Very nice and comfortable rooms. Great location allows to walk to several major areas of interest, shopping and restaurants. Very courteous staff. Only drawback for us was the breakfast area which doesn’t allow any privacy. However, they have excellent coffee and many delicious choices of food. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience.

Nos atendieron muy bien y las instalaciones me parecieron muy lindas.
La ubicación está muy bien, aunque por esa zona no me animaría a salir a caminar por la noche, como si lo haría cruzando el dique. Está muy cerca de la zona gastronómica de Puerto Madero. La habitación estaba limpia y era bastante amplia.
El desayuno me pareció muy bueno teniendo en cuenta el precio.

The views from the upper floors are beautiful. The room was a good size and had big windows. They have a weird rule about no alcohol in the public areas so it's a shame you can't enjoy a beer by the pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The property is nice and close to restaurants and shopping places , it is actually close to all the important places you should visit, but make sure you are go the on winter because they don’t have any heaters in the reception, we was waiting there for check in and that is a freezer was like check in outside. The breakfast is not bad but nothing hot like eggs or empanadas . Just bread , fruits, jam and cheese all the days coffee and the same juice . They should have better options for a 4 star hotel , I will give this hotel 3 stars .

Check-in was nice and staff friendly, the room was nice and modern however there was a cover that made me sniff all the time until I put it away. There was a minor incident where the fireman entered the building and I would expect for the reception staff to communicate what was happening for everyone to be calmed but the staff didn’t approach us at all. Perfect spot!

Great city and a great spot to stay. A very inexpensive taxi ride to a ton of great places in BA. The staff was incredibly friendly, and definitely made us feel like we were returning home whenever we would get back from our daily adventures. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, but the floor boards weren’t installed properly and moved/slid when you walked on them. Poor communication from the hotel at all times. Internet didn’t work the entire stay. TV was not a smart TV (really doesn’t matter though since there was no internet). Oh and they don’t accept debit cards. They wanted a cash deposit HIGHER than the entire room rate because I didn’t have credit card!!! Seriously?!

I travel a lot all over the world and like to book hotels with kitchenettes. This hotel, for the money, was not worth it. Kitchenette was barely stocked with utensils, no coffee pot in room. Breakfast in the lobby was good, but had to eat cereal and coffee out of very small plastic or styrofoam cups, plastic utensils. Breakfast area was extremely small and they would not allow you to eat on the big chairs in the lobby even when there was not room in the specific eating area. No bathroom in lobby. Would not recommend this hotel for the money.

It was an average property for the price. They gave the same room to us and to a different couple so we were all very confused when random people opened our hotel room door. We had to switch rooms during our stay bc of maintenance (so weird). The parking was ridiculously expensive for Buenos Aires ($11/night). We got stuck in the elevator and no one did anything to help and when we informed them of the issue nothing happened and we could hear other people getting stuck for a full day until they fixed it. Overall a meh experience.

Condition of room could have been better but was sufficient. Appeared to be severe water damage to flooring around entry/kitchenette area. Desk area had no electrical outlets that we could find. (A power strip could have resolved the problem, as desk lamp was plugged in through access hole to nearby closet) Staff turnover resulted in item left behind on previous trip (women's boots) being \"LOST\" despite being advised they would be held.

This resort was west of the canal, walking distance to popular restaurant and to main historical sites.
The resort was okay to me. This place is an Apartment Resort, has different confirmation of beds. The size of the room was amazing.
The room could use a little extra cleaning from scuff marks, cleaning the tile better in the shower.
Most of the front staff is not bilingual.
The signage to enter the resort is hidden.

CH madero is more like a residencies and it is a perfect place to stay for long time, rooms are comfortable and spacious for our family (4), there is a small kitchen, toaster and boiling water, the pool and the gym are really nice and clean. The lobby staff was always nice, very respectful and helpful. Breakfast was brought every morning, is was ok.
The location was perfect 2 blocks from puerto madero nice restaurant beautiful area, and 2 blocks from Av independencia, which you can access the bus station to almost anywhere. There is also a supermarket you can get what you need in there. The Subte is only 10 mins walk, plaza de mayo is about 15-20mins. We have two kids and they walked everywhere.
Things that can be improved: internet wifi is really bad, it will be nice to have more kitchen supplies like a pot and more knife and forks etc. Also I found the cleaning of the room was always soo late by the time we came back from walking etc the room was start to get clean so it was no the best time. I did not have a sign and keep forgetting to ask for one.
So I really recommend this place if you staying for long and want to feel more like home that hotel and the price is good

This property is half apartments, half hotel so they do not offer the amenities a regular hotel would. Example: we call to ask for a clothes iron and they made my husband go downstairs to get it, which took over half an hour. Overall my husband and I enjoyed staying there for one night but we're not so sure we would enjoy for a long term stay.

I wouldn't stay here again. Only one person on the reception desk, so I had to stand in a queue for about 20 minutes to check-in. I arranged a late check-out at additional cost only to be told the next morning that it wasn't possible. Breakfast was included - I placed an order which never arrived. I booked a transfer to the airport through the hotel for 3.30pm...it finally arrived at 4.20pm. Fortunately I had allowed plenty of time to get to the airport. On the positive side, I was allowed to check in early, and the hotel allowed me to keep my room until 3pm without charge, as a compensation for the late check out stuff up.

This hotel is of similar quality to a Days Inn. The room is large and has a modern design, however things are low quality. The towels feel like they have been washed thousands of times, the room smells like smog, and the bathroom is very small and cheap looking. There was also a cockroach in my room. The hotel staff were very friendly and the lobby is very nice. The room is just a 2 or 3 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel as the listing suggests.

The location was fantastic and everything up to getting into the room is perfect. I found this to be more of an extended stay apartment style than a hotel. Everything was pretty unclean in the room. The sponge for the dishes was disgusting and I had to wash everything before using. The room itself could have used some paint as it was pretty scuffed up. Other than that the only other issue was that they had 3 irons for the whole hotel which left me scrambling to get a shirt ironed for my morning meeting.

A good hotel near downtown and in front of Puerto.

I was treated very well by the receptionist. The Hotel does not have a suitcase charger,
has a cleanliness that leaves something to be desired. The equipment works, but they are in the limit to be replaced. The towels are of poor quality. It has a good pool and a breakfast system which is delivered in the room very interesting and works. The internet has serious signal difficulties. It is not possible a hotel that meets a more categorized public with an internet of poor quality, unfortunate.
