Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip, was okay, the breakfast options were satisfactory. They are pretty eco-friendly which is a plus. It was pretty clean and the shower was nice. Clearly well kept hotel, if another business trip to ratingen happens, I would stay again, but maybe take a bigger room next time.

The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great.

Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and has a tram station across the wat ,100 yards which is the U 702 which takes 20 into Dusseldorf.Ratingen itself is a quaint little town with a lovely market square.Only downside to the hotel was no air conditioning especially as we had a heatwave with temperatures in the 30s.Staff were nice and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

I have stayed at this property 4 or 5 times over the last two years as it is located close to family. I have noted that the cleanliness has definitely declined. I brought issues up to staff twice during my two week stay. Overall, many of the issues were not addressed.

Very convenient hotel to access, with some free parking located on site. Check in was easy and the room was absolutely ideal for my stay - spacious for a single occupancy but would also fit a could too in the Queen bed. Easy 15 min walk into town where there are some lovely pubs.

Very good stay! It would seem that Best Western have recently acquired a local chain / hotel. The breakfast was lovely and they were able to accommodate different requests. The bed was a bit too firm to our taste, but not the worst we've experienced in our trip. Room with good size and good water pressure in the shower.

We were visiting friends in Ratingen so selected this hotel based on location and reviews. There were 3 of us in the room so we had a roll away bed. It didn't leave much space to move. The room was clean and comfortable and and well appointed. The bathroom and shower are quite small. The \"king sized\" bed is two twin beds pushed together. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.This hotel is a good value.

This place was great except its not really an airport hotel. There is no shuttle service and the best way get to and from to the airport is by taxi, which is expensive (25 Euro) or city bus, which is slow (30 minutes). Other than that, its exactly what you would expect.

The king bed rooms face the street, so expect road noise from cars passing on this busy road. The single bed rooms are quiet, off the street, but extremely small sized (approx. 8 foot by 15 foot). So, you have to pick, according to the front desk. The hotel is pleasant and very clean.....even the small room was well done. The parking garage is also a mini, so if you have a SUV or vehicle larger than a compact be aware that maneuvering inside will be difficult. There are outdoor spaces in two places, but they fill up as it gets later in the day. The front desk personnel were excellent with a high level of English language skills. All in all, a good stay........just wish the room was bigger.

Perfect stay in Ratingen
I try to use this hotel any time that I am flying in / out of Dusseldorf Airport. The hotel well situated next to the town center, where there is a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Inside of the hotel, there is a nice bar. The rooms are very comfortable and have been upgraded recently. The beds are excellent. I also like a nice cup of coffee in the mornings.. and each room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and pods .. so perfect. I am looking forward to my next visit

The Hotel was easy to find and access, with free parking just steps from the entrance. A small restaurant adjoins the Hotel and offers tasty, moderately-priced meals. The Hotel offers an elevator. The Hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, and the WiFi easily supported movie streaming. The Hotel was VERY convenient to the Airport.

The location is in close walking distance to Ratingen city center. The rooms are newly renovated, but in a very in-cozy way. The size of the rooms is tiny, and for what they charge it would be nice to find a complementary water bottle in the room - but no! The restaurant is mediocre in quality, BUT the breakfast is great in quality and choice. Overall, the place lost some ambiance since it was renovated about two years ago.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and really liked it due to it's close primary to Rattingen town centre and also Düsseldorf airport. Quite often, I find myself in a hotel that is in the middle of nowhere where you are forced to use the hotel restaurant and bar. These are often lacking in atmosphere and are over priced. Staying in Rattingen allows you to go for a walk at night, check out the nice town centre and excellent, affordable restaurants and bars!
So my main motivation staying at this hotel is proximity to the city centre (whilst still being close to the airport). What surprised me this week though was that the hotel has undergone a significant renovation since the last time that I stayed there. The new bedroom s are extremely nice and comfortable. Also I am a coffee lover so imagine my delight when I saw that each room now has a Nespresso machine!

A bit too far from the Messe to count as an exhibition hotel. Rooms clean but basic. Staff were great - very friendly and nice little bar-restaurant. Just enough for my one-night stay as part of a quick trip to the exhibition.

Das Einzelzimmer war von der Größe in Ordnung, es war eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Zimmersafe vorhanden. Es war auch sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Leider war das Bad sehr dürftig ausgestattet, keine Seife und nur ein Handtuch. Auch das Ein-und-Auschecken war sehr angenehm. Für eine oder zwei Nächte würde ich da wieder buchen.
