Nice older hotel resort. Needs some updates but everything in our room was fixed to above standard. Pool was fantabulous. Food was plentiful, hot and delicious. The Room was extra spacious with a balcony. Fridge and coffee maker was in the room. No elevators but they had bell hops all over the place to assist with your luggage. Nice stay in the country.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had visible yellow stains, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room.

The kitchen was also not functional — the stove wasn’t even connected, which was very inconvenient and misleading.

The only positives were the great view and the convenient parking. Unfortunately, those were not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and overall condition of the room. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

I was verbally abusing my staff member , after expressing my disappointment about the service and cleanliness
I had no hot water for 3 weeks because no one bothered to fix anything even after talking to management.
The towels I was given had Feces stains on it.
My bed sheets had stains on it.
My Room was not cleaned even after talking to staff to
get it cleaned

The property is quiet and private. However, we booked a 1 bedroom apartment which was right below the staff quarters and lacked privacy in that sense. There wasn't much utensils around to do own cooking (we had to improvise) and the oven was very dirty (seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time).

Suggest that the management look into that. I would rate it as an average stay.

Lovely hotel was only there for a few hour's to hang out and go for swim before flight back home. The pool was lovely to swim in. The hotel is in need of renovation the room is very tired and certainly needs to have a revamp.

There are No lifts for elderly or disabled traveller's at this 3 storey resort ask for ground floor!

Warm shower barely. Cold on last morning no pressure.

AC works but Windows dont seal properly therefore poor aircon.
Terrible rough road access for
transportation and a lot of taxis refused to drive that road its so bad Charge $30 FJD one way to town.

Had trouble with our way to the resort as the bridge was closed and no street lights ni street names and was very hard to get there . Our rooms were not make up on the next day as we didn’t put the sign out for service. How can we put out the sign when the sign weren’t on the door. Also we weren’t told to tell reception to make up the room. A bit confused as we paid for the room and service that means we must received both unless we put a DND sign out. Went down to grab a hot chocolate and I guess is $10 for a it as didn’t get a change. We emailed about if can be picked up from airport to resort prior arriving we were told is $20 . Upon our checking out we asked for us to drop off to the nearest mobil and was told is $20 and for airport is $50 which is contradicted to the email. There was no smile from staff. Water was not running and we seems like we were robbed and scam in every way and service.

Initially it was hard to find the hotel. When I arrived was advised that Bridge on the road to the Hotel was broken and is being fixed for the last couple of months. The detour was through a feeder road, so not a good experience. Hopefully the bridge gets completed as early as possible. Overall experience good. Swimming pool was really good and the dining area was well maintained. May need to stock up the Bar with some good quality wine. Barman was an excellent guy. Will surely go back after the normal road to the hotel opens.

Very picturesque views pf the farming community around, and he Nausori Highlands. However, the phone at my room was not working, and there was shoddy wiring all throughout the room, with power outlets that were improperly installed. I had to obtain the room service menu from the front desk as the phone did not work, and i had to order our food at the restaurant, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff were very pleasant amidst all this, and the food, although still leaving a lot to be desired, was delicious and filling.

Arrived at 8pm. Thankfully we were able to get a meal.
No hot water for our showers. Staff were not worried about this. The water was dirty, and there was no bottled water available to purchase to drink.
Mould in the shower, with water not draining well. Wi-fi in room basically non existent.
Disappointing, as the grounds were lovely.

We stayed here while on a volunteer trip in Fiji looking for a getaway on the weekend and when we arrived there were ants on the bed and the pillows were dirty but they moved us rooms and everything got better from there on out but we were the only ones staying in the hotel so I don’t quite understand how we got put in an unclean room

This resort is lacking so much. The service, food, cleaniness, beddings etc. They need a very good management to train and guide their staff. Our pillow covers looked dirty like it was not white. Beds are very low and not enough beddings for comfort. There is no lift so potters too struggle to carry the bags upstaris. Staff communation with guests is very poor. Not much choice for breakfast.

Unfortunately this property can only be recommended as a pre-airport departure sleepover. Location is less than 10mins to the airport (awesome) but in an isolated farming area. It looks like a converted convention centre, big pool. Rooms are spacious (good for repacking) but run down. First room had no towels, no hot water, the fire alarm covered in plastic with a dead cockroach hanging from it, and a safety barrier around the patio. Second room had barely any hot water, but we figured it must be the whole operation of the hot water in the building by then. Eat before you arrive. Dinner is offerred on 3 sad and lonely conference tables outside, or an enclosed dining area devoid of music, people or any appealing atmosphere at all. The food was truly terrible, and took forever to arrive. There were only four guests dining at the time. The structure for a great experience is there, but the staff are either not interested and/or untrained in developing and delivering a great visitor experience.

Very mouldy Bathrooms. Sink surrounding has ingrown mould in the silicone and stone benches. Very poor ventilation and Air conditioning. Drips water on floors and floors are very slippery. The swimming pool was green and algae ridden. The room menu was not available as there wasn’t any staff to facilitate this. The bar staff were so unprofessional and did not know their job. Overall it’s a nice quiet place but the rooms are very average. I would never recommend nor ever go back.

I regret not reading the previous reviews before booking this accomodation!

This hotel seems to be short staffed and in need of a revamp and maintenance. I stayed there with my partner for 2 nights in a king room. Which was not at all a compfortable stay

Rooms
- when we walked in the room it seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned. There was stains in the toilet and hair in the sink and water near
-one of the glasses in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as it was sticky and had an ant in it.
- we were given x2 towels from one of the staff
- there was no hand towel, face cloth or bath mat and has to ask reception for a bath mat.
- the aircon was leaking water near the tv and PowerPoints
-told reception and and they said they would get maintenance to look at it.
-came back to the room and it was still dripping water.
-the tv also had no remote and asked reception for one and they said maintenance will be up to deliver one but they didn’t come.
- the next day maintenance came to look at the tv because it wasn’t working, they brought the remote. And ended up changing the tv twice as they couldn’t programme the channels to the tv.
-we spoke to the maintenance guy about the air con dripping and they said it was because we had the curtain open that’s why it was dripping. Even though there was stains on the wall from it leaking previously.
-the staff ended up moving us to a new room because it was a hazard.
- the new room was pretty much the same.
