Good hotel for the price!

This was a great hotel for the price. Only needed to rest and take a shower before my late night flight. The front desk was very helpful and even helped charged my cell phone! The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

O pessoal é atencioso e o hotel tem um grande lobby. Como sugestões para melhoria, o controle da temperatura da água do chuveiro poderia ser melhor. O ar condicionado poderia gelar mais (não foi um grande problema porque na maior parte da estadia, o tempo estava frio).

Staff in the front desk is extremely unfriendly and rough.
The rooms are not as in the pictures. Extremely small, in need of uggrading. The elevator was working intermittently.
I heard many time people screaming trapped in the elevator asking for help.
You feel all the time, they are looking for some additional chrges.
I definitely would not stay in this place again.

I came at 11am to check in, and left my luggage at the front desk until it was time for check-in. I showed up at 11:30pm and they told me that maintenance have to fix a leaking in the bathroom, and left the room uncleaned. They have the whole day to either 1. Clean the room, 2. Notify me about the situation, 3. Switch me to a new room. Instead they gave me the option of sending me to a new hotel that is not nearby or the latest which it was hanging and waiting in the lobby of the hotel while they cleaned the room.

Truly disappointed and I can’t believe the poor and unprofessional end result.

Al llegar al hotel, el personal me solicitó los datos de una tarjeta de crédito como garantía por posibles consumos del frigobar. Aclaré que solo iba a utilizar la habitación para dormir (ingresé cerca de la 1:00 am y me retiré a las 7:00 am), pero igualmente me indicaron que sin ese requisito no podía ingresar.

Como no llevaba tarjeta de crédito, entregué los datos de mi tarjeta de débito, los cuales fueron anotados manualmente. Esta situación me resultó muy insegura, ya que ante cualquier consumo indebido no habría forma de justificarlo. En caso de que se genere algún cargo, solicitaré a Hotel.com que se haga responsable.

Respecto a la habitación, no cumplió con lo esperado: es muy pequeña, con poco espacio de circulación. Además, las frazadas se encontraban sucias, lo cual fue determinante en mi mala experiencia.

Por último, el hotel se promociona como ubicado en Puerto Madero, pero en la práctica no se encuentra en esa zona, lo que resulta engañoso.

Sinceramente, siento que el servicio no justificó el valor abonado.

A limpeza deixa a desejar, o banheiro por ter uma planta muito esquisita (corredor cumprido que te levam dentro do banheiro para o vaso sanitário, escondido, como se fosse uma trilha rs) faz com que claramente seja difícil acompanhar a qualidade da limpeza. O quarto camas boas, espaço bom e condições razoáveis. Os elevadores durante a estadia não funcionaram e tivemos que subir 5 andares com malas e crianças. Funcionários não são solícitos e não dão muita clareza nas informações.

Otima localização e estrutura

Amei me hospedar ai. A um passo de Puerto Madero, mas em uma rua também muito charmosa, bem arborizada, pertinho de San Telmo e suas lojinhas. A estrutura é muito boa, quartos bem espaçosos e camas confortáveis. O café é cobrado a parte e é ok, condiz com o valor cobrado (que dava uns 35,00 reais por pessoa na epoca.

-Antes de me hospedar, confesso que fiquei um pouco receoso devido às avaliações negativas que li, mas, mesmo assim, decidi reservar e foi a melhor escolha. O hotel superou todas as minhas expectativas!
-Primeiramente, é importante entender que, ao pagar uma diária de 60 USD, o que você recebe é um hotel de 60 USD, e não um de 700 USD. Então, para o valor, o que o hotel oferece é excelente!
-Check-in e Atendimento: 10/10: O atendimento foi impecável! A equipe foi extremamente educada e atenciosa, mesmo com o hotel lotado. Fui recebido com muita cordialidade e sem nenhum contratempo.
-Quarto: 10/10: O quarto era espaçoso, a cama confortável e o ambiente estava silencioso, permitindo uma boa noite de sono. O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente e a Smart TV com TV a cabo estava disponível para o meu lazer. Além disso, o banheiro era grande e a ducha sensacional!
-Café da manhã: 10/10: Para um hotel de 60 USD a diária, o café da manhã foi excelente! Com opções variadas e de boa qualidade, não senti falta de nada.

Sumiu meus documentos e me colocar em quarto menor

Hola, me hospedé en este hotel en la habitación 506. Pagué por una habitación triple porque queríamos más espacio, pero nos colocaron en una doble, más pequeña, y aun así pagamos de más.

Luego, cuando la camarera entró a arreglar la habitación, desapareció completamente mi bolso, donde tenía dólares, los pasaportes y otros documentos importantes. Teníamos vuelo hoy por la mañana, día 7, y no pudimos embarcar. Estamos atrapados en el país.

Tuvimos que hacer otro check-in y ahora tomamos una habitación para solo dos personas, pagando mucho menos, pero curiosamente nos colocaron nuevamente en la misma habitación 506, que originalmente habíamos pagado como triple (casi el doble del valor).

Ya hicimos la denuncia policial y pedí información a la gerencia, pero solo dicen que “no estaba en el hotel”. Sin embargo, estaban conmigo un grupo de amigos que están en la habitación 409 y todos vieron que llegué anoche con la bolsa. Incluso mi hija, que está conmigo, confirma que hoy por la mañana salimos con la bolsa en el cuarto, y al regresar ya no estaba.

Solicito una respuesta urgente y seria de parte del hotel.

Faltou energia e com isso ficamos sem TV, sem internet e sem água para escovar dentes.. sem tomar banho. No outro dia a água estava suja com ferrugem e não nos deram água nem para escovar dentes. O barulho do motor gerador é alto. Trocam toalhas todos os dias (poderiam trocar com mais tempo para economizar água) as lâmpadas são filamento. Elevadores pequenos. Colchões antigos. Toalhas puídas. Não tem cesta de lixo nos quartos nem locais com lixo separado.

Não vale o custo apesar da localização e do bom at

Não. Esse não. Fui em época de calor, o primeiro quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava, aí trocamos o quarto o ar era fraco, a cama não é enxoval eram desconfortáveis, quarto até grande mas não gostei muito. A localização fica perto do Porto em si e de Santelmo, dá para ir andando para muitos pontos turísticos. Os trabalhadores do hotéis são legais, são ótimos, mas desculpem, não voltaria no hotel.

Manutenção do hotel precisa de atenção

Nosso quarto era no 1o andar.
Enquanto um membro da família tomava banho houve vazamento no quarto e uma cachoeira no térreo. Isso aconteceu 2 dias diferentes, precisamos trocar de quarto.
Todos os colaboradores foram excelentes, mas a manutenção do hotel carece atenção.
