They didn’t have WiFi at the hotel, I asked them and they said this is what it is. Mt trip was international and had a limited Data. I had to get a day off from my work because of Net.
I asked from Expedia to if can cancel my booking and change the hotel . Expedia didn’t help as well.

Could not check in early (everyone tries and ends up sitting in the lobby). Hotel is dated and not up to Hyatt standards. Very limited food nearby - hotel restaurant ant is overpriced. Stay closer to shops and restaurants.

close to the airport. There is a bus stop (760) at DUS airport outside at arrival which takes you to the hotel. Only 2 stops (Euro 3,60). Right next door to the hotel is a Netto Supermarket. A bakery, Rossmann and Domino s Pizza are also very close by. Room was very clean, but a little dated, bed super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good value for money.

The stay was okay. Few days it got too hot and asked them about the AC not working and the lady asked to open the windows instead. Upon checking again with the reception they said they don't turn on AC till it's over 90F outside. It got too hot in the hotel room and spent most nights waking up sweating.

My stay was an over night. This hotel was quiet, quaint and comfortable. When traveling, sometimes it's nice to have access to TV channels in various languages, I was able to catch up on the news of the day in English and that matters to me.

Parking can be challenging as well, for this hotel it was easy to navigate.

The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I've enjoyed in a while, and I travel a lot. There were a lot of options to select from and the food was fresh.

The staff that checked me in as pleasant and knowledgeable about events in the city.

This was a good stay.

A bit disappointed considering a Hyatt group hotel

The front desk staff is quite young and not very patient on communication (or at least not comfortable speaking English).
Pictures from Hotels.com don't reflect the room I was in. It seems quite old/outdated, not as modern as in the pictures. The cleaning level was OK-ish.
Seems the hotel is also in financial struggle as they barely have soap in the bathroom - BTW, all three soap dispensers were also broken and empty) and they only do housekeeping every 2 days - The excuse is the one nobody buys anymore... they say it's \"to save the environment\".
The bright side is their restaurant. I had dinner and was quite tasty. The waiters were very kind as well.

This place was terrible from the 50’s if you want to go back in time then this is your place. The decoration, closets, carpets, bed from the 50’s. The AC didnt work and it hotter inside than outside. We were there only for one night because we needed to catch and early flight, however we got woken up at 4 am by a horrible alarm. Wasnt the hotels fault, however the staff was terrible handling the emergency. At that point we just left for our 9 am flight. We didn't even stayed for breakfast.

Great and clean hotel very close to the airport. Giving a 4 instead of 5 star rating because the use of parking was 20 euros a day, staff weee very courteous but despite placing the door sign and asking the staff directly (albeit in English and not German) I couldn’t get the room clean, and their gym was minimal, would have liked at least a hanging bar and a cable weight machine

The location is conveniently close to the airport, the hotel is in a quiet area and comfortable, there were some minor problems only, which were quickly addressed by the very helpful staff, thank you!

Excellent hotel near the Airport which is only a 20 minutes walking distance or a very short 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is also close to public transportation for city centre as well. When I come back to Dusseldorf even thou I will spend time in the city for sightseeing, I will return to this hotel as I found it is excellent value for money when you compare to city centre hotels. I also like to the idea of the Airport is walking distance away on departure day, relaxing way to start my journey home.

Airport hotel Room was bright , clean and spacious

Stayed one night due business at airport so my time at the hotel was brief. I walked from and to the airport. it took about 20 minutes. It was through a park therefore I would not recommend the walk outside daylight hours. The room was bright, clean and spacious. Good value for money when compared to hotels on the airport campus.

This place was ok, I stayed for work and it was a 15 min walk to the business park near the airport, so location wise it’s what I needed.

The room was basic but cleaned well each day. However the air con was pretty non functioning… and during the 30 degree days it was hot and uncomfortable at night. the road was noisy… and the curtains let the light through…

It’s a fairly scruffy part of town with not much in terms of evening things to do.

Love this hotel!

Hotel Linder is the perfect location the night before an early flight out of DUS. The rooms have AC for a good sleep on hot summer night and attentive bar tenders to serve up a tasty Hugo or altbier. Almost sad that I am only staying 1 night!

I arrived at night because all planes were grounded. The room was very large but no cheaper one available. High price for minimal comfort. No cooling, no screens on window thst opened. No breakfast without paying more. Took two buses to get there. You should take a taxi.

Ok for overnight when flying from Dusseldorf next morning. Check in was easy. Were not informed that restaurant was only providing snacks before arrival or on check in so when we went for evening meal this was disappointing, also on key card information it gave details of airport shuttle which we thought we had booked at reception, teceptionist took name and time and put on a list, at check out were advised there had not been this service since before covid! A taxi had been booked. Cancelled this and walked as we only had rucksack.

A bit retro (early 90s), but clean and the staff was great. About a half-hour walk from the airport train station and 18 mins walk from the airport main entrance. Good if you are passing through Düsseldorf international airport and don’t want to pay big bucks.

One night stay before early flight

We stayed one night to catch an early flight out of Dusseldorf the next morning. The room and bathroom were in excellent shape. The pillows were a bit too soft, but the bed was otherwise very comfortable. Shampoo, body lotion, and body wash were plentiful in the bath.

The Internet was spotty, however. The staff seems to be aware and said they reported it to Telekom.

When getting to the airport, you cannot choose a better location. You can take bus 760 from in front of the hotel. The airport is literally 5 minutes on the bus. Two stops. Much easier than taking the S Bahn.

No shuttle on weekends

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet with a good service. I picked this hotel as among other things it offers a free shutlle service to the airport. I arrived in Düsseldorf on Saturday and learned there was no such service on weekends. This should be more clear whenever booking a room as a ride to the airport will cost you 12 Euros one way.

Do not count on hotel shuttle service

Even though this hotel is close to the airport, you should not count on using its shuttle unless you book a seat on the shuttle well in advance. The shuttle was fully booked for most trips to the airport the following morning when we arrived. You should add 12 euros taxi cost each way (potentially to and from airport) to cost of this hotel.

Although the hotel is fine, I did not wanted to have breakfast and they did not allow me to cancel the breakfast. Given the fact that there is no lost of money or I am blocking other customers to have it, the fact I cannot cancel it annoyed me.

The hotel appears to be overpriced in my opinion. I searched for a hotel with shuttle near the Düsseldorf airport and this is the only one showed up, but apparently their last shuttle leaves at 9:20 am.... I would stay at the Sheraton right next to the terminal next time. Overall the staff were very friendly and the location was not too bad.

Great location to exhibition hall and airport but highly inflated prices at over £250 per night, room was nothing special I’ve stayed in better for less. Staff were miserable, no atmosphere in bar or snacks. Buffet basic and bland. Straw was lovely off main me yesterday.

great deal very near the Dusseldorf Airport

I stayed there to be near the Airport to catch a morning flight, and this is a hotel I recommend for its comfort and cleanliness. The rooms are very quiet, great insulation. The place is in a good condition. Great breakfast buffet, the only thing missing is a shuttle, not running at the time of my visit. Staff is friendly and efficient. A place where I will come back if needed.

nickel and dime hotel!

having to pay 3 euro's eachy for a tiny little cup of coffee was not good -every other hotel in Germany had coffee free in the room and it was needed as we had to get up real early to get to the airport and no one warned that parking there was $20 euro's ! good price on the room but then they nickel-ed and dimed you for anything else!

Everything was excellent and very appreciated after a long day of traveling and going for another 10 hour flight. The staff was very pleasent and quick to check in&out. The room had all the details to pamper a little and to forget about travel stress and blues. Nice crisp clean sheets, firm maters for my back and soft plush covers and pillows, the nice sparkling clean huge bathtub, among many details, and the design and the view was so relaxing. Shuttle is available for limited hours mostly for early and late flights, but I checked my Uber and it would ve been aroun7Euros....which it wouldn’t be too much for how nice the room and the service was. There s a market right on the corner for any needs. It will be always my choice when connecting in Dusseldorf...maybe For more than a night. Will request same room🙂
