Great hotel for families. Good pool area and kids club. 5 minutes walk to beach so no beach view. Lovely beach. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on the all inclusive aspect. Drinks reasonably priced. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and supermarkets. Kitchen equipment adequate. Evening entertainment as expected.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very enjoyable. Apartment clean and great facilities. Pools were great! The grounds were very clean. Entertainment was amazing for children and enough for them to do! There was a lot of selection for the all inclusive food/snacks and drinks. All staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Fantastic family hotel many pools all life guarded area spotless room alls you need for our stay comfy clean all kitchen amneties , towels in bathroom cleaned all the time if needed,food cheap and cooked to perfection entrrtainment very good and not on late, most of all the staff amazing and always at hand to help with any issues or just a chat, would i come here again 100% thank you too you all for a wonderful time

The apartment was very small and basic. Bathroom was off the 1 bedroom which was not ideal when you have 4 people crammed in trying to get dressed or up to go out. Ants in the bathroom.
BUT all the staff were lovely, the pools were great, it was a proper family resort so it always felt safe. It was cleaned regularly and towels changed. Typical cheesy evening entertainment. Shops, restaurants and gorgeous beach only a couple minutes walk.

The place is great for children. My son really enjoyed playing with the other kids and the children activities. Cleaning I give 2. Staff was not too bad. The air conditioner was the major issue. It seems like they control the air conditioner. At night and during the day it doesn't come on. You have to turn it off and back on in order for it to work. We constantly did that most of the night because it turn off by itself after 5 minutes. It was horrible.

Entertainment was excellent and on throughout our stay 8 days don't know were they get the energy from kids loved it big credit with all staff to hotel Big bonus if you have kids is the astro turf the safest hotel I have stayed in for kids falling all others in Santa ponsa have large steps an uneven steps. Will be back again next year look forward to meeting all the staff again thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

This property is good for visiting if you have kids. Located in Santa Ponça where you have access to multiple restaurants, stores and a beautiful boulevard with a nice beach just walking minutes from the property.
The rooms are small but confortable enough for 4. No Luxury, just the basics. We believe it need a little bit of maintenance in the rooms.
A negative thing that we found is that it is allowed to smoke everywhere, and is terrible for us that have kids and we are not smokers. Is disgusting to wake up in the morning and having that horrible smell everywhere, plus the exposure to the kids that we feel should be controlled. We recommend forbidding smoking or at least having specific areas for smokers, because many of them are unconscious and smoke around your kids.
Pool area is amazing and super fun for the kids. Also the kids club is nice. Staff is friendly and cheerful.
The food in the property is basic but good. They also have a buffet across the street that we didn’t like at all.
The location was a plus. The area is beautiful, very touristic and minutes away from amazing Calas (beaches) like Portal Vells and Cala Mago. 25 minutes away from Palma de Mallorca and 1 hour to the most amazing Calas like Calo De Moro (you can’t miss this one) and Cala S’Almunia.

We went there for 1 week as family with a 1-year-old kid, mainly given the proximity to Palma Airport (not too far away) and its focus on kids in terms of pools, activities, etc. I will give top and low point given character restriction.
The absolute best Jutlandia has to offer is its people and service they provide. From the reception with Pablo and Tatiana, to entertainment and Jupilandia with Julio and Ana, to restaurant and bar with Jose (chef) and Jose and Alejandro (bar and restaurant support), and of course many others that work in the same line. I can’t remember such engaging personnel across the board in other hotels I’ve been to. Management should take note on this as its biggest asset.
I think the weakest point of the hotel is the dated rooms. They are preserved, but not necessarily well. The lighting in them does not help one tiny bit as the lights are few and, on our block, we didn’t get lot of sunshine coming in given the placement. I understand that the pandemic does not allow for refurbishments given costs, but some of the goods in the hotel are way older than this Covid pandemic and should have been replaced long before. Sometimes some minor aesthetic changes make a massive difference. We had an issue with ants the whole trip and even if the island has ants, many cracks allowed them in. Cracks that were not supposed to be there. Cleaning of the rooms was average, but the personnel was lovely.

We have been to Santa ponsa a number of time but I have to say jutlandia hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in staff were excellent entertainment was so good kids really enjoyed it will be going back again and can’t wait loved this hotel 10 out of 10 for me and my family.

We loved our stay. The best part was the facilities for children: pools, water slides, kids club, entertainment and play areas. The rooms were fine, excellent location and food and drink were good. Service and staff were excellent but could have done with more people on the bar at busy times. Also, it would have been good to find an alternative to bottled water as the plastic used was ridiculous.

Great pool, great entertainment, great kids club, friendly and attentive staff all around. We are a family of four--two small girls ages 3 and 5 and what a time we had. We stayed 5 nights and wish we stayed longer.

Amazing for family's. The pools and kids slides were brilliant. The entertainment and kids club staff kept the little ones entertained all day and night with games and dancing. The bar/waiting staff worked so hard and kept us topped up with drinks. Will be looking to go back again next year as a lot of family's we spoke to and saw are repeat customers to. That in itself tells you all you need to know.

We just came back yesterday, location is excellent but the cleaning of the room is not that good , staff are nice and friendly, activities is nice but the noise is loud till 12 pm .

When booking a family holiday there's a few questions you ask yourself:
Is it a safe place? Absolutely, at no point during the stay did we think it was unsafe for kids, every other apartment was taken by a family with children so we all have the same interests in mind. The kids club is well run with a signing in and out of the children, the doors are locked so they can't wonder off.
Is the pool clean? Yup, no issue with any of the pools here, the lifeguards are attentive and are willing to step in when things get a little OTT.
What's the food going to be like? In a word, brilliant. We have been all inclusive many times before and it's normally the same things in the buffet and we plan to eat out on at least 3/4 occasions to mix it up. However, in this case we didn't need to! There was sushi, roast duck, roast lamb, lamb and pork chops freshly cooked, sirloin steak freshly cooked (they even ask you how you'd like it cooked), seafood platters, slow cooked beef amazingly presented salads and of course paella.
The entertainment for the children was excellent, mini-disco's and shows every evening (excepts Saturdays), the entertainers really do earn their money.
The apartment is adequate, 2 large single beds and a sofa bed that is also 2 single beds, a kitchenette with fridge and utensils, hairdryer. The apartment was already set up with a travel cot and also a stair gate so you can leave the door open and not worry that your little ones are going to wonder off!
Is it a safe place? Absolutely, at no point during the stay did we think it was unsafe for kids, every other apartment was taken by a family with children so we all have the same interests in mind. The kids club is well run with a signing in and out of the children, the doors are locked so they can't wonder off.
Is the pool clean? Yup, no issue with any of the pools here, the lifeguards are attentive and are willing to step in when things get a little OTT.
What's the food going to be like? In a word, brilliant. We have been all inclusive many times before and it's normally the same things in the buffet and we plan to eat out on at least 3/4 occasions to mix it up. However, in this case we didn't need to! There was sushi, roast duck, roast lamb, lamb and pork chops freshly cooked, sirloin steak freshly cooked (they even ask you how you'd like it cooked), seafood platters, slow cooked beef amazingly presented salads and of course paella.
The entertainment for the children was excellent, mini-disco's and shows every evening (excepts Saturdays), the entertainers really do earn their money.
The apartment is adequate, 2 large single beds and a sofa bed that is also 2 single beds, a kitchenette with fridge and utensils, hairdryer. The apartment was already set up with a travel cot and also a stair gate so you can leave the door open and not worry that your little ones are going to wonder off!

Easy to find the Hotel with a direct bus (A11) from the Airport to the resort (Santa Ponca). Checking In was easy and everything well explained including about possible upgrade to \"All inclusive\". Room kept clean and the towels changed every day by the cleaners. Checking Out was easy as well. Had a very relaxing few days, will look to come back again

Absolutely brilliant holiday. Excellent food and drink, awesome pools, amazing location, great entertainment. My only disappointment was how small the apartments were on arrival; pictures definitely make it look much bigger but we moved some furniture and made some space.

Nice set of pools, for all the family. Entertainment a bit loud, especially considering the space the audience was in (relatively small). If you want a quieter room go for something in the starfish block. Wheelchair friendly, even a ramp into the pool.

We had a great time at this very friendly family resort, the pools are fantastic for kids. The staff were extremely friendly and really did try and tend to our every need. Rooms were very clean and surprisingly spacious. Hotel is located very close to the centre of the resort and the beach is within easy walking distance.

Room odour was of strong stale smoke. No private balcony or terrace. The restuarant was in another building on plot opposite where hotel. Cockroach on restuarant floor. Took over 24hrs to process our concerns and at every opporunity attempted to retain our money after a reasonable diplomatic approach from us. My wife, 4 year old grand daughter and I stayed for four nights at the jutlandia apartments in October on a room only basis. The rooms are quite basic but provide everything that you need and are furnished in a modern manner,
maids cleaned the room and made the beds daily and were always spotless when done
The pool areas were always clean and well supervised and are ideal for young children and the kids entertainment was excellent , the Halloween night deserves a special mention as the decorations and the time and effort put in by all the staff was impressive and well appreciated by all the guests.
The apartments are a five minute stroll from the beach, restaurants and bars, overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Just returned from a week here and the whole family loved it! Especially my 2 year old, excellent splash pool and kids play area food was great always something to eat, sun beds get taken up with towels early but even in the afternoon it's always possible to get a bed they have lots available however for young children it's hard to get a parasol so ask the life guard and he does his best to get you one, lovely hotel lovely rooms and great food and drink, staff very helpful too :) will deffo visit again

We stopped at the Jutlandia .Self catering basis only .So I cannot comment on the restaurant .The apartment was good nice and clean with all the facilities you need. A fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.

If you want to have a good night sleep avoid this hotel, they have program until 22:30 and even after that kids are playing around and make noises. The staff were nice but they only remove trashes, no cleaning of the room. The room itself is outdated and need repair and renovation. Generally suggested for people with children.

Vi trivdes bra på hotellet, var där i början av maj. Poolen var fin, goda drinkar i baren, möjlighet till att låna poolhanddukar och lugnt område. Nära till sandstrand, affärer och restauranger, alla med gångavstånd.
Det negativa var att det inte fanns några toalettartiklar, inte ens tvål till toan eller diskmöjligheter, fick köpa allt på plats. Det saknades även vissa kökstillbehör, när vi påvisade det möttes vi av mindre bra service.
