Overall pleasant experience! Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was hot and filling. Staff was friendly, some spots could have been a little cleaner, and housekeeping for some reason only made one of our beds when they visited. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it!

My room was just fine. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was good and shower was great.
They no longer have a hot tube which was disappointing.
I never tried the breakfast but it looked good. Enjoyed the coffee.
Parking was good. Wouldn't be much room if you were pulling a trailer.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The morning of check out, opened the door and my receipt was on the floor with my personal info. Name, address.

There is NO hot tub which is the main reason I booked this hotel. The room itself had garbage from previous guests as well as a washcloth hanging in the shower. There was a layer of dust and dirt on the curtains. The carpet was missing in front of the bathroom. On the other hand, the staff were the kindest people. I just wish the hotel had been in better condition.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Comfort Inn. I try to stay positive, especially when traveling with my six-year-old son, but unfortunately there were several issues that made this stay far below expectations.

Communication with the front desk was extremely difficult. The same staff member appeared to be working most of the shifts, and it was very hard to communicate basic questions or concerns.

One of the amenities we were looking forward to was the hot tub that is advertised with the pool area. However, when we went to use the pool, we noticed the hot tub was completely covered with a platform built over it and clearly not operational. The pool itself also appeared very dirty, and after spending time in that area my son and I both started feeling sick.

Another disappointing moment happened with breakfast. After driving nearly 10 hours the day before, my son and I slept in a bit. We came downstairs at 9:33 AM—just three minutes after breakfast ended at 9:30—and were told we could not have anything at all, not even cereal. While I understand policies, a little flexibility or kindness toward a tired parent and child would have gone a long way.

Throughout the stay I did my best to keep the experience positive for my son. He noticed some of the issues around the hotel, and I didn’t want him to have a negative travel experience, so we spent most of our time away from the hotel.

I travel to visit my kids and often just need a place to stay for a few nights

Room was 40 degrees on arrival, heater didn’t work and had black finger prints on the cover, shower drain had what looked like mold growing on it, and the bathroom smelled bad. Breakfast was cold and the gal didn't speak no english. Matter of fact no one would speak english. place smelled of high cemicals. Rooms where dirty. My hot tub didn't work. my first night the bathroom floor got flooded. Moved to third floor, room still looked dirty. Looks like they just make bed and my top cover still had stuck on food on it. shower handle was coroded. microwave was dirty. coffee was weak like they was cutting back on the amount of coffee in maker. My cup of coffee tasted like soap. I'm not impressed with this comfort Inn. No american people running it or it be better.

Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs sausage, Waffles, cereals,. We only tried the eggs and sausage one day. Scrambled eggs were dry and hard like they were left overs. Coffee from the machine was horrible. I think the machine needs a clean.
The hotel smelled of incense. Caused my sons allergies to flare up.
We paid for queen beds but I don't believe we got them. They seemed small. After a 12 hour drive we were to tired to fight.
Rooms and beds were clean. Common areas were clean. Pool was available. Keys did not work in the door for the pool.
The working staff were helpful and friendly.
This wasn't our first stay here but it is probably our last.
The incense was to much for us and we counted on the decent breakfast to save money.

Toilet was very very low to the ground. The bathroom swings inward and it made it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets had stains on them. The hallway had some strange odors that were over powering to say the least. Just overall disappointed in the stay.

Parking a little difficult to get into with a trailer but they did have a decent spot still available. Comfort inn are about the only hotels that when the price is reasonable (they aren't always) that have sausage on the menu for breakfast. For a diabetic that's a must. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Recommend you to avoid this hotel like the plague the foreigners that work at this hotel are extremely rude, their english is so bad you can't even understand what is being told to you and when you asked for them to clarify, all you get is attitude. The manager at the front desk actually cussed me for trying to understand a charge... unbelievable! I have served this country with two combat tours, a veteran being cussed out by a foreigner to this country.... Completely unacceptable!! If I could I wouldn't even give this low-end hotel a one-star rating.

As someone from overseas, I am surprised by the limited facilities in the room. There was no cutlery, kettle, cup, or glasses provided, only paper cups. The coffee maker is useless without water or a suitable cup to use with it. Whilst the telephone is unnecessary and not connected anyway, it should have been removed. I didn't expect the towels to be changed daily, but they were changed nonetheless, even though I had hung them up nicely. This hotel is not quite environmentally friendly. I noted that the floor wasn't vacuumed during my three days of stay. Breakfast is unremarkable, but it (with what is offered) serves the purpose well. The apples provided were a good supplement. The quality of coffee can be improved.

Overall the hotel is wonderful but a couple of downfalls that might have swayed me to another property...
The pool was ice cold...had the heater been working it may have been better or if the room waa heated...AC and water didnt mix well.

Overall our stay was ok. After waiting 35min to check in the first room they put us in was ghetto. The dresser was being held up with a wooden shiv under one side and the lamp was tore up. They got an attitude when I requested a new room. Asking, do you want your money back? This was tempting but many of the hotels were booked up for a wedding and two graduations. It was the small things that made me wish I had paid the extra money and booked at the Holiday Inn months before. The place is dated but clean. There is a pleasant scent throughout the second floor and lobby. Most of the staff are kind. The breakfast was very meh. Atleast it was free. The parking lot had a very strange man living out in his car. The clearly high man approached my daughter as we pulled into the back parking lot one night. The management did address it but it took away from our experience. We saw him the next morning too, sleeping in the same car. There was a loud softball team running in and out of the stairwell. They broke the door in the stairwell and banged on it to be opened. The beds were on the hard side of things(not their fault, apparently it’s a Comfort Inn thing). Atleast it was clean and bug free. The area is convenient right on the highway. Overall it was ok. The place needs a major renovation. I would say it was built in the 90s.

Location was great and overall it was pretty quiet. Beds were comfy. Huge jacuzzi bath was nice. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful; kudos to the lady who works hard to keep people fed in the morning. One minor gripe: our cardkeys stopped functioning the morning we were due to check out and the receptionist had to manually open the room door for us. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.
