Really lovely place to stay. Very clean rooms. Great service. Parking right outside the door. Couldnt ask for more. Stayed one night whilst travelling from Bulgaria to the Uk by car. Had a sneaky glass of wine by the bar before turning in for the night. Will definatelly be staying again. Great price too !

I was only there 3.5 hours during a long layover. It says it’s 8 minutes from the hotel but was more like 12-14 minutes which makes a big difference when paying for a taxi, which was €40 each way. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating…assisting with a taxi reservation at 3:30am.

Description says \"mini golf\". They mean they have a regular golf course. No fridge in the room. They probably mentioned this in description, but I didn't notice when booking and expected it to. Really nice other than that if you're just looking to be close to the airport before flying out.

Staff was very helpful. Goid dining options onsite. Howvere, there is no shutle from/to the airport and no public transportation within ~40 minute-walk. The only options to get to/from the hotel are own car or taxi/uber.

It was fine for an overnight stay for one person. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The good news it that it is part of a truck stop. It was quiet. If you wanted access to a market and gas, it would be good.
The room was fine. The only odd thing was the bed was big enough for two people but there was only one comforter that was not long enough if you are tall.
There were two negative surprises. The first had nothing to do with the hotel. It is a flat rate of 40 Euros if you take a taxi to or from the airport. Uber is 21. So for the distance traveled, it is expensive if you use a taxi .
The second surprise was that I thought the web site said they had a shuttle to the airport. They do not.

The check in took more than necessary (30 minutes). The receptionist was on his own.
Than he couldn’t find our - PREPAID reservation.
Than we received key for a room which was already occupied - which should never ever happen!!!!
Too much mess for one one night reservation- which was obviously not reception fault but just bad hotel management!!!
Needs to improve!

We arrived very late, but we’re greeted most cheerfully and helpfully by the hotel clerk. Fantastic breakfast with so many choices of fresh food of all kinds. Perfect place to stay when arriving in Vienna. Not too far from airport, but will need a car, Uber or taxi to get there. Very clean and comfortable mattress too!

This is a nice modern IBIS about 15km from Vienna airport. Clean and modern rooms, professional and friendly staff, and good on-site eating facilities. My criticism is that the hotel holds itself out to be an airport hotel, but is not particularly close to the airport and does not offer a shuttle service or early check-in. Taxi from the airport is €36 each way so including taxi fares it's actually cheaper to stay at the terminal hotel. I believe the hotel would benefit from at least offering a shuttle bus to travelers.

Lovely food, staff were super friendly. Basic room, but very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is beautiful, and theres a burger king too... which is perfect from a late night ice cream.

We dont speak any German apart from the very basics, but the staff were amazing and helped us with everything. Highly recommended 👌

The Marche was excellent for breakfast. We arrived late and getting quick takeout at the BK and eating in our room was very convenient. The room was spartan but clean and quiet. We stayed here to avoid driving in to Vienna proper (and paying $$ to park our car); and it was more difficult getting in to town than we anticipated.

I reserved and paid through Hotels.com and when I got there, they did not have my reservation. They provided a room but insisted on my credit card. I provided it and they charged me the full amount of the room despite the fact that I showed them all of the documentation I had documenting full pre-payment. When I went to the desk the next morning at 8 am, it took 5 mins for someone to show up. He eventually credited me for the amount almost 24 hours after I was charged. We got dinner there and were overcharged for that too. We got 2 small plates of food and 2 bottled drinks and were charged $40. The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door shut to tolerate being in the room.

Hotel was perfect for one night, easy to get to the airport. Not sure if dogs are allowed but in the room close to me was a barking dog during the night, but didnt bark for long.
Apart from that, it was great that dinner and breakfast was included in the price when i booked.
Room was basic, but clean and comfortable with TV and WIFI.
Overall, a good stay for a great price!

Ok but not an “airport” hotel

We were very surprised that the hotel named Vienna airport” was actually so far from the airport: 13 kms or 10 miles! That is not what I considered an airport hotel. Also the surroundings are depressing. The girl at the reception was nice at check in but the one we checked out with was horrible, not one smile! Room was comfortable and on site dining/ breakfast was very good. Oh and NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE! Again not a very “airport” hotel. If we had known all of this, we wouldn’t have stayed there…

The hotel was close to the airport, very clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom and free wifi for guests. Super restaurants options. We actually ate there without going into the city centre. I would have liked a few more smiles at reception and a ‘feeling ‘ that they were excited to have us stay. Staff were polite though and next morning restaurant staff got a ‘pass’ for us to use the bathroom just before we got our taxi and I thought that was very helpful as we didn’t have change for the toll. I would stay there again and overall this is a very good hotel! 😊

They do not have an airport shuttle

On the landing page for Ibis Vienna Airport hotel on hotels.com, it says airport shuttle. It is one of the reasons I booked the hotel (along with free wifi and supposed proximity to the airport) for quick one day in-out business trip to Vienna.
But the reality is that this hotel does not have an airport shuttle. Instead, it arranges a pre-booked service at 15 euros where a taxi (or what they call mini cab in England) will collect you but this is not clear on the landing page. so when I arrived at Vienna Airport, looking for the shuttle to take me to the hotel, there was none. It was clear that I had to pre book. The only option was a taxi at approx 30 euros, half the price of the room for the night. And then, another 15 euros to get back to the airport, once the discovery of the hotel booked service was known.
The other point about this property is that it is a long way from the airport. Calling it an airport hotel is a misnomer. It sits at a massive stop for haulage trucks in a dormitory town of Vienna.
I completed the hotels.com survey (smiling or sad face) expressing my anger and received a rather supercilious, and rude, response from the manager. This is what he wrote: \"Good afternoon Dear Gleeson,
I can't understand your dissatisfaction with our hotel. You have canceled your reservation and evaluate us negatively.
We do not advertise false!
It seems to me that you are not taking the time to organize your trip accordingly.

The hotel has a huge parking area, you never need to worry about where to park. It is about 12 minutes drive from the International Airport.
There is a gas station right beside the hotel, very conveniet for the long distance drivers. But, the prices of the fuel are high.
The dining area is unique: big, a lot of choices. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I booked this hotel because of a late night last minute flight cancellation. All good overall. My only criticism would be the hotel name which suggests it’s located within Vienna airport. This is not the case. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride (€35each way) and is certainly not within the airport boundary.

well over all is verygood, the problem when first we reach there we didint find where is the receptionist
there is no sign from outside that this is the enterance.
second thing i met 3 people at the receptionst by my stay the man was very nice
one of the girls the tall one is helpfull and full of ebergy and she like her work, but the the short one was very rude with us and she dont answer us
i was asking her from my place which near to her and no one was there several time she didnt answer even she didnt give me any attention
i went to her and tell her you should respect people and you should answer . she looks at me and tell me next time come to my place and ask dont ask from ur place and go up and dont talk
i tell her where is the manager to report her by that time.she told me he will come on monday.
me and all my friends will not come to taht hotel again because of the attitude of this girl
we ate not refegues we are dr studying phd dental program in krems university we are not kids inorder girl in 20 years old to comunicate with us and even she didnt smile when we ask her any thing
she is rude and all the time her answer i dont know

Hotel is close to the airport and serves its purpose. It's situated right off the main road, just minutes from the airport. The room was surprisingly spacious, unlike other ibis hotels I stayed at. It's clean, functional and comfortable. It was also quiet even though it's right off the main road and right beside a gas station. Check in and check out was quick. The restaurant looked decent, but I haven't tried it. Breakfast is relatively expensive at 17 euros. Better to buy a sandwich and coffee at Spar or Anker at the airport.

The hotel is not very close to the airport - about 15 minutes away but the rooms are fine and there's a good choice of food in the lobby. It feels more like a hotel for motorists. Despite being close to the runways and also the highway, the room was quiet. There are no coffee/tea making facilities. The front desk got our taxi pick up wrong so double check your taxi reservation.

Have stayed here before several times - never has the shower head not leaked.
Small point but just frustrating. Leaks all over the Bathroom floor every time.
Check in staff are just flat. Probably wont stay again. Wifi needs call to support a second device. . No Coffee in room. No Laundry service. Better Value for money elsewhere.

The hotel was good like most I’ve seen in Austria however the open fresh food dining was excellent there was a Burger King and has station there which mad the place very busy. This hotel has no relation with the airport except its name. It is extremely far from the airport and inconvenient to reach. There is only paid airport shuttle which have to be booked in advance. The staff is not very helpful either.

Breakfast is a scam.

The buffet breakfast that comes with the room booking is not the normal hotel buffet breakfast one would expect. Don't be fooled by the \"Marche\" restaurant photos you see. That one is a pay on site breakfast that costs EUR16. I booked my room with \"buffet breakfast included\" and I was given a coupon from the reception which entitle me with 2 rolls of bread, 1 lump of butter/Jam and a hot drink. This can only be described as \"poor mans\" breakfast, not a buffet breakfast by any standard. I certainly would not choose this hotel knowing this is what I got, particularly considering the remote location. I rarely give bad review but this one is way off.

Unfortunately although advertsed as Vienna Airport Hotel it wasnt, I booked through Expedie, arrived at Hotel with my wife, son daughter in law and 2 year old grandson expecting:- two rooms one with extra bed for G/Son, not included in booking, breakfasts for all on first morning and for two second morning, not booked, free shuttle to airport not available. All were explained by the Hotel as being Expedias lack of information to the hotel, as it was busy nothing could be done about it. Not the best end for our holiday, which started well when the outbound flight was cancelled and no body answered any phone calls to resolve the situation, one good point was Swissport staff who got us to Vienna 1 hour after the scheduled flight would have, ta boys.

One night at Vienna airport

flew in late and out again noon next day. I just needed a comfortable sleep. Hotel was fine for this. Excellent big serve yourself breakfast.
Taxi frm and to airport was EUR 16 each way, no free shuttlebus, effectively increases total cost. MAybe better to take fast train into city and stay there.

Ibis has a good cost/benefit, you get a comfortable bed with a good price.

Vienna Airport has a plus from other Ibis because it’s with a road stop, so you have downstairs a cool restaurant, a Burger King and a gas station including a convenience store, I had a rental car and was good to be able to fill the tank in the hotel before return the car to the airport

On the other hand Ibis always says about the 15 minutes satisfaction, but when I’ve asked for an extra pillow they did not have any extra one, I was disappointed with that also I think Ibis has a TV too small in the rooms, they could have a bigger one, even cheaper hotels have it.

This is a simple ibis hotel at a highway rest station close to the Vienna airport. It is clean, excellent for a night's sleep, but not a place where y.ou'd want to spend several days. Adding to the convenience, there is a Marche restaurant (open until 10pm) and a 24-hour shop in the adjacent gas station, complete with snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet at the Marche is excellent. Overall, a fine choice while on the road

The name and website claims it is Vienna Airport hotel, IT IS NOT. It is 12 km from the airport and there is no public transportation. One needs to hire the taxi and the cost it around 30 euro each way. There is also a different formula for breakfast compared to ones I experienced in France, more expensive too.

Functional, clean, comfortable stay

Very nice room, friendly staff, good range of food at breakfast but unclear what you can have, and some of the restaurant staff need to be more friendly and curteous when they speak to guests. Overall, useful and functional for an overnight stop.

This hotel is set up to provide the minimum requirements for a quick stay.
It's suitable for an early flight.
If you want something special this is not the place.
It fits it's need

Motorway Services Hotel

As nice as you could imagine to be on a motorway services.

Handy for the airport, but to call it an airport hotel ?!?! Cheeky !

Staff allowed me to check in early, and the room was clean although small and basic.

It did the job nicely.
