Breakfast was very reasonably priced, good quality and variety of food.
Restaurant for dinner was expensive but the indian dishes were delicious and large portion sizes.

No work lift...I came to stay at this hotel with my baby daughter as I had a family function to attend...prior to coming I asked for a ground floor room...only to realise that there were steps to the room and no working lift.
Reception told me to walk outside around the hotel pass a feild to get to the front ..so the event I attended finished late in the evening...did they really expect to walk in the dark and cold secluded side entrance to enter the property... TERRIBLE.
ALSO the fridge in the room was faulty didnt go cold at all...I couldn't keep baby milk cool.
And the phone line in the room didn't work- they said the phone line in that room was faulty. Reception told me to use my own phone call.
Honestly it is not worth the money...and they need to notify people before taking a booking if the lift is out of order. I do not recommend.

where to start - the hotel very poorly maintained and run down.
our original room the shower floor was rusted and had this mouldy smell.. i complained and we were put into another room which also had rust and a moldy smell.. i turned the ac in to get rid of the smell and the ac had a squeaky noise.. the curtains had mold.. it was so bad that we left the room early everyday just to get out.

The room had a constant fizzing sound fun the air conditioner, the light at the table flickered constantly, the loo roll holder was loose, the fridge did not refrigerate. The smoke alarm illuminated the room on n off every few seconds throughout the night,.no eye masks on offer to rectify. The rest toom next to pool smelt strongly of body odour.

I’m really surprised that the positive ratings for this hotel. It was a best, average. The room was very dated, like going back in time. The food in the restaurant was okay, however it was ruined by large groups of people vaping in the dining area not caring about those around them. I would’ve thought the managers would’ve stopped it, but they didn’t seem to care.

We were not provided with the room service breakfast which was promised, and our request for a refund in this respect was totally ignored and denied on both the morning in question and in a follow up written request. The hotel was given over 2 weeks to respond and we have not been contacted at all or acknowledged in any way. This was our first stay here and we did anticipate that very many more stays would follow over the next few months, but we shall now stay elsewhere.

We had a lovely time staying at the Park Hall Hotel and Spa in Wolverhampton recently. The rooms were immaculate and had all the necessities required including tea, coffee and biscuits.
The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Brandon and the rest of the team were attentive and approachable. The parking facilities are also great.

My initial room had a damp carpet. I was then given a room one floor above and the shower had a blocked drain so water was draining very slowly and would have flooded the bathroom gad i not stopped halfway through my shower to give it some time to drain! The shower head needed to be propped up against the wall to stay in the holder and shower controls barely turned to change water temperature. The hallways smelt of damp/drains.. Not would i would have expected!

I was woken at 03:30. First by people talking outside my room, then more people, then knocking then banging. This went on for around an hour and a half. Nobody answered when I called down to reception. Being a lone female, I didn’t want to come out of my room to check. When leaving, the receptionist told me that someone had locked themselves in the bathroom. So they not have a master key or was breaking the door down absolutely necessary. A courtesy knock or call would have been nice.

I was Unable to access the room as the incorrect room key was provided, limited tea and coffee facilities, and no milk was provided. I had to request and go to reception ( a 5-minute walk). Only some of the lights in the room worked. Noisy in the room as families were accommodated below. Very noisy in the restaurant, and the food was lukewarm, having been left at the counter for 20 minutes.

Accessibility? Forget it. There are NO lifts to first or second floors. The only wheelchair lift was broken. If you need level access, avoid this place completely.

I stayed for two nights with my two children (11 and 8) for my birthday. I’d mentioned the occasion when booking, but nothing was acknowledged – not essential, but most hotels usually make a small effort.

Noise was also an issue on Saturday night from a wedding reception. We’d been told about events, but despite having young children, our room was placed right next to the function hall, which made no sense.
Overall: staff are fantastic, but the rooms and facilities don’t justify the cost. A very average stay, and I probably wouldn’t return.

False Advertisement and rude staff. Raising a complaint has to go through 3 levels of so called management (Face to Face, over the phone and then attending on site after phone being put down rudely). I have paid for a 2 night stay with a King Size Bed with a Deluxe Room. I get given 2 single beds and 2 single mattresses joined together. My sleep was disruptive due to my Sciatica being aggravated and this was highlighted at around 5AM several hours before checkout I highlighted concise instructions for a full refund of my money as this is not what I've paid for knowing comfort is essential for my medical condition. After failing a call back that day I spoke to the person checking me in who was rude, overtalking and very defensive when challenged with my dissatisfaction and the call terminated. I then drove to the hotel to Speak with the front of house manager again someone in charge of the process who needs to go away and speak with other managers for a decision. I then get told I've stayed 2 nights and I've not highlighted a Medical Condition upon check-in. Please see attached my booking form highlighted and marked by Pen by the Front of House manager for me to highlight my disabilities. Part of any diligence exercise the staff checking me in didn't ask about any disabilities.

We had a one night stay here and it was just ok. Nothing spectacular and not 4 star in my opinion. The reception was slow but ok there was a wedding on. They told us to ensure bathroom door was closed for showers as the fire detectors have been inconveniently placed right outside the door but also by where you’d use the kettle and hairdryer. This needs addressing as not 10 mins into our stay, the fire alarms were piercing our eardrums for what seemed like an age with no direction to evacuate. The spa was not the best. No jacuzzi and the pool was very small and looked cloudy. Sauna and steam were good. They have a pigeon problem. Car was absolutely covered in you know what the next day. I just didn’t Im find it that friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfy on a positive note.

On arrival the atmosphere was so awkward. Theres no lifts in the hotel. When i checked in the room it was an awful a crack on the ceiling which nearly fell on my daughter. They could have changed my room but failed to do so. They stated they had no availability. The remote would not work rang reception, Waited 45 minutes no one turned up had to go downstairs myself and get them to change the batterys. breakfast my husband and daughter nearly choked on the fried egg there was chunks of shell in it. Also if you want a good nights sleep avoid booking anywhere near the weekend. They had four or three wedding parties the music did not go off until 12.30 midnight and it was really loud. The hotel is 4 star but it really lacked the customer service and condition was not to standerd. The shower tray had no drainage cover so when it was used the water spilled all over the floor. Management offered 20 percent refund at the time but have not seen that since. Management do not answer the phone overall very disappointing. Although the hotel has a swimming pool this is not accessible to under 18's.

Concern over a room service tray with meat products being left outside a room for over 12 hours. Was outside a guest's room when we arrived around 2200hrs and still their when we were heading out the following day 1000hrs the next morning. Room service team said they had only just started work thus on not yet moved, however staff were present placing bedding etc when a fire alarm activated at around 0830.
Restaurant struggled with our order and then when a cocktail drink arrived (was very nice so not objecting) it was noted it had different ingredients to what was said in your menu. This is a potential allergy risk, one of my friends would be very ill is he was with us! It was noted a refund on the bill was provided so thank you.
