Stayed in room 303... there was some staining to the carpet and just by the toilet there was some peeling paint.

During breakfast the tables were not cleaned although they were empty. Resulted in waiting for table. Also, there was not enough plates etc on tables as we sat down on a untidy table which then wasn’t set properly

But it was a pleasant stay. I would return and recommend the hotel

This is a great hotel in a great location. It is near the Dusseldorf Messe, and also within walking distance from the major shopping area. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Good amenities. Room service very efficient. Parking is ok. Difficult to find the hotel. They may need to update their location on Google maps.
Great hotel and will definitely stay again.

Fun and energetic, but chilled...

A really well presented hotel, excellent check in, the team are enthusiastic but relaxed with it. You get a stocked mini bar, which has some nice touches in it and excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel is clean and well maintained throughout, with a basic gym and spa facilities. The location is in a quiet suburb approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown.

The property was well located for our needs. Staff was hit or miss with more misses than hits. The floors in our room were heavily stained to the point where we weren't sure if we should walk with bare feet. The bathroom looked like it was only quickly cleaned. The internet did not work for my PC. When I asked the staff about this, they offered no solution.

Amazing hotel, great stay

The BEST hotel. Not far from downtown but also not far from the business district if you are there for business.
The hotel is new, trendy and in a very nice new trendy and modern area.
Staff super friendly but specially this amazing young guy from Spain that made my stay fantastic.

The stay was good. All of the staff on the front desk and in the bar & restaurant were really polite and helpful. The room is clean and tidy and modern. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only downside is that there are limited food options nearby and they all close quite early.

This hotel was fantastic and the room was very spacious, with its own kitchenette and lounge area. The lounge itself and the chairs weren't the comfiest, but they were certainly practical. The fact that the TV could swivel from facing the bed to facing the lounge area was very cool.

We found the location very quiet and quite easy to find, although a bit removed from the CBD. We chose to eat each morning at a bakery just around the corner, by the tram stop, which was just lovely and far cheaper than the cost of the hotel breakfast.

Be warned that the hotel restaurant is not open every day, so I advise you check that prior to booking if it's needed.

Overall, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed at the Innside for one night as we traveled through Germany, but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered what we needed for our stay. It was a short walk (about 2 blocks) to a street of cafes, so getting dinner was an easy outing. We would stay at the Innside again if we traveled back to Germany.

My stay was awful. The outside bar was open until 2:00 a.m. and was right above all the rooms. I called down to the desk at 1:40 a.m. and asked if they could quiet the group down and they said no. Then on Saturday they had a private party Saturday night so the bar and restaurant was completely shut off to all hotel guest. We were never told about this when we booked the room.

One Night Business Trip

Overnight trip to our Dusseldorf office which is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel service and room are good. We arrived just before 9pm and watched the Wales v Portugal match on the big screen in the bar/restaurant area. The only slight negative was that the selection of menu items was a little restricted. I don't know if that was down to the late hour though. The buffet breakfast was good.

Very attractive rooms

I only stayed one night prior to catching a morning flight the next day. The room was very modern and, in my view, very appealing to the eye. You can have the room bright if you want, unlike many hotels where the lighting is very dim. The room has a flat screen TV with a few English speaking channels (maybe two), one Italian, one Spanish (I think) and Sky Sports 1 (you can watch Champions League if you are a fan - German commentary). There is no safe, but one of the drawers from the chest can be locked.
It has a restaurant which serves very decent food; I would say, it is of decent quality. I didn't go the bar, so cannot comment. As I didn't have the chance to go to town, I cannot comment on how easy it is to get there from the hotel. What I can say is that it is located in a kind of a business park. It is likely that you will need some kind of transportation means to get to town. The hotel is located around 15min drive (average) from Dusseldorf airport. I paid EUR25.00 for a ride from the hotel at 8.45am.
There is a gym with cardio machines (around 6, if I remember rightly) There is no weight equipments, which I was rather dissapointed with. There is a sauna or two.
You will definitely not go wrong with this hotel, no nasty surprises!

Good for business - not for tourist

At first glance this is a stylish, clean, and modern hotel. The staff all speak excellent English, the bed was very comfy, and the room had complimentary soft drinks. That style comes at a price though - frosted glass may look good when used for toilet doors, but it's not for anyone bashful. The pillows were so small they were pointless, and even worse for English people abroad there were no tea making facilities in the room. The restaurant provides a good, fresh, and plentiful breakfast, but if not included with your room then it isn't cheap. The evening menu also leaned heavily towards style over substance - lots of dishes with truffle shavings etc. The local area has a few bars and shops (nearest cash point that we found was 15 min walk). We also found a very nice Italian restaurant two minutes from the hotel, but 'old town' itself is 50 minutes walk away, a tram ride, or 5-10 min taxi trip (airport and ISS Dome are roughly the same by taxi). If you have a car, are staying on business, don't need to see the city centre, or have come just for an event at the ISS dome, then this a nice hotel. If you're wanting to see more, then somewhere nearer the centre would probably suit you more.

Nice hotel with modern decor and a sauna; a little far from the center.

The Innside was sleek and comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean and quite. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet (included in some rates or available for purchase each morning) was excellent. The hotel has a sauna and steam room that was a nice treat after a day of walking. My only wish was that the hotel were closer to the Old Town. However, but there's a tram stop very close to the hotel that lets off near the Old Town and goes to central station, which makes it easier to get around. There is a nice Italian restaurant nearby but not much else within a 10+ minute walk.

Hotel is modern if you like this style. Breakfast if not included in your rate is 19 Euros. The hotel is a about 1.5 miles walk from the train to Messe and takes 20 minutes by fast walk to get to the station.

Be aware that the Bathroom has no entry door , so if you are with someone you dont feel comfortable enough to see you taking a shower than make an agreement of when you will shower. Also the room cleaning seems not to include a fresh bed linen every day. Aside of this for this price it was a good hotel.

Schönes modernes Hotel aber minimalistische Zimmer

Ich war beim INNSiDE by Melia für ein Business Aufenthalt und habe das Frühstück als üppig und das Zimmer als funktional aber sauber empfunden. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und der Service war gut. Im Zimmer ist allerdings weder Kaffeemaschine noch volle Minibar enthalten.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern und ansehnlich.
Leider scheint das Personal noch im \"Corona-Schlaf\" zu sein.
Es gab weder auf der Website noch beim Check-In Infos was erlaubt/ nicht erlaubt ist.
Der Fitness Raum war zwar 24/7 geöffnet, aber unsere Katen haben die Türe nicht geöffnet. Es musste immer einer vom Personal mit und die Türe öffnen. Wenn man wie wir gerne sehr früh Sport macht sehr unpraktisch, wenn man am Empfang niemanden antrifft.
Das Angebot \"Minibar inkl.\" haben wir auch erst nach Rückfrage die Info bekommen, dass man sich aktuell das Trinken unten abholen muss, aber immer nur zwei oder drei Fläschchen (0,2-0,3 ml).
Handtücher, wenn gewünscht, muss man auch selbst unten holen. Hier wäre es schön gewesen wenn man einfach per Türschild um neue Bitten kann, die dann an die Tür gehängt werden.
Da die Tage 25° waren und unser Zimmer von Früh bis spät die Sonne abbekommen hat wollten wir die Klimaanlage anschalten. Diese ging aber nicht. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass diese wegen Corona nicht an ist. Bei Anlagen, wie sie in Deutschland verbaut werden ist diese Ausrede aber sehr schwach auf der Brust. Wir haben die ganzen Tage über also im Dunkeln hinter schweren Vorhängen verbracht. Die Außenrollos waren auch nicht nutzbar.

Das sind zwar alles Dinge, die mehr oder weniger, durch Corona nachvollziehbar sind jedoch hätte auf der Website oder aber spätestens beim Check-In darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden müssen.
