THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT NEEDED TO BE KEPT WARMER AT THE BUFFET IAW NORMAL HEALTH STANDARDS. THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT WITH SPECIAL MENTION TO THE PORTER WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, ADEQUATE AND COMFORTABLE. THE LOTIONS IN THE BATHROOM WERE USED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFULL TO HAVE BOTTLED WATER IN THE FRIDGE.

Highlight was the pool and the slide, and the food at the restaurant was great. Wonderful breakfast options. Our room was quite tired and at the very back of the property so wifi wasn't good. Overall a reasonable overnight stay close to the airport.

Great customer service, they make you feel home. When you are away from home.

They always have a smile. The breakfast is great, also request to make something is always encouraged. They welcome ideas, they do go out of their way to cater.

Defintely a great bar / with Chaisa, nibbles for drinks.

Highly recommended.

Haved stayed here in a family villa and a 1 bedroom villa, the 1 bedroom is a major upgrade with better cooking facilities and an actual bedroom. The family villa is a large studio.

Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after
more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel.

Ac keep the room cool but you have options to choose ceiling fan as well. The staff are very friendly, and they served you and other customers with cold tropical juice on a sunny day while qued up to be serve at the reception desk. Highly recommend ! And will definately come back in the near future.

Great little spot to stay for a few days. The breakfast offering was good and the facilities were easy to access. Lisa at the front desk was amazing! The only issue was the lack of free Wi-Fi. 1 device for 24 hours free then you pay. That felt a little behind with the times.

After spending a week at one of the Yasawa islands it was a great treat to spend a day at this resort and before we headed out to our next island. Pool was great, room was great and the food was great. Also close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. Would stay here again.

The staff, restaurant/food, grounds and pool were great but the room was stark: shutters were broken, the window never had a lock on it, I had more water on the floor than in the shower stall when I used the handheld shower head-and don’t get me started on the sheets! The back door never locked but we never complained since the room faced a fenced in green space. However, the grass was overgrown and not worth sitting outside to look at it.

I recently retired after 45 years in the hotel industry. I've spent time with all sorts of properties and franchises and this was one of our absolute favorite vacations.

The location and facilities are first rate, but you can't match is the friendliness if there staff with a special shout out to Apashna! She makes everyone feels so special.

This was my first time staying here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff were incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. 🙂 The continental breakfast was amazing and absolutely worth the money. Our rooms were consistently cleaned, and the only downside was that the hotel shop was quite expensive, so it was better to buy snacks and drinks outside the resort. Overall, my experience was a 10/10.

While this hotel is well located very near the airport there are some major shortcomings.
There is no Wifi other than at the reception area. Apparently it has been a problem for some months and yet they still give you a wifi password at checkin and don't tell you it won't work in the room.
The rooms are quite dated

The property is a little on the older side but is in excellent condition. The air conditioning in the room was wonderful. The pool was unique and beautiful. The water slide was scary though. The drinks by the bartenders were the best we had in Fiji. Absolutely delicious Mai Tai & Piña Colada. The breakfast buffet was a little basic.

The resort is clean. No bugs seen. The pool/spa/gym/outdoor area are all lovely. The staff are amazingly friendly; 'most' were extremely helpful. The maintenance person, sent to the 1st room A/C failure was rather unpleasant to me! The rooms, however, are sub-standard. The bed was so hard it gave me backache. I had to sleep with pillows under my back to get any comfort. The lighting it awful! I had to change rooms as, in my 1st room, the A/C did not work. It was hotter in the room than outside! The 2nd room was larger but each was shabby/dark/junk furniture/smelled of old/mold on the ceilings. Very uninviting rooms. The WiFi does not work in rooms. The TV has few channels; only BBC from overseas. Many times, the TV has NO SIGNAL! The breakfast is mediocre at best. I was 1st guest to breakfast at 7am one day. The milk was not cold/juices started with containers almost empty. No fresh coffee! The staff make the place pleasant. I understand it was near the airport but I would stay elsewhere if returning to Fiji.

Hotel is in a state of disrepair. Wifi wasn't available during our stay, ridiculously it still wasn't available when we returned a week later (non-refundable booking, otherwise would have stayed elsewhere). Staff not very helpful, need some service training. TV in room didn't work either. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Much better options available elsewhere in the same price bracket.

While the service from staff was excellent fairly good, we ordered a drink at the pooside bar, only for the bar staff to completely forget our order. After waiting 10 minutes we had to walk bask to the bar and order them again. The room walls were so thin that all we could hear was my next door neighbours snoring all night, after their young child was crying loudly for a long time.

Rooms are clean and tidy but can do with some maintenance work.
Pool area very nice and pool shaded. Food from the restaurant not the greatest.
Overall for a one night stay arriving or departing Fiji it has all the basics covered.

Rooms are not to expectations. Safety concerns! - bed frames are jutting out, easily someone can damage toes. Bathroom lacks garbage can. Difficult to sit as there are no support holders around toilet seat. Wetty floors always as the shower curtain is too short and water Splashes to the floor under the curtain.

- Meal voucher has to be given by staff on check-in. But we didn't get it.Every morning for breakfast we had to wait for restaurant staff to confirm our breakfast was paid.This was so embarrassing.

-Visitors not allowed at any time to meet us or sit outside our rooms for a quick catchup.
- Breakfast on website of Warwick states 6am and in reality, restaurant opens at 7am.

- Room cleanliness around fridge area not so good. No microwave in room

Would not stay again:
- The staff when we arrived acted like we were an inconvenience
- I had to call twice to get the QR code delivered so we could order dinner, I had to go to the bar to order as you can't order through the app (even the Staff couldn't use it!)
- The food was terrible, my daughter's pizza was so oily you could pour it off the pizza & apathy from cheese there was barely any of the other toppings as described
- the drinks we ordered didn't come with our meal. I made 2 phone calls to chase them up & received a call from reception to check they'd arrived (they hadn't) who said they were on their way with them. After 2 hours we gave up expecting them.
- upon check out I had to write an explanation as to why I wouldn't pay for the non arrival of the drinks

A great spot for a stopover or as a base to sightsee around Nadi. Very clean, lovely staff.
Bed was a bit too firm for my tired body but I’d still return.

The staff here were very friendly, sorted out my minor room problem quickly. Everyone from the reception, coffee shop and restaurant staff were always smiling and friendly. The hotel was a little way from Nadi itself but so near to the airport and yet there was still a free shuttle, I’ll be back soon 😀
