All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Parts of the hotel looked a little tired, mainly the carpets but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again.
Possible the only negative would be the lack of on site parking. However, there is alternative parking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel and excellent location, we was made to feel at home by all members of staff and I quite astonished of how friendly everyone was as usually there is always one member of staff who doesn’t want to be there. Not here, what an amazing stay. Can’t wait to revisit.

Mixed review. Good breakfast, good shower, clean room , all good there. Not alot of parking. You're sent to the top level of the neighboring bus station car park with a permit if there is no space in the tiny carpark at the front of the hotel.
Main issue is the bed. Very uncomfortable. So hard woke up after a very broken sleep with sore back and shoulders.

When you arrive and find the small car park full either park in the bus station car park and pay the cheaper rate aterecrption or go to reception and get a permit to park next door. This is time limited however

Having stayed in a few hiday inns, you get what you pay for, however, this was soo lovely , decorated beautifully. Will definitely stay here again- my daughter chise to stay in the ibis instead, what a mistake .....

Perfectly placed for an evening out with friends, this hotel was reasonably priced, easily accessible and well-stocked. Whilst the on-site parking is limited, I was able to get a free slot, and the nearest public car park is literally across the road. Check-in service was quick and friendly. Room was clean, welcoming and of a good size and the air con was responsive and easy to operate. My only niggle was that staff seemed to be few and far between when I got back at 11.30pm so I ended up going without a nightcap.

Nice one night stopover. Stayed as we were attending Rockprest at Moor Park. Only a 10-15 walk away. Hotel was very clean and service was super. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and good value at £15 for two, continental and cooked, both are buffet style.

We went in to one room there was hairs in one the draws and dust everywhere so they moved our rooms the new room was dirty so the receptionist cleaned it but in the second room the towels had stains on the air conditioning didn’t work and the toilet door didn’t shut properly
