First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is in a great area with restaurants, small shops, and a grocery store on the corner. The staff is nice but their response by email is not good. It was my fiancée birthday and we were there to celebrate but the hotel took no interest in helping me make it a extra very special day for her. Also it is a non-smoking hotel but on the balcony people smoke a lot and it STOPS non-smoking people from enjoying the great garden also their own balcony!

Nice hotel away from busy Old Town

Stayed here for Euro cup trip. 15 minute walk to Old Town or short taxi trip. I was however I was charged more per room than my hotels.com booking confirmation which I'm still waiting for the hotel to resolve. So make sure you check your hotels.com quote first before you pay.

Warm welcome; very spacious and clean room. Close to underground and tram - short journey to city centre. Quiet at night. Great selection of restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of smoke coming up from guests smoking on the terrace area on the ground floor of the hotel - we had to close the window.

Beautiful, clean and very quiet hotel - Superb

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a little gem. The hotel staff spoke English and were incredibly helpful and let me check in early after a very long morning travelling.

The room was beautiful, clean and very quiet. I was away with business so coming back to the quiet hotel was a very welcomed relief. The firmer pillow they offered was also one of the best I’ve slept on!

Breakfast was brilliant and they offered a large range of high quality foods. You could also request your own eggs and various other hot choices.

Overall a superb hotel and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m visiting on business again.

Nothing negative to say about our stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is comfortable, clean, centrally located and we had a very nice few days stay. The only downside is the parking which is expensive at €20 per day but it is very close to the hotel so you just have to factor it in.

We stayed 4 nights and chose the hotel ad it ws convenient for visiting our daughter.

Check in was efficient and we had 2 door keys. The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed and a decent shower room, nice toileteries. The hotel is themed on fashion and the decor in our room was a huge mural of a fashion model.

Breakfast was a good hot and cold buffet. The restaurant was not open in the evenings nor for lunch but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Its an excellent location.

Cafe across the street was a perfect start to each day, and we really appreciated having a courtyard room that was really quiet at night. A perfect place to stay to explore Dusseldorf and experience a neighbourhood near the heart of the City.

Lovely, helpful staff who provided great tips for our short stay. Good breakfast choice and lovely, spacious room. Hotel is located in nice neighbourhood, with good selection of restaurants, cafes, public transport and amenities.
We were allowed to check out at a later time which was also very kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel! The room is very spacious for a family of 4 with 2 young children. The only down size is the overly decorated lady model photos on the wall. At least three huge photos of her in the room which my kids think they are very scary. LOL. Breakfast was nice and parking is right next to the hotel. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The room was large with a dividing wall with a TV in it which separated the sleeping area from the living space. The living area had a large double sofa bed which was great for our 10 year old. Supermarket and shops are a minutes walk away. The city centre is about a 15 minute walk through a park with a children’s play area and parakeets flying overhead. The hotel has a gym with resistance and cardio machines. Our towels and room were cleaned daily. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and speak very good English. Hotel Indigo is so good and ideally located that this was our second stay there. If we return to Düsseldorf then we will definitely stay there again.

We were upset we didn’t get a room with a balcony. We specifically selected a higher priced room because of the balcony (in the pictures). I would suggest changing the pictures online or writing a more specific room description.

Bad and disgusting stay.

The experience was bad. I woke up from a sleep and found big bug climbing my leg. There was a bump the next day and it definitely came from that bug. I couldn't sleep the whole night that night. The phone wasn't working nor the WIFI. The bathroom has a pool of hair on the bath floor and it was disgusting.

The hotel is in a very good location and is both modern and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. However we were not supplied with enough toiletries even though we asked for more at reception so had to share one bottle of shampoo/ conditioner and shower gel each day. The TV had no English Channels apart from the news ones there were no English instructions.
The public areas had information on the walls but again no English so we were at a loss as to what they referred to. It would have been nice to have a little plaque with an English version to read.

Great first time stay in Düsseldorf.

Fantastic 3 night stay. Arrival flight was early, but we were welcome to the hotel whilst breakfast was still being served, offered a drink and by the time we had finished our room was ready and bags already in room.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location with station just a few minutes walk, supermarket on same road and only a €20 Taxi journey from airport.

We visited to see the Christmas markets and this hotel was the perfect choice.

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location. You can either walk or catch a tram or Ubahn to the centre.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast which was a wide choice of fruits, cereals, yogurt, cheeses, meats, pastries etc was served from 7.30-11am.
Hotel was exceptionally clean. All staff were really efficient and friendly.
What more could you ask for?
We would definitely return.
