Check-in with Rodolfo, the Brazilian gentleman, was fabulous. The rest of the staff was very friendly and polite. The location is spectacular, easy walking distance to the Puerto Madero restaurants as well as various ministries and the Casa Rosada.

We had a short 3 night stay at Pleno. It was close to everything and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast options and close to the Aeroparque airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

The waist stuff of the restaurant were very nice. But the front office was not. For them to do a normal load of laundry cost more than an entire nice stay at the hotel. Obviously unacceptable. Plus those lotta noise from construction across the street.

The check in was difficult. I was given the wrong room. I paid for a kin size room and received a small 2 twin beds room. I arrived after midnight and was super tired. Having to wait on the attendant to change my room was very challenging. It took him a while to get me another room. The room I was given is way below my expectations!

A wonderful and small hotel, only 12 floors with a couple of units per floor. Located in a centric area to the city and easy to walk to most of tourists attractions.
Breakfast was very nice, fresh and replenished all the time, we didn’t need lunch after it, maybe a banana or something small to tie us over till dinner.
Staff was very professional and willing to assist you at any time you pleased.
The only thing I would say, is that they may need to update the air conditioning units as 1st. room we had wasn't working but they changed us immediately; another suggestion will be for them to replace towel hangers in the bathrooms...a little upkeep will resolve this.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and staff always friendly and pleasant. We recommend to stay there, as we probably come back to Pleno Madero hotel next time we visit Buenos Aires.

Pleno Madero was located in the best area to go explore the lovely area near the port as well as to walk to other attractions. Super clean, very comfortable king size bed, soft bedding and towels, delicious breakfast included and friendly reception desk staff.

This is a nice small hotel with great staff. They answered all my enquiries thoroughly and quickly. They were extremely helpful in arranging a driver to pick us up from our late flight at the airport. At the hotel, there are not really any stairs that you can use, so even if you are on a low floor, you have to take the elevator. Once you get to your floor, you will come out onto a square landing with 3 doors. It was pretty quiet. We did hear a bit of traffic, but when we woke up we discovered that we had slept with the window open, so check that. The best part was going down early for breakfast. When I told the girls that I am celiac and needed gluten free food, they were extremely attentive and brought out so many options for me, I couldn't possibly eat that much food. Such a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We liked that it was very reasonably priced, simple, clean accommodations nothing fancy we were pleasantly surprised with the included breakfast, which was quite plentiful with fresh fruit eggs made to order and other items the staff/front desk went out of their way to ask if there was anything we needed and if we were happy with our stay Very accommodating. The only downside for us was most of the things we wanted to do during our short stay we’re not very close so either had to walk 3 miles or catch a cab.

The service was good, as well as the property itself. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that I got a room connecting with another one. Although the connecting door was locked, one could hear everything that was going on at the other side. This was particularly unpleasant because, even if the people in the other room were not extremely noisy, I could hear everything that they were saying and doing, and I could not sleep.

Hitel is very well located, close to the bridge, restaurants, and transportation is easy to accesd.Hotel is smaller than we thought. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Storing space is limited, only 1 drawer and open shelves. No hair dryer, had to ask for one, which was quickly provided. Breakfast buffet is good and waitress were very nice and corteous. The front desk, including Joel and Victoria and the rest of the group, were very attentive and informative. They went above and beyond in helping us with booking some of our excursions. We definitely recommend this small boutique type hotel. There’s a coffee shop and a tavern type restaurant next door, good food and very good prices..for a quick bite.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. When we first checked in, the room we were given smelled like sewage. We notified the hotel staff, and they promptly switched our rooms. We had no issues with our new room. Having said that, we stayed at 3 different hotels during this trip, and this one was our least favorite. It's a fine hotel, but I think there are better options out there.

Very nice boutique hotel

Modern boutique hotel in Puerto Madero area. Easy walking distance to waterfront restaurants and bars.Buffet breakfast was wonderful with beautiful presentation. Service was great. They accommodated us with a slightly earlier check in which was greatly appreciated since we hadn’t slept in 24 hours. Room clean and bed comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in Buenos Aires

The hotel is centrally located with shops, restaurants nearby. From the hotel it takes less than 10 minute walking to reach Plaza Mayo and Metro station. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful; its amenities are in very good condition. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to have a great vacation in Argentina.

Excellent location with lots of room

For the most part, I really enjoyed staying at Own Madero. It was very conveniently located within walking distance from Puerto Madero, San Telmo, and many other exciting places. The room was comfortable and had ample space. I interacted with a few staff members but one stood above the others as being extra helpful and friendly - Dianna. The only downsides were that the hotel is so new that some things are still being \"broken in,\" as I was told by staff. For instance, I really had to jerk the handle to my room to get it to open every time. Also I had to put a cash deposit since their ability to accept Visa was down for a few days. Overall, I would definitely stay again if in Buenos Aires.

Very nice Hotel closed to several point of interest such as Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo, and Tango shows. Also, great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was great! They provided several recommendations for lunch and dinner and the overall service was outstanding!

A nice comfortsble stay in a great location

Near many of Buenos Aires important attractions, this new hotel offers ample space, modern facilities, and very friendly attention. Wifi and complimentary breakfast were included. Front desk was always swift to help with good directions and advice, and mde you feel at home

El hotel está limpio, muy cómodo tiene 3 habitaciones por piso, la ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno tiene una n buen surtido de panadería, muchas frutas diferentes, te hacen los huevos al gusto. Es el único hotel donde encontramos que tiene plancha dentro del cuarto y no ha ruido.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado entre San Telmo y Puerto Madero.
Rodolfo fue muy atento al recibirnos y asegurarse que recibiéramos una bolsita de desayuno al salir del hotel a las 3 am.
Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y la cama, almohadas y ropa de cama de lo mejor.
Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo en el Hotel.
