We are a family with kids aged 12 and 14 and stayed for three nights. The entire experience from check in to check out was incredible. Everyone was genuine and cared about our stay. The property and rooms were immaculate, food was good. Buffet breakfast had everything you could need. The staff were always attentive and fun to talk with and it felt like you were hanging out with family. We loved that we could walk into the busy area but it was extremely quiet at night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We switched to a. Different hotel and are disappointed we didn’t just stay there for the trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort. The location is perfect—right on the beautiful White Beach with amazing sunset views every evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everyone seemed to naturally have such a good vibe, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection and it was nice to enjoy it with the ocean just steps away.

Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay. 🌴🌅

We love our room, they clean as soon as we requested it. We got a welcome leaf letter every day, all the staff are very friendly. They are very helpful finding us a beach chair and saving it for us. We feel so special and important staying in this place. This is our second time now in this hotel and my kids love to stay here all the time. We definitely go back here again.

From the moment we landed till the time we left the staff were the most professional I have witnessed in all my travels, their happiness and smiles made our day.
We spend everyday eating in the restaurant the reason being the food excellent and the staff outstanding, value was excellent as well.
There is no doubt it is in the name because this hotel the AMBASSADOR is totally paradise.
Us Scot’s have a saying haste ye back (hurry back) and I will definitely be doing that.
Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay wonderful.

Our room is well-maintained and made-up daily. The entire resort, like the pool, restaurant, walkways, beachfront are all clean and maintained by the staff. We give special thanks to all the staff from the first the 1st staff we met up to the last. They were all very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the lady who were assigned on our table during our breakfasts. We were looking for her on our last day, but she must be on leave. Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay. Having never stayed at a top resort, I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was fantastic (I loved the open plan shower-no door). Pool was great, restaurant very good, perfect spot on the beach (about 1km walk from the main areas, which meant you could lie on a beach chair without tonnes of tourists constantly filing past, unlike other hotels).

The buffer breakfast is different everyday, the pool was beautiful and the beach front with the chairs are just magical. That’s all we did was hang out at the beach.

We had the most incredible stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort in Boracay! From the moment we arrived at the airport for our transfer, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. The room was absolutely stunning. So spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view of the resort pool and ocean.

The restaurant on-site was exceptional, offering such a great variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all a treat! We did not need to leave!

The location was unbearable…Situated right in front of a gorgeous white-sand beach, I could step out and be in paradise within seconds.

The staff really made the stay so wonderful they have thought of everything and always a step ahead of your needs!!

Can’t wait to come back! We will be coming straight to this resort.

We made a great decision to stay at Ambassador. Located in Station 1, Beach front. Room is huge, bathroom is very spacious, ocean and pool view. Plenty of seating in the restaurant, beach beds are also available, first come first serve.
Restaurant with Acoustic singers in the evening during our stay. Restaurant servers both during breakfast and evening are all helpful, we had encounters with Kent, Roy, Noel, Janeza, Adrian, Juvy, Hajie. Guard Jonathan is very helpful too.
Thank you for making our first Boracay visit a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!

Beautiful location on station one (quieter end). Direct beach access is awesome, staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and beach. Only comments would be that restaurant is fairly expensive and meals/drinks were fine but there are really good options around D’mall (Station 2) for half the price. We also had an issue with the tour operator that the hotel booked us. The Ambassador staff were apologetic, but the process where the hotel take a booking deposit (which they must keep) then have you pay the operator the remainder, leaves guests vulnerable to the operator adding additional fees and just saying “oh! didn’t the hotel tell you about that”. Ambassador should manage the whole booking and pay the operator directly so the guest does not need to haggle with the operators, as it ruins the experience to be asked to pull more money out of your pocket while you’re snorkelling. It’s unfortunately typical for Boracay’s reputation. Beach tour vendors wouldn’t be much better… maybe try to book online with someone that looks reputable??? I’m not sure what the safest way to go is.

We booked the family room with the ocean view. I do not recommend this room as the view will always be blocked by chair pillows and stacked chairs. Though the people/security guards are very nice to move it when asked, i feel that there should not be a need to ask since we paid extra for the view. Not a big deal but when we checked in, we are a family of five but towels was only good for 3 people.

Another thing. Since our room is close to the ocean view, random people will be sitting on the table right outside our window. Very disappointed to see people smoking in front of room. We could smell the cigarette smoke smell inside our room. Food was a little on the expensive side but tasted good.

We were given a foot massage for all the trouble but I think it would be better if they could preserve the area for the family room a little private. It was not relaxing to stay in the room. So we just try to enjoy the beach under the sun.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Our family stayed in the Junior Suites, and we loved it aside from the bathroom and the door lock that’s always broken. The bathroom floor gets always flooded every time we shower because of the poor floor design.

The bathroom is always wet which I always end up cleaning after every shower so my family don’t slip, specially when you’re trying to get ready.
The door was broken a couple of times which is very much of a hassle as we can’t get inside our room right away and there’s also a time when we just got back and found them working on our door lock with out our knowledge.

Also, disappointed with the view of the room as I paid extra to get the beach view, but we only see the pool and the top of the coconut trees.

Excellent service with the outstanding staffs all around the resort. If you want to stay in a place with an amazing service, with an over rated hotel rooms, this is the place to go.

It was a good stay, but could’ve been better. The hotel needs improvement.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. The rooms are in excellent condition (the renovated ones) and spacious. Very close to the shore and is seemingly quiet area in station 1. I think what stands out is the customer service provided by all the staff, from the people who met us at the airport to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers and to the last person/s to send us off. Every single need was taken cared of with utmost regard and genuine willingness to assist. I and my family will surely go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Ambassador and staff for providing us one of the most memorable vacations we ever had.

After one week stay, I would like to say this is not like a 5-stars hotel, may be 4-stars or 3.5. If you use 5-stars standard to stay this hotel, you might be disappointed, just like what I'm feel.

Advantage:
1. The location is perfect, one side is the main road, close to Robinson supermarket. The other side is S1 beach, has wonderful beach.
2. The room is very large. The view from the balcony is nice.
3. The service are all friend and nice.
4. The bread and steak in hotel's resturant is good

Disadvantage:
1. The hardware condition is old includes wardrobe, shower, flush toilet and etc. Just like I see another review about the room, except big and good view, there is nothing. I even see the cockroach in the room. By the way, some times will there is not hot water.
2. The cleaning is somehow has the problem, either the towels or brushes would not be provided enough. Of course, if you call the housekeeping, they will send you what you need.

We had a good time at Ambassador except for some minor issues which they were able to resolve in the end. It’s one of the original resorts in station 1 so there are more modern hotel options in the area but none compares to the cozy and homey atmosphere that Ambassador offers its guests. I also love their beachfront area which is quite bigger than other resorts.

Thai hotel is located in front of an amazing beach , one of the best stretch of beach there big walkable to the main district 2 for more restaurant options . The staff was helpful and changed us rooms when we asked as we wanted on the second floor. Breakfast was amazing, not a buffet . The only feedback I would give is the rooms set up. Tv versus armoire placement , not enough hangers and counter space in the bathroom . More lights would be nice but that seems to be an issue in all hotels I’ve been too !! Love the turndown cookies , nice touch .
