The hotel is convenient for the airport or London. Easy access to parking is the main benefit and a reasonable cost. Food ok and staff usually very friendly. Rooms generally ok, this time I got one near the lift. Unlucky as that disrupts sleep and can be a bit noisy at night.

Conveniently located next to the station for both mainline trains and the DART. Very simple transfer in the morning.
As a solo female I felt very safe both staying at the hotel and in the surrounding area.
Front desk team were awesome. They arranged a wake up call and a packed breakfast that I was able to take with me as I left before breakfast.
Room was a great size and clean, bed was comfortable and the corridors were quiet.
I will definitely be staying here again.

It’s an airport hotel - but the gym is reasonably equipped and super clean. The food and drink are really expensive- and there’s no alternative as it’s in the middle of nowhere really. The staff are lovely and breakfast is great!

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. The bar area and restaurant were all very clean and good options for food although we went out for dinner so didn’t try it. Our room was very tired and had marks on the walls in places. It had a bit of an old musty smell could have been the carpet but the bedding also had a musty odour. Our room did have a good view of the planes going into land. The hotel is in a great location and the car park was secure and we parked here for the duration of our holiday for a very good price.

Convenient to the Luton Airport

We needed a hotel near the Luton Airport. The Hilton was close and convenient. Don’t expect a fancy Hilton, but it was comfortable. We left too early for the breakfast but they provided a good bag breakfast for us to take on our way out. The first room we were given had a moldy smell. The concierge was able to give us a new room with no bad smell. Overall good experience.

The shower drain was blocked so the shower tray filled up very quickly with water so had to keep switching the water off to shower. It was really annoying as we had a really busy day and we just wanted to get into the room and shower and get to bed. Did ring the reception which they were very helpful and said they will change the room but we had unpacked and didn’t have the energy to switch rooms. The staff was very very helpful and did everything they could.

Didn't get to try the complimentary breakfast as had an early flight. Given its proximity to the airport and people taking early flights, it might be nice to at least offer an early morning coffee on the go to those airport bound before breakfast time?

Disappointing - expect better

Slow check in, car parking spaces too small (it’s an airport hotel, even so the spaces were like a council-crammed centre of town special). I always go for something like a Hampton over some other ‘budget’ brands but the experience was far from premium. A shower with hair (top and tail) which I assume was because it didn’t drain properly and flooded our bathroom. Great after a 4 hour drive before escaping at 5am.
