Not even close, the room is tiny and looks like a dorm room, bed is hard and close to ground. No where to hang clothes only a rack with 5 hangers.
No privacy in washroom area all open there is a toilet closet but the shower is tiny

Great breakfast, but a few issues…

We have stayed in a few 25 hour hotels, we generally love the offering. However there were a few disappointing issues. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, with a bathtub on it, which couldn’t actually be used because it’s winter and the water wasn’t on. The balcony had a plant pot with growing weeds, a single seat and a dirty ashtray. Not the most appealing. During our stay the streaming service just didn’t work, when we asked we were told its new and there were issues they couldn’t fix. It meant that most of the weekend we had someone streaming Norwegian and Dutch programmes on the streaming service and we only managed to connect our Netflix twice. We also returned to our room one day where someone had used our toilet despite us having been out all day. One evening we came back, after the room being cleaned, the bath mat had been put in the shower and the shower left running through the smaller spray-hose, meaning the bathmat was drenched. We also really wanted to use the bar but we couldn’t get served the two times we tried. The bar seemed to cater for external non-hotel guests having events. The saving grace is the breakfasts and the staff serving each morning. They offer a great selection of foods, cooked and cold options and incredible attentive staff, who can’t do enough. The reception staff are also great despite not being able to help with the tv issues or offering to come and re-clean our bathroom.

Quite surprised a disappointed to learn that at certain hours in the day between breakfast 10:30 and dinner 18:00 there is nowhere to eat in the hotel and no bar facilities. There is a coffee kiosk on the ground floor but no food other than cake etc.

Roof top bar and restaurant is beautiful! Hotel cafe is good. Rooms clean. Location is a 3 minute walk to the metro stop which takes you to the city and water front. A convenient option as you can buy your ticket on the metro with a credit card. There is a wonderful cafe Coffee Lab 1 minute walk, as well as a small convenience store a couple more doors from there. Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Nice room and great staff. About a 20 minute walk from the main train station but there's a local stop which takes you to the main station in a few minutes plus the U-Bahn/Tram which goes to the old town in a few minutes, so the hotel is well connected and located. Some decent restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Room was not cleaned as promised on day 2 and mini bar not restocked but this was not a problem.
We checked in late and staff were lovely and helpful, they also arranged twin bed instead of double when i messaged them beforehand.

Espectacular todo, si hay una sola cosa negativa para decir es que la habitación es un poco pequeña y no tiene armarios cerrados, colgas la ropa en unas perchas en la pared pero te arreglas. La atención de la gente es 10 puntos y el desayuno es espectacular ! La habitación bien decorada pero pequeña. Buena ubicación. Rooftop muy lindo. Volvería sin dudarlo !!!

Beautifully designed hotel, but unfortunately completely unfunctional. No closet, just a shelf in front of the TV. So you can either watch TV or hang your clothes on hangers. Hardly any space for personal belongings. An open bathroom for no privacy at all, only the toilet was in a separate room. Very small bed, bad for two average sized adults. Neither of us slept well during our entire stay. The gyms facilities were really sad for a new hotel. Instead of dumbbells you can use bags filled with sand....
Parking is $25 for the night, street parking is available but the area is busy and you have to pay for it. Breakfast is $29 but there are several good options around the hotel.

The hotel was soooo nice! Clean, modern but chic and cute design very contemporary and artistically done! Our room had a home bedroom feel and the breakfast on the top floor is absolutely delicious and very fresh! The spa was private and absolutely perfect with refreshments complimentary which was a nice touch! Loved every bit of it and the check in staff where wonderful too!

The hotel is relatively clean and comfortable. The rooms are of the old times design, which is quite unique. The staff is friendly. The down side is that the hotel is about 20 minutes walk away from the central train station. There are hardly any shops or restaurants near by. For people with cars, the distance is not a problem.
There is a restaurant on the top of the hotel building. But the restaurant is relatively expensive. It would be around 50-60 Euros per person average.

BTW: the bar on the top floor is excellent, with gin-tonics that do not need extra input due to the excellent choice of gins. Try those out!

The Hotel itself, with this Bar, cafe and restaurant has everything you needed!

I haven’t tried the Restaurant but the bar as a great view over Düsseldorf.

Two points - my partner had an allergic reaction to the bedding that was provided. I tried to communicate this to the reception and they did not provide new bedding until the next day. Subsequently I needed to try and find a chemist on a Sunday which is very difficult as the majority of shops are shut. Also there was a fire alert on the 16th floor where the restaurant is located however there was no fire alarm activated on the third floor or in the rooms to let anybody know the first thing we knew was when we looked outside and the staff were outside and most of the guests. I do not expect this from a 4 star hotel tried to communicate this again to the staff in the morning and just shrugged it off. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and until now, I’ve never felt compelled to write a review. 5 Stars aren’t enough.

I was pulled to this hotel for the balcony bathtubs. I came again for the rooftop bar, Marty, Kevin, Schades, usw. the excellent service. Since then however, time and time again, I come here just for the feeling the hotel and especially the employees gives me.

Königlich, herrlich, himmlisch. Special thanks to Alin, Theodora, Silvana, Jonas, die ganzen Barmitarbeiter und mittlerweile die Küchenmitarbeiter mit wem ich so gut wie kein Kontakt gehabt habe. Von tiefsten meines Herz, danke. Ihr habt ein neuen Stammgast, und ihr habt ihm gut verdient.

Great hotel to stay at during BOOT held at the Messe Convention Center. Very accomodating stafff (helped with courier of work items) and a fabulous view of the city from the restaurant and bar. Appreciated being able to drink the tap water and some of the additional items included in the room (Bluetooth speaker and recycled shopiing bag etc.) Close to public transport as well so getting around on trams was very easy

This is a cool property. The rooms are nicely done. More attention to under the beds could be an improvement. The 17th floor bar is very nice with a downside. The 17th floor bar is also a local favorite making it difficult for guest to enjoy as it gets full quick. The restaurant has great food, the coffee in the lobby is incredible.

Short stay at 25 hour das tour. We had a german style room. From the moment we arrived the hotel was very well presented l. Very great service from all the staff. The pictures do not the this place justice it is much nicer in person. Bar area has a great vide and lovely views as it is on the top floor. Only down side on my part would be is the room lacked a kettle/coffee maker, pillows were not the best, one was huge and one was tiny? And the restaurant lacked vegan options. But we wpuld happily go back to 25 hour das tour if we were to visit dusseldorf again

Get a room up high to enjoy the views!

This is my fourth stay in a 25 hours and the experience continues to be consistent and exceptional.

The chain provides great value accommodation with funky, unique decor. This hotel is themed around friendship between Germany and France and we were located in a corner French room.

Initially we had some issues with a door handle in our bathroom- apparently a manufacturing fault in some of the new rooms. This was being looked at, but upon mentioning it, were swiftly moved to another room on a higher floor with a smile.

Being located on the 11th floor, we had a delightful view and sunset was a real delight to be in the room for with the sun streaming in through the large windows.

My only disappointment is there are not any 25 hours in my part of the world!

You’re about 15-20 minutes walk to the Old Town and similarly so for the train station.

Staff are incredibly helpful and I’d happily stay here again on a return to Dusseldorf.

Unexpectedly amazing! Fun and unique hotel.

From the outside, the 25hours in Dusseldorf looks like any other large hotel... but on the inside, it is something altogether different. The interiors are wonderful. I stayed in a 'French' room which had a record player sitting in the corner with a bunch of vintage French LPs.

There was a balcony with a bathtub outside. Amazing on an autumn evening.

The sauna overlooking the city, and the top floor restaurant for breakfast, are also best-in-class.

Highly recommended!
