Our 7 night stay was excellent. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for an apartment with a kitchen. The check in was simple and quick. Location was perfect, being very close to the Vienna Central Station. The subway or tram was within 5 minutes from the property to ride and be in the city center of Vienna. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to go to Bratislava and Brno for a day trip as we were located near the Vienna Central Station.

Stayed for one night to catch the train the next morning. The room was very spacious. The area was quiet. The only downside was that the shower was a bit clogged. Water took quite a long time to go down the drain.

TV location is right on top of dining table but more than 15 feet from the Sofa and Bed. Queen bed pushed right up against wall on one side despite ample room. Only 1 easy to reach plug outlet in the main room for charging ( despite 2 in the bathroom - who shaves and dries their hair at the same time ???)
The ugly: NO COFFEE MAKER - in Vienna ??? If you pay a supplement you get a box of additional cooking gear with a bodum style \"press\" - something I have not personally seen used in 30 years- BUT the kitchen worktop area while adequate for simple food prep is NOT near big enough for cooking anything remotely complex so why would you want any of the other stuff??

It was very easy to get from the airport to the property since it’s so close to the train station. From this location it was very easy to get around the city. I walked a lot. It was also nice to have grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and well equipped. I opted for the kitchen box service so that I could cook my own meals in the apartment since it can get a bit awkward to eat out by yourself in Europe. And it was more cost friendly. The staff was very welcoming, kind and considerate. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying at Adina if you’re visiting Vienna.

Stayed here in May 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. Location is great as you’re right across from the main train station giving you access to not only trains, but also the u-bahn (metro/underground). The staff was very friendly, the check in process was easy, and our room was very spacious and modern. There are plenty of options for food, however I must say that the restaurants in the plaza were not open at all during our time there. There’s an Aldi nearby and plenty of food locations inside the train station. Absolutely recommend to stay here!

This hotel was great, we stayed with two toddlers and had plenty of space. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was about 20 min walk to the old town but an easy walk. There are grocery stores across the street from the hotel. It was about $30 uber ride from the airport. The old town has free WiFi available. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first serviced apartment rental. It was clean and spacious and the helpful lady at check in came up personally to help ready our room for three persons as housekeeping made an oversight. She even left us extra towels. It was nice to have a full size fridge and dining table to eat our meals at. It even had laundry facilities but was tricky to use because you had to initiate service online only but the wifi cut out in the basement where the laundry room was. We figured it out in the end. I would highly recommend this place, walking distance from the train station.

Great location, easy walk from Wien Hbf. Studio apartment was clean and amenities were great! A kettle was provided but no tea/coffee. There is a Hofer/Aldi store 2min walk.

It was generally what you’d expect from a hotel close to office places. It was complete with basic amenities and the bed is pretty comfortable. Two things that sort of bothered us were the temperature in the room (which can be too warm) even though the air conditioning was already turned on and the toilet smelled a bit like sewer.

The room was lovely and very spacious. As a solo female traveller the area felt safe although its not a busy tourist or residential place. It is very close to the main station so its easy to get around. Also close to local supermarkets. The laundry services were also handy and easy to use on the app but make sure you check your drying settings before you hit start.

Perfect location in the heart of Vienna, 5 minutes walk to Belvedere Palace & 3minutes walk to their Wien Haufbanhoff, Stephenplatz were most museums are located are minutes away by tram or subway.lots of cafes and restos within 5 mins reach, the kitchenette is a great option for home cooked meals and grocery stores are just across the building. It was a nice clean room. Good amount of space. However, completely unpractical kitchenette. For a 2 day stay given 1 dishwasher tablet. A tiny pan, 2 tiny plates and 2 tiny bowls.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adina. The location was superb. It was super close to the train station, trams and the Metro. A supermarket was in the square which was convenient and a number of take away options. The area was quiet and not too busy. The room was very modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful when my baby was unwell. The only tiny issue we had was finding the place because there is also an Adina hotel around the corner which we found first but after we realised we found it without much trouble.
