The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.

All 3 staff that I saw at the front desk were friendly and professional. My room was spotless and mostly comfortable. I do suggest that they change the shower curtains from black to a light color which will allow light INTO the shower! And the curtain was about 20cm too long, which created a tripping hazard! Unfortunately the drink vending machines did not accept cards at all. I had to cross the street to a vending machine shop for a drink. But overall, the hotel was convenient and clean and comfortable.

This hotel is well positioned near subway and S7 train, several main attractions are within walking distance. Room was not sparkling but after complaining staff cleaned bathroom. I have to mention bed was comfortable. Overall this is 3 stars hotel.

It was clean, but so hot. No air con, just a fan. When we opened the window to cool down it was extremely noisy. Asked for an extra pillow- (as only provided with one each), were told that they had no extra.

No air conditioning

No air conditioning in the rooms, and in the summer in Vienna this is a major drawback. The rooms are hot and the windows do not help. Recommend booking a hotel with air conditioning.
The breakfast was nice but expensive.
Showers are very peculiar, hard to avoid getting lots of water on the floor. Beds were uncomfortable and were not even flat (we referred to one bed as the \"taco bed\").

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

Our experience at this hotel was extremely poor. The room was unbearably hot, and although a fan was provided, it was in terrible condition and made loud noises throughout the night. We asked for a replacement but were told no other fans were available.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. No tissues were provided, the same bedding was used every day without change, and the room was full of dust due to the lack of vacuuming. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly—both the tub and toilet were dirty throughout our stay.

Although an iron was provided upon request, we were told there was no ironing stand available. I had to use a bedsheet on the floor to do the ironing, which was very inconvenient.

We had booked a double room for a couple, but they simply pushed two single beds together, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Only one pillow was provided as well.

Despite raising our concerns with the staff, no efforts were made to address any of these issues. This was our first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Generally good value for the price, but there are some corners cut. Top floors can get pretty hot and ac was just a portable unit.

Continental breakfast is quite nice, but the staff use a really strong cleaning agwnt in the dining area and the smell is overwhelming especially when trying to eat.

Good location, quick to all means of local transportation. Really nice windows. Room was clean, fresh towels every day.

Didn't like:
We had a double room, but only one of the sockets on the bed worked. Also: We went in the summer and wanted to have the windows open at night. Unfortunately our room was right opposite of a bright neon sign, so we either had it cool and bright or dark and suffocatingly hot.

Great location near Rennwag station. Desperately needs a refurb as place looks tired, well my room did anyway. Took a while for check in, quite slow but friendly helpful staff. Why have one staff check you in when other staff are around talking? Breakfast 18 euros so I didn’t bother. Room clean enough just needs an upgrade. Only one liftworking and the corridor outside my room very noisy. I suppose for a cheaper price that I paid it’s comfortable enough for Vienna.

We booked this hotel last minute because we were only staying in Vienna for two nights, and one night at the hotel we booked months in advance, left us wanting for a place that was actually comfortable! This hotel fulfilled our desire for comfort, cleanliness, and safety! The breakfast was outstanding(I can't drink milk because of severe lactose intolerance, but they had lactose-frei milch and kokos milch!), the staff was super helpful, the actual entrance/exit to the hotel was about a 6 minute walk from our train platform to budapest, and

The hotel is located reasonable distance from Vienna’s centre, with good access to trams and train station for airport access.

First impressions were positive, upon arrival we were greeted nicely by the staff and the reception area is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, this ended when we reached our room.

We paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom did not look like the photos, as featured a very small shower. Although described as sound proofed room, it was clear on our first night it was not the case. As a door connecting to a neighbouring room, although locked, you could hear everything. In addition to this, we were in a room next to the elevators, which you could hear all hours of the day/ night. No extras have been spared, not even a kettle for a cup of tea.

Overall, disappointed. We paid reasonable money and felt we have stayed in better accommodation for much less. Cannot comment on food/ drink facilities, but would recommend the Chilia cafe down the road!

Room was very poorly equipped. Only 2 hangars in the wardrobe, shower curtain was falling down, and the fact is still a curtain!

Room was extremely dark, wires for the small number of lamps stretched across the room from the wall, and the same for the TV. Lignt above the mirror in the bathroom did not work, and when I asked for it to be fixed i was told it had not worked for anlong time and would not work.

Bed was very old and the springs from the mattress could be felt, and were uneven in places.

The walls are very thin, and noise from hallways and rooms could be heard easily. As could the lift mechanism, which ran very often.

The towels were changed daily, and were clean, but very thin.

Rooms do not come with iron and ironing board, which is fine; but when requested I was told I could have an iron, but the hotel does not have an ironing board!

The only service was clean towels. The staff was rude. No beds made, no drinking cups, no refill of tissues or soap. It was dark and dirty. The bedside lamp had no outlet to plug it in. Bed mattress pad was stained. The hair dryer was hung on the wall by the toilet not by the mirror. Window covering were filthy and disgusting. Pass this hotel up!

特に不便なことはありませんが、特に良いというのもありません。

年末年始の寒い時期に利用。暖房やお湯は問題なかったです。

エレベーターのドアが閉まるのが遅いです。

この施設にしては費用が高い…。

Da erste Zimmer wurde getauscht. Eine Halterung vom Duschvorhang an der Decke fehlte. Hätten wir die Dusche benutzt wäre der Vorhang sicherlich runtergefallen. Fernseher auf dem Zimmer funktionierte gar nicht. Nach mehreren Versuchen vom Empfang hatten wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Badezimmer war besser (immer noch ca. 1,25 m2 gross) Fernseher funktionierte nur mit französsichen und Italienische Sendern ?
Insgesamt aus unserer Sicht keine 3 Sterne

Nos ha encantado el hotel. El persona muy servicial y atento. Tiene distinto tipos de habitaciones, con y sin moqueta. Nos tocó una con un problema en la tv y nos ofrecieron varias habitaciones, hasta darnos otra sin moqueta. El desayuno estupendo. La localización a unos 20-30 minutos andando hasta el centro o tiene un tranvia que pasa por la puerta. Tiene parada de tren directo desde el aeropuerto.

Hôtel située dans une rue où l’on ne se sent pas forcément en sécurité. Le personnel n’est pas très aimable. Vous avez la surprise en arrivant de devoir déposer une caution de 50 euros, et en espèce uniquement ! Et cela, après 50 minutes d’attente pour réaliser le check in. Vous avez un distributeur de billet devant l’hôtel, mais attention, il y a des frais de retrait pour les étrangers.
Chambre peu équipée et salle de bain sale.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Das erste Zimmer war schön und okay. Die Badewanne war nicht sauber, der Fernseher hatte keine Fernbedienung. Mir wurde ein Wechsel angeboten. Im zweiten Zimmer war es definitiv sauberer, aber der Kosmetikspiegel ist beim ersten berühren runter gefallen. Trotz Meldung wurden die kleinen Scherben während des Aufenthalts nicht beseitigt.

Tiene buena ubicación y agradezco que nos hayan dejado tomar la habitación horas antes del cjheck in.
Pero la habitación estaba sucia, encontramos una pantufla debajo de la cama y papas fritas 😕
Esto da cuenta de que no hacen la limpieza correctamente. Las habitaciones son muy oscuras y el baño con poca accesibilidad.

Slidt men funktionelt og god lokation

God lokation ift både lufthavn, offentlig transport og indre by. Som sådan også et fint, funktionelt hotel men dog noget slidt - fx rust og slid på vægge og badekar/bruseniche og døren kunne ikke holdes lukket hvis ikke den var låst og den var svær at låse. Da vi checkede ind blev vi bedt om €50 i kontant depositum som vi ikke kunne finde nogen information om i reservationen og vi havde kun €40 som de heldigvis accepterede - men vi oplevede flere i samme situation.
Sengen var fin, ingen aircondition men en blæser på værelset - og så var der dør indtil værelset ved siden af som ikke var låst, som var ret ubehageligt.
Rengøring var ok, men der var skrald fra tidligere gæster i sengebord og udefinerbart skidt og pletter på vægge rundt omkring.
Bagagerum men uden lås på eller nogen sikkerhed. Kun en nøgle pr værelse. Kunne ikke slukke lyset fra sengen. Vi prøvede ikke morgenmaden.
Overordnet synes ikke helt det levede op til 3 stjerner.

Toilettendeckel unten kaputt und eklig, insgesamt sehr abgeranzt und altbacken, Zimmer laut zur Strasse, keine Klimaanlage und Fenster konnte man nur kippen deshalb war die Temperatur im Zimmer heißer als draußen, kein Duschgel im Zimmer. 50 Euro Pfand für den Schlüssel. Das Hotel wird augenscheinlich von jemandem geführt der keine Ahnung von Hotels hat.

Billig, nicht preiswert. Für eine Jugendherberge ganz o.k. Nennt sich aber \"Hotel\". Klimatisiert ist nur das Foyer, am Fenster war wohl seit langem der Griff abgerissen, so dass ein Schließen nicht möglich ist (-> nächtlicher Straßenlärm kommt ungehindert herein), TV funktionieren im ganzen Haus nicht. Die Rezeptionisten waren tatsächlich sehr freundlich!
