The staff has been very friendly and helpful. They answered phone calls promptly. The bathroom needs to be addressed as I found not very clean esp the floor. The fridge is very run down and water in it were frozen. Need at least a bowl and some saucers that would be idle.

I highly recommend this property for before and after international flights. It is well managed! The rooms are basic but well maintained for a moderate property. The coffee shop and dining area, as well as the gift shop are all well managed and exceeded expectations…great amenities to have for a layover. The pool area is also beautiful and well shaded and especially great for families with children due to the water slide. I would book here again for a lay over!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the room itself was okay. However, our stay was let down by poor communication and lack of attention to detail.Other guests did not respect the 10 PM quiet hours and spent nights partying until midnight. Housekeeping was also inconsistent; one day they removed a towel leaving us short for a couple, they forgot to replenish our toiletries, and every time they made the bed, the cushions and bed covers looked messy and out of place.Most frustratingly, this trip was for my husband's birthday. I requested a special surprise for the next morning on our arrival. They agreed, but nothing happened. When I followed up, I found out the team had not passed the information to each other. Although the lady at the bar offered to fix it after I complained, her attitude was quite dismissive, which was very disappointing.Ironically, we had dinner next door at the Gateway Hotel, and their service was amazing—they truly went the extra mile even though we weren't staying there. Overall, the stay was just okay, but small details make a big difference. Next time, we will try somewhere else.

The hotel and its location was wonderful, decor tasteful and simple. Rooms have everything you need, even delicious coffee (better than the breakfast bar coffee/espresso).

Great ambience and views. The spa is a gift, and
ask for « Sainimere », she is truly a saint.

What has room for improvement is the coffee quality at the breakfast counter. I feel for the price it should include good quality coffee or lattes. The price is high for Fiji, and the quality offered should align with that.

Pool looked good, bar and restaurant next to pool. Great little coffee shop with very good Latte.
Only little downside for those who work when travelling is nowhere really to sit with power and work from laptop for a few hours.

Attractive grounds. Very friendly staff. Quite a good location. Walking distance to the airport to use the shops/cafes there. There are bus-stops near the hotel that service the local buses to Lautoka. An interesting and colourful ride, and only $3 each way.

This is very well located hotel close to the airport. We stayed here for 2 nights before our flight because we wanted to check out Nadi Town and do a little bit of shopping. The town is about 10 mins away, the hotel has free shuttle to the airport and there own taxis that would take you to town. Breakfast was decent.the pool with the slide my son loved. This is a cabin style hotel, we liked how everything was on one floor with nature surrounding it.

The airport shuttle was great. It was there when we landed and got us to the hotel in 4 minutes. The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and very nice. The hotel staff is incredible. There did everything for us. The front desk ladies were soooo nice and helpful. The food service was great and so was the food.

A handy location right next to the Nadi International Airport- 3 mins across the road by complimentary hotel shuttle bus. Loved the well equipped gym - and their very impressive masseur, Priya at the Tokatoka Spa - she gave me one of the best back and shoulders massage I’ve ever had which I didn’t expect at all - and was very professional and super polite ! What an asset ! On the food front,don’t plan to eat at the restaurant if you have some level of expectation - I’m not a fussy eater but found myself reacting to the new menu which, unlike previous ones , is limited with very few uninspiring entrees & mains. I’ve used this hotel for years and the food standards have dropped quite noticeably. You could try next door at the Gateway or head towards town for other restaurants. Top marks to Tokatoka for the staff hospitality - from their porters and reception to the restaurant, bar and ground/ maintenance, their welcoming attitude, initiative and helpfulness made the stay worth it.

The room service was so good. Quality of the food was spot on. Great place to stay short term or holiday. Our family had a blast. Party of 17.

THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT NEEDED TO BE KEPT WARMER AT THE BUFFET IAW NORMAL HEALTH STANDARDS. THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT WITH SPECIAL MENTION TO THE PORTER WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, ADEQUATE AND COMFORTABLE. THE LOTIONS IN THE BATHROOM WERE USED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFULL TO HAVE BOTTLED WATER IN THE FRIDGE.

They always have a smile. The breakfast is great, also request to make something is always encouraged. They welcome ideas, they do go out of their way to cater.

Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after
more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel.

The staff, restaurant/food, grounds and pool were great but the room was stark: shutters were broken, the window never had a lock on it, I had more water on the floor than in the shower stall when I used the handheld shower head-and don’t get me started on the sheets! The back door never locked but we never complained since the room faced a fenced in green space. However, the grass was overgrown and not worth sitting outside to look at it.

The location and facilities are first rate, but you can't match is the friendliness if there staff with a special shout out to Apashna! She makes everyone feels so special.

This was my first time staying here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff were incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. 🙂 The continental breakfast was amazing and absolutely worth the money. Our rooms were consistently cleaned, and the only downside was that the hotel shop was quite expensive, so it was better to buy snacks and drinks outside the resort. Overall, my experience was a 10/10.

While this hotel is well located very near the airport there are some major shortcomings.
There is no Wifi other than at the reception area. Apparently it has been a problem for some months and yet they still give you a wifi password at checkin and don't tell you it won't work in the room.

The resort is clean. No bugs seen. The pool/spa/gym/outdoor area are all lovely. The staff are amazingly friendly; 'most' were extremely helpful. The maintenance person, sent to the 1st room A/C failure was rather unpleasant to me! The rooms, however, are sub-standard. The bed was so hard it gave me backache. I had to sleep with pillows under my back to get any comfort. The lighting it awful! I had to change rooms as, in my 1st room, the A/C did not work. It was hotter in the room than outside! The 2nd room was larger but each was shabby/dark/junk furniture/smelled of old/mold on the ceilings. Very uninviting rooms. The WiFi does not work in rooms. The TV has few channels; only BBC from overseas. Many times, the TV has NO SIGNAL! The breakfast is mediocre at best. I was 1st guest to breakfast at 7am one day. The milk was not cold/juices started with containers almost empty. No fresh coffee! The staff make the place pleasant. I understand it was near the airport but I would stay elsewhere if returning to Fiji.

Wifi wasn't available during our stay, ridiculously it still wasn't available when we returned a week later (non-refundable booking, otherwise would have stayed elsewhere). Staff not very helpful, need some service training. TV in room didn't work either. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Much better options available elsewhere in the same price bracket.

While the service from staff was excellent fairly good, we ordered a drink at the pooside bar, only for the bar staff to completely forget our order. After waiting 10 minutes we had to walk bask to the bar and order them again. The room walls were so thin that all we could hear was my next door neighbours snoring all night, after their young child was crying loudly for a long time.

Rooms are not to expectations. Safety concerns! - bed frames are jutting out, easily someone can damage toes. Bathroom lacks garbage can. Difficult to sit as there are no support holders around toilet seat. Wetty floors always as the shower curtain is too short and water Splashes to the floor under the curtain.
