Das Personal ist steht’s bemüht, dennoch nicht immer all zu freundlich und entgegenkommend. Oft haben wir patzige Antworten bei der Rezeption bekommen und das einchecken war auch eher unangenehm und nicht so reibungslos wie erhofft. Leider wirbt das Hotel auch mit einigen bezahlbaren „Extras“. Wir hatten einen Late-Checkout gebucht (anstatt um 11 Uhr, wollten wir um 14 Uhr auschecken) am Tag der Abreise sagte man uns dann, es sei nicht möglich da alles gebucht sei. Leider kamen kaum neue Gäste an dem Tag an! Auch muss man beachten, die Putzfrauen kommen ab 8 Uhr morgens ohne zu klopfen einfach in das Zimmer! Wir wurden leider jeden Tag unsanft geweckt! Also immer abschließen! Generell lässt die Reinigung zu wünschen übrig.

La terrasse de la piscine est très bien agence une clientèle essentiellement nordique et allemande. Petit bémol lepersonnel ne parle pas français très bien situé proche de la plage, des commerces, à noter un petit parking pratique, je recommande cet hôtel
