I know this is a budget hotel but was one of the dearer hotels on my trip. Couldn’t do more than one night here and I wouldn’t stay again. 30euro deposit to hire a hair dryer. Cash only. Reception staff are very nice and helpful the hotel was secure and felt safe.

We had an issue with a cloged drain at shower, we reported, and since was on weekend, there was no personnel to fix it, the hotel was full, no instant room change, they offer a change but the hour was not appropiate for us to return to got change. In addition a hold on the credit card was requested even when we had the rooms prepaid, so I\"ll start the proces to the claim, because the expence is already on the card even when I was told the charge will be no executed.

The hotel also felt like a maze with limited signs to show you the way, some of the motion sensor lights were slow in the hallways. Our stay was ok as we only stayed 1 night. Will recommend for young travelers looking to save some money and groups but not so much for families or single females.

This is not my first time choosing this hotel. It’s conveniently close to the airport, with plenty of street parking available (free on weekends) and excellent metro connections for reaching the old town quickly. The breakfast is simple but good, and the rooms are minimalistic yet comfortable.

First time at this hotel and it was conveniently located near the U3 for easy transportation into the city center. The bed was comfy and the room had the bare basics. The only draw back was the lack of any surface other than the floor or bed for luggage. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Recommend for those wanting a safe place to stay for a reasonable price.

On check in receptionist told me he can not give me receipt because I booked on expedia?, although I told him I chose to pay at property.He told me it is already payed and I should write to expedia for receipt?.Room was ok, but light above bed was not in function, so you can turn the light on or off only at door switch. Tomorrow morning I had to ask again another receptionist for receipt and he gave me receipt with no problem at all.

OK for a night or two, definitely NOT OK for anything longer. No amenities to speak of (this IS a budget hotel), remember you get what you pay for. Breakfast is 11 EUROS/day, but there's no variation--it's the SAME THING EVERY DAY (gets old...) Also, not much around n the way of restaurants, just grocery stores.

Very close to subway; just 2 minute walk away. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city center. You can go to almost every where travelling by subway lines from Landstrasse. You can shop from the market chaşns like hofer, spar and billa near the Hotel (within 1 minute walking distance. I strongly advice you buy the breakfast too with the room. Rich and delicious breakfast. The staff was really klnd and helpful.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay and settled on this hotel. The area around the hotel is very limited. Basically on the edge of Vienna. There was a grocery store and a gas station next door and some restaurants in the metro stop that was a 10 minute walk. But being so far outside the city center meant a quiet area. I felt safe walking alone at night as a female. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower floor was very slick. I did not eat the breakfast as I felt the price was too high. Overall, the hotel fit what I needed as a budget hotel with its own bathroom and near public transport.

I have stayed in Ibis budget hotels on numerous occasions and up until now I have always enjoyed them. However, this one really fell short. To be honest, it reminded me of a hospital or lower budget nursing home. I felt really uncomfortable and ended up checking out quickly after arriving. I would not recpmmend this facility to others.

The double room in this budget hotel is surprisingly large. However, it is very modestly furnished. Just one chair, just a couple of hangers. For me solo it was OK. I didn't find an electric plug near the bed. There are no transparent curtains, and there were other windows opposite. There is a coffee machine in the lobby of the hotel. Although the hotel is not in the center, it is close to the international bus station, close to the metro, and there is a supermarket next to the hotel.

This is a great hotel for the price. The manager and staff are very friendly. I arrived a few hours early before the scheduled check-in time, and the front desk manager was kind enough to let me check in a bit early and rest from a long flight. Great service and they even offered to help with directions to the city. The location is also right next to the train station.

The manager of the hotel was outstandingly helpful, kind and compassionate. I cannot recommend this hotel for careful travellers highly enough. Gasometer is an interesting part of Vienna I hadn't visited before. It's about 5 minutes walk from the U3 line and next door to a Billa supermarket. There's a lovely outdoor area. The rooms had exceptionally comfortable pillows, super shower room
and openable windows. There's also wonderfully efficient Wi-Fi. Great
