The room/shower/bed/amenities all of them were so nice. Wonderful. However there was one thing which made me so badly mad. The taxi from the hotel to the airport. (1) The taxi driver did NOT use a taxi-meter. This is totally unfair and illegal. Yet, the price Euro 17,00 had been already settled, and he did not tell me. Pretty much unfair. (2) The driver did not accept the credit card paying. I guess, he illegally got Euro 17 himself by not telling it anybody (even to the taxi company. This is terrible!! In this sense, he was just a thief. Even worse is that this taxi driver was connected the hotel (especially the front desk guy). Black money is under going. I liked the hotel ibis in general. So please change all of these in order.

Staff response to requests for assistance and information had to be pulled from them. Not helpful in general. I am not sure if it was poor training or they did not care. I requested an extra night at the hotel from the from the front desk and the response was \"go on line and book\". The ladies we not doing anything so it was not as though they had no time. It took a bit of pressure to have them just look to see if a room was available.

I arrived after a long teip and a very cold day. When i wanted to turn on the heater it didnt work saying its central control. So i had to put on a pullover because i was very cold. The hotels use the excuse of eco-friendly , energy conservation but i woke up coughing and thats ridiculous cilous. Its just being cheap and greedy on their part.

We had a very pleasant stay. The minimalist style is compensated by extreme cleanliness (the hotel looks and feels new), very very cozy beds, pristine new bathrooms, and very helpful staff. The ladies at the reception were a great help to me and my son. Would definitely stay there again! Also, great job on being eco friendly!

A comfortable short-stay

This was a last minute booking simply to rest my head for the bright before my early flight the next morning. The hotel is fairly close to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and modern. The shower was good too.

Very close to the airport! It was 15 euros to go there and return cab asked 30 euros. I think it is normally 12 euros plus gratuity. The rooms are small and clean. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, then Ibis will work for you! Linda was great, she was as pretty busy at 4 am and she was pleasantly interacting with everyone.

There was not adequate dining facilities, it required the use of the neighboring hotel.
It was not possible to operate the air conditioning, therefore the room was warm and stuffy, temperature outside was in the 26 degrees.
There was no wake up call facility.
There is no form of shuttle transfer to the airport from the hotel, I was expecting this to be available as the hotel is called 'Ibis Düsseldorf Airport'.

Quarto muito pequeno, padrão Ibis, mas as instalações são boas, limpas, novas, com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade .A equipe de recepção muito educada e disponível. A localização do hotel perto do aeroporto, é boa e tem um mercado próximo, dá para ir a pé. Apesar disso o acesso ao aeroporto com malas não é tão facil a pé, recomendo sair com tempo para andar até o ponto de ônibus e chegar a estação de trem do aeroporto, ou pedir um über ou taxi como eu fiz, e em torno de €15 , chega-se ao aeroporto em 5 minutos.
Poderia melhorar se retirasse o carpete, única observação. Como saí muito cedo, não pude experimentar o café da manhã . Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, etwa vor einem frühen Abflug am nächsten Tag, bestens geeignet.
Wir nutzen das Hotel gerne am Vortag eines Urlaubs, da es 15 min zu Fuß vom Terminal entfernt liegt und direkt um die Ecke ein Aldi ist, bei dem man sich abends mit etwas zu Essen zu normalen Preisen versorgen kann.
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend für den oben beschriebenen Zweck.
Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher o.ä. auf dem Zimmer. Als Ablagemöglichkeit gibt es keinen wirklichen Schrank, aber ein Metallgestell, das aber ebenfalls ausreichend ist.
Die Bar/das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da nicht genutzt.

Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht, um schnell am Flughafen zu sein. Das geht auch gut (etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder auf halbem Weg mit dem Skytrain). Das Hotel ist gut, leider hatte die Bar geschlossen, der Aufenthaltsraum ist schön. Das Zimmer zweckmäßig und gut. Sauber, Bett bequem.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein, jedoch für 2 Nächte ausreichend. Was mich gestört hat waren die lauten Geräusche. Schon gegen halb Fünf Uhr früh haben sich Menschen direkt vor dem Hotel laut unterhalten. Etwas später wurden mehrere Türen zugeknallt und haben mich öfter aus dem Schlag gerissen.
