DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We needed emergency accom due to cyclone our accom at Crowne plaza was fully packed. The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. When we went to ask for two fresh sheets we were told it’s housekeeping policy to not change sheets unless we have checked out. Je then proceeded to come into our room to check the dirty sheets and despite me showing him the stains he unhappily left the one sheet for us to use. The amenities etc are mot flash and that’s ok, but the couch and everything else is dated and dirty. The floors were clean and the cleaners wanting to help us with water leakage were nice. Wouldn’t ever go there again

( i intentionally wrote some digits wrong and they never compared it with my card anyway) The facilities were adequate but dated but you get what you pay for. It suited me as a 1 night transit. I just went next door to Gateway for drinks at the bar

Honestly I wouldn't stay again. Nothing to do with the staff, they were very nice. Yes, it is close to the airport, but there is nowhere to get food or a drink, so you have to go out anyway. It is a run down, particularly the bathroom there is a spa bath with no plug and looked like it had not actually been used in a long time. Then a shower over the top of it which is the most awkward shower I have ever tried to use. You have to send on the sloped part of the tub, anyone old or with poor balance could not use it. The water goes down behind the tub, so it will be damaging the walls and floor, it then runs out from under it to the drain, they should rip it out and just put in a normal shower. We were on the 3rd floor with heavy bags and there is no lift. The pillows are awful, like a high, lumpy brick. So uncomfortable I went without. Also a hand towel and bath mat would have been good, not just 2 towels.

When I checked in I didnt realize the place didnt have a lift and we were placed on the 3rd floor. I had my mum whonhas mobility issues. Totally my fault as it is stated, the receptionist said there were no other rooms. I asked her to speak with her manager, when the manager came out she was able to get my mum a room on the ground level, i was truly grateful. As i walked up the level, there was a huge rat dead with a cat playing with it on the floor. I didnt have my phone on me but took a pic of the rat the next day. The shower is over the large high jet bath. It was a struggle to climb in and then it leaked down the bottom. The floors were very slippery. The bed was large, but it was wooden woth a flat wooden thin base, it felt as though it would break. The pool arwa lolked nice.

To be honest, we had two \"transit\" stays at this hotel upon arriving in Nadi and waiting for flights the next day, so we didn't have high expectations. Cost and location (right next to the airport) were prime considerations. My first room had no furnishings - nothing on the walls, no furniture other than a bed but it was clean. During the next stay, we had a much nicer room - it was fine - but had to go ask the front desk for shampoo and soap. The staff was friendly and responsive. There is no elevator so if the bellman isn't around, you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. If you have very light luggage, you could actually walk to the airport from the hotel. There is no restaurant but with a very short walk, you can go to a nearby resort hotel with a decent one. We found the hotel okay for a short transit stop.

Untidy and dated rooms. Our room didn’t have towels, soaps, shampoo or conditioner in them and we had to call from our mobiles to ask them to bring, as they don’t have phones in the rooms to contact reception either. Lizards were coming out from shower drain and toilet got blocked. We got shifted to another room and still lizards coming out of shower drain. I believe this was due to lack of room service. Not to mention NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS. YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS WIFI IN THE LOBBY OR POOL AREA. Staff were friendly and accommodating in matters they had control over but I would generally not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked this hotel 3-4 months in advance. We had a family emergency so we had to change out hotel days. Not cancel, but change the date of visit. We called and emailed, NO REPLY. We had Expedia call them, email them, multiple times, no communication from this hotel. Basically lost out money. After arrival in fiji, we spoke to quite a lot of taxi drivers and they said thay hotel is very bad, we were lucky to not stay there. The water is bad, the staff are bad. I lost nealy 200 dollars. I urge any people reading reviews, please be careful. Book else where. Pay 20 dollars extra per night and youll be much happier. HEART BROKEN.

Entry and reception are poorly lit - it looks like the place is closed. You dont feel god on arrival. Staff are unenthusiastic. No restaurant/bar available when we arrived at 7pm. Room has poor security, with in-effective door lock. No hot water; no batteries for Air Cond; only ONE remote for TV, but it needs another for the router. Had to get that one from reception.
