From the outside it doesn't look like a nice hotel but inside its really nice. Its an old Premier Inn with the same purple interior and well looked after. Really nice guy at the check in desk, nice pub next door, free parking and a 20 min walk into Chorley town.

Very good again

The staff are excellent, Jasmine took time to sort my minor issues out. The rooms was large, my only niggle is; there aren't any power or USB sockets by the bed, you need a very long cable or a power bank to keep things charged by the bed. Only minor, but as I've stayed before, I took precautions.

Stayed one night for wedding at nearby Golf Club. Was met with a badly stained chair which was rather off-putting but could cope with for one night.

It is a budget hotel and very much operates to that model. If that is what you are looking for this is fine. It does what it says it's going to do. Very much not full service.

We just required a bed for the night. This place was fine for the money. It is dated but it was comfortable and clean. The tea and coffee tray in the room was very welcome. Shower was more than adequate over bath. Beds were comfortable and nice clean linen. Beautiful big fluffy towels
The pub next door was great value for money for drinks and food.... pub grub..... but it was good and plenty of it. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We would stay again if just requiring a stop over. We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a help yourself effort in the lobby of the hotel. All in all good value and comfortable. Certainly needs updating. Be aware no lift to upstairs floors.

Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value.

Mike, Anthony, and Monica were extremely friendly, helpful, and just fantastic in every way. Also, Cathy and Julie were so kind and professional. The place is fairly simple. I won't lie to you. But, it has everything you need and the location is great. I highly recommend the pub next door to the hotel. It is right there and shares the same parking lot. No, it is not just a bar. They have great food, an extensive menu, and it is family friendly. A taxi ride is always available and will only cost about 5 to 10 pounds to go anywhere in town. Everybody in Chorley was extremely friendly and the town square has plenty to see and do. I would stay at this location again and I recommend it to all.

In all honesty one of the best value stays I ever had. A little tired in the rooms/bathrooms. But excellent service with fans, bedding, heaters already available in the rooms.

Needs an update

The hotel is conveniently situated and whilst it does not have a restaurant there are a couple of decent pubs offering food within walking distance. There is ample parking at the hotel. The staff were ver ffriendly and welcoming.
The room was clean and comfortable and had been recently redecorated.
The breakfast options were limited and had to be ordered the night before. Breakfast was collected from Reception in the morning and eaten in a limited dining area next to reception.
Overall the hotel had a tired feel to it and could do with a refurbishment. I felt that it did not offer value for money.

It's not the Ritz, but is clean, comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and it's quiet, being set back from the main A6.
The hotel is being gradually refurbished and it does need it as the decor is very dated. You can tell that it was previously a Premier Inn. It was reasonably priced for one night.
I didn’t frequent the attached pub so can't comment on food quality.

The hotel was good but had renovation going on which I didn't know about but it was fine. The staff are great and there is a decent pub next door which does pretty good food. The room was big with a decent bed but they don't do a cooked breakfast but that is because it's not worth it for the number of rooms (understandable). Overall not at all bad!

Room 19 The room was big but dated and could do with a refurbished, the bathroom was the worst chipped in the bath in multiple places mold in the tiles and surrounding areas in the bath the shower curtain was turning orange at the end of it and the shower rail was hanging out the wall, if I did not notice it and pulled the curtain across it would of fell out the wall as the wall plugs were also out the wall, the towels provided smelt really bad it had a fishy smell to them and you could smelt it as soon As you entered the room

Back So Soon.....?

Needed to stay again in the area and having stayed here before chose to stay again. This time we knew the hotel sign wasn't lit and faded into a hidden obscure silhouette against the backdrop of a brightly lit roadside hostelry behind it, (arriving from the south at night).
Plentiful parking and quiet despite being near a main road. Be advised, we noted the breakfast choice/options and brought our own food. The adjacent hostelry opens too late for breakfast, and the hotel is not allowed to serve hot food.

Noisy if on ground floor

We stayed again this time for 2 night's.We were given a family room (even though only 2 adults) initially I was happy as didn't have to climb stairs with my limited mobility- however the window was directly opposite the pub and along with this,rowdy guests and obvious baby elephants staying directly above us it was a very sleepless stay.Hotel staff are always pleasant but as we just had to put the soor key in a box when leaving/checking out we couldn't really give feedback.
