Very clean and comfortably furnished room. Gorgeous lobby, helpful and courteous receptionist. The restaurant offered a great atmosphere and a wonderful menu.
Breakfast buffet was out of this world!!!
International departure was within walking distance, max. 5 min. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I had a very pleasant stay while in town for a conference. The proximity to the airport was extremely convenient—just about a seven-minute walk to the bus that goes directly to Messe. There’s also a grocery store inside the airport, which made it easy (and much cheaper) to grab water or snacks compared to the hotel or airport cafés. I chose the breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a wide variety and plenty of seating. I did get room service (Ceasar salad) one nught, and although it was a little pricey, the food was very good and the staff was friendly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is all business. Located perfectly convenient to the airport and train station, but not much else. Dining options and gym are fine for an overnight stay. But I wouldn’t want to be stuck here for days and days. Overall it’s a fantastic property… clean, well kept, modernly appointed, and surprisingly quiet for being at the airport. When I have early flights, this is my go to. But if I have some extra time in the morning, I would rather stay in the city.

This hotel was so nice. It's literally a two minute walk to the airport terminal -- it was so great to avoid the stress of getting transportation for an early morning flight. And the food was great. The room was so nice, beds comfortable, a great pool and sauna, super friendly staff.

Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my stay at the Maritim Hotel in Germany tonight. The room was not clean, with visible dust and stains on the furniture, and the air conditioning was broken, making it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive when I reported these issues, which was stained linens, and despite booking for wired broadband, the connection was completely unusable. Please address this issue and consider a refund or compensation. Sincerely,.

we stayed here just for a night to catch an early morning flight - there were some long lines in the evening at the check-in desk due to a cancelled connection at the airport, which took a few minutes to figure out and get through.

Once in our room, we slept very well. Everything was exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious.

Asked when reserving for 4 non feather pillows.
Had to call housekeeping, lady arrived promptly with 2 none feather pillows.
Told me that I could only have 2 as they were large pillows.
The lady from housekeeping was foreign, possibly Turkish and very unfriendly.
Air conditioning dies not work in rooms 693 & 694 why????
Overpriced food in the “pub/bar style”. Asked if portion of chips were reasonable size with burger, lady said if I’d like more could order a side order when food arrived. Small basket of chips, so ordered side order which arrived long after finishing. Is it too much to ask for a beef burger to be cooked through? Not a fan of medium rare burger in the middle. Hence the very average review, perhaps should have stated at the Sheraton. Would not return.

Chosen for its proximity to the airport (7 minute walk from reception to terminal), the hotel did not disappoint. Large room with a comfortable bed, excellent wi-fi, good bathroom, nice pool and small gym, great breakfast buffet and good service. What's not to like?!

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is always flawless. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it.

The only recommendation I would make is to add international channels as the TV is only in German - for an International hotel by the airport, it woukd benefit many others.

Absolutely fantastic

Everything was fab, room huge and clean, Spa great although pool could be 2 degrees warmer. Breakfast amazing with lots of variety.
Staff/service wonderful.
Very close to airport terminal C - highly recommend.
Tv could be updated, but that’s not a big deal.

For flying travelers, can’t beat this hotel.

One night stay while on business in Duesseldorf. This is a very nice property, kept clean and in good condition. Staff is helpful and the sushi restaurant in the lobby was delicious. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and it didn’t disappoint. Check in counters are only a 5-10 minute walk from the lobby which is a huge help for early flights. Rooms are modern and spacious. For the price I was impressed. Will definitely come back.

Poor service - we arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready but was advised I would need to pay an extra 39 euro to get in my room prior to 3 PM. This makes no sense. I then asked if I’d get a discount if I checked out early but was told no. I don’t really expect to pay less if I check out early but feel the extra charge to get in a room that is available is taking advantage of the customer.

Also, most restaurants in the hotel were closed during my stay - very inconvenient.

We had a good stay here, the room was spacious and had 3 bathrooms. The carpet crinkled when you walked on it but otherwise it felt clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options, and very attentive staff. Being an airport hotel we didnt notice any noise or hear any planes.

Excellent hotel for our trip to surprise our daughter doing her first Emirates flight. Location to airport is perfect - just a short walk across a covered walkway. Being at airport meant we were ~20 min from the city but fine with an Uber or Bolt. Strange that over the weekend only 1/5 bars/restaurants were open. Aside to this, rooms were spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds and good shower. Hotel is well maintained and spotless. Shame about the restaurant/bar situation though.
