Check in was really easy as front desk is staffed. Corridors on the way to the room I did notice quite a few bleach stains on the carpets, but the room itself was clean. Close by places to eat and a bar downstairs. Parking for the night of our stay and also able to leave the car there for the duration of the holiday but paying a small fee which was really convenient.

We booked to stay as we had a very early morning flight to Italy from Luton airport. Our flight was changed against our knowledge and wishes to another day, also to an early morning flight and the hotel refused to change our booking for a different day. We left the Uk earlier then expected so we’re not in the UK to use the room on the originally booked date that they would not refund or change the date even for a extra fee so we lost the price of the room and had to book and pay for another hotel as we were not giving this hotel any more money for the night before we did actually fly. Very bad service waste of money would never book again

Was only staying for a quick cheap stop on the way to London for a late check in and early start.
Disappointed as the bar closes at 7 and that was one of the factors we decided to stay as we could just pop the bar when checking in for a quick drink before heading to bed for the early start.
Price reflected hotel, room and decor but suited what we needed bar the bar being closed which was expected to be open.

Shower door fell off

Worst hotel i've stayed in, in my life and i work away most weeks. It started with check in where i was asked for my driving licence so he could make a copy (never been asked for that before). Then told reastaurant was closed although its advertised as breakfast and dinner restaurant (arrival time 6.45pm).
The bedroom was dirty, the shower door fell off when i tried to close it, the bed was so hard and lumpy it was like sleeping on a wooden door. Lots of road noise because window wouldn't close properly. Needless to say i wont be booking in anymore even though ivl've just landed a big contract very close by.

Poor service, dusty rooms with a horrid smell

The stay was overall disappointing. When I arrived, I was told I could not check in due to \"computer issues\" and that I would have to wait. This took around 20 minutes to resolve, and even then was only rushed because I prompted the receptionist. The corridors smelled of smoke, and felt like a construction site in parts. The room itself smelled of smoke too. It was dusty, with a large amount of dust settling on surfaces just overnight. The room was cold on entry, as the window had been left open. The bed was comfortable, but that was the only plus. The shower tray was missing too.

This hotel should not be allowed to be open to the public, it's full of homeless people, refugees and when we came back to get our car as we didn't feel safe leaving our car their so we didn't even stay, the reception area was taken over by about 20 people praying on their mats and looked insulted we had walked in. Disgusting hotel and not a safe feeling at all.

We had two rooms and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel.
Had to be moved multiple times because tv didn’t work. Then the new room had hairs all over the bed. Faeces on the bath towel and for some reason around the window. It felt extremely unsafe and was confirmed the council are also housing people there. The windows wouldn’t close. Because of the cleanliness I couldn’t even have a tea I’m the morning and had to stand there for an hour naked drip drying because of the towels were covered in faeces. Hotel confirmed this was disgusting and would refund. but now no one is taking accountability and I still don’t have the refund.

I book hotels that have a gym which this one said it did, on arrival I was told they don’t have a gym, I had to order food from outside. The furniture in the room looked ready for the tip they had a desk but no chair to sit at the desk. I was ready to walk out and book elsewhere but your policy on booking was non refundable. Disgrace!!!!

I ought to say at the outset that the staff at this hotel were excellent. That being said, whilst it was very cheap, (I really had no option other than to stay here due to the coronavirus issue), everything else was disappointing. The hotel is very \"tired\" and tatty. I had what was called a \"luxury\" room. It wasn't. It was small, very dusty and there were greasy stains on the wall. The carpet was frayed and held together by gaffer tape. There was no plug in the sink and the towels had seen better days. The worst aspect was the noise however both from outside and especially inside the hotel.

Extremely poor attitude of staff. Room booked by NHS for support eorking staff due to covid. Made to wait for 2 hours after a tiresome shift,eventually had to rebook as they were unable to sort and cancelled the first booking. So much for nationwide news about hotels supporting nhs. Requested tajeaway food to be delivered from reception which was agreed but failed. So was tired, could not sleep enough and left hungry, ready for the next shift in 6 hours. Phones dont work, so have to walk to reception even for simple queries. Poor and worned out fixtures. Not even a spoon to stir a cup of tea. I am surprised these places can still function in UK. 2 words, never ever.

Very dirty in the room, hair in bath and in bed, Bits of food on the floor, dirt up shower walls and over bathroom cabinet, Wet toilet roll. Shower had one setting of scalding, radiator broken so stuck on maximum temperature so the room was like a sauna
It looked like the room had been repainted at one point but around some furniture and the tv - very odd.
When walking down the corridor to the room there is a very obvious smell of sewage which the hotel is trying to mask with plug in air fresheners wi thOur success. I wouldn’t stay here again

Stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Window is our room was a serious health and safety concern as it spanned from my knee height to almost the ceiling. When slid open, it did not have any rails. Being on the 2nd floor, that is an accident waiting to happen.
Yes, it is a cheap hotel but I would not stay again.

Shocking hotel with shocking customer service, I booked and paid for in advance, when i turned up they said they have no rooms left and I should have had a phone call from OYO who run the hotel, well i didnt then i had a call from a person based in india saying they will try and find me a room somewhere else, well i waited 2 hours and at 9pm still no news. The reception said they cannot help me it has to be done through there partner company called OYO. Well after waiting a further hour i booked the local Travelodge, then I called hotel.com helpline who gave me a full refund. The hotel even had the cheek to say i hope this hasn't put you off staying again, well it totally has.

For the price, no complaints at all.

No doubt, this is not the greatest hotel. But we paid a remarkably low price for four of us to stay the night only 15mins drive from Luton Airport. It is shabby and dated but the bed linen was spotless, staff helpful and parking easy. Wouldn’t really want a week here, but as a pit stop for the airport we’d certainly stay again. It was safe, convenient and cheap! We didn’t have food here.

Although the room and facilities were fine, my stay was tainted due to my car being hit whilst parked overnight in the hotel car park right outside the entrance door in a designated parking spot. Damage to the car is extensive and the police have been informed, the hotel says it is not responsible as the parking area is contracted to Parking Eye. Ongoing.

I called a couple of days before to confirm a cot bed/travel cot. They told me to call back the day before. I called back and the receptionist had no idea what a travel cot was. He confirmed we would get one regardless and said we wouldn’t need to provide any bedding for the cot.
We checked in the hotel in the afternoon. I had to call the venue (whilst I was standing in reception) as nobody was around. They came out after the phone call but seemed not bothered we’d be waiting. We went to our room. No cot bed. Really frustrating. Luckily, they did organise it by the time we came back at 8.30pm. However, no bedding. They gave us a towel for a pillow and a towel for a quilt. We brought our own blanket for our 2 year old...otherwise he’d have had to sleep with a towel for a cover!
The room was run down. The curtain pole was hanging off the wall and it just looked grubby.

I worked nights. During the day building going on all day next door.
Do not disturb sign on the door, cleaner repeatedly knocking on the door.
Arranged for a late checkout on the last day £30, still woken up by manager saying I was late checking out (no communication by staff)

Room was tidy cleanish, bathroom full of black hairs on the floor and in the shower.
Wi-Fi very weak signal.

Raise the following in the complaint. Dear Sirs, I would like to a raise a formal complain in regards to my recent reservation at the???hotel. The hotel appeared to look nice on the pictures however on closer inspection upon arrival it was clear pictures were decieving and detailing of the hotel was poor in reality. The hallways had a foul smell and the rooms were of a poor standard. The main the reasons for my complain was the heating did not work in the room (309). I informed the reception and on multiple requests the heating was not switched on. I then decided to leave the hotel and make a earlier journey home as it was to cold to stay in the room. I informed the manager of the situation and she informed me there is not much she can do In regards to reference because the rooms are booked through a external company. I found this information a little odd but nevertheless I raised my concerns and I was advised to make your aware also. Please could you investigate my complain and if possible reimburse my stay costs.

i d have liked bathrooms without a tricky step and free access to the gym without having to be accompanied and a bar , wheee i could buy something to est price for breakfast is excessive , if you think that i paid 25 the room and i do it TO GO TO WORK, so obviosly need to save money or sleep sitting at the airport....it keeps no logic ymto pay 9.50 for breakfast. I prefer to have a choice of sandwiches or toasties....bit the rest, perfect

It was a really nice stay for just the one night. Me and my friends thought it was a lovely big room for defo for the price it was suited for us. The food was okay and the drinks were good prices too. I would recommend to stay, but if you have a flight to catch then you need to get a taxi to and from the airport. It was definitely not walking distance from the airport. Overall a good hotel to stay at.
