The hotel is easy to get to, the staff courteous and helpful.
I would stay here again if I ever flew out of luton. It's convenient and cheap.

Overpriced food which was very low quality. £5.15 for a small breakfast bowl of undercooked oven chips and a pizza that was edible for the first two portions and as it cooled it became difficult to cut and was not enjoyable. Poor hotel wouldn’t stay again

We booked this hotel as it was next to the airport and have stayed with ibis previously in other locations.
This hotel was in need of a deep clean and some repair work.
Stains on carpet, dirty tea tray, paint flaking on bathroom ceiling and shower screen was leaking water onto the floor, cracked tiles.
However staff were helpful and friendly.

I rarely use LTN - normally it’s LGW, where I stay at the Premier Inn.

Ibis at LTN was OK, but nothing like as good as a Premier Inn. It all felt tired and tatty. Not enough plugs in the right places and a TV that would not work as a radio.

But it did the job of providing me with somewhere to sleep within 10 minutes’ walk of the terminal.

Above and beyond expectations!

One-Night Stay: Clean Room but Several Problems

I stayed for just one night, and unfortunately the experience was not very smooth. At check-in, I had to wait quite a long time because the receptionist was struggling to program the key cards. She kept trying for ages, and when we finally got the cards, one of them didn’t even work when we reached the room.

The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but there were a couple of issues. There was no hand towel provided, and the biggest problem was the air conditioning. It didn’t blow any cool air, so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially for sleeping.

Overall, it was manageable for one night, but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay there any longer. Better customer service and working air conditioning would have made a big difference.

The place was nice and staff were friendly. Clean beds, looks like the pictures. However, the hotel area is about 10-15 mins walk to the airport with no bus/shuttle bus. Includes air condition. No fridge/ microwave. No amenities in the hotel or around it. It’s good for short term stays. I would def recommend for early flights it’s a good option

Perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay before an early morning flight. Check-in was easy, even arriving close to 11pm. If you don't want breakfast, they have cereal bars for purchase, which suited me well. Main issue I had was that I tried emailing and calling the hotel several times before my stay but nobody answered...
