I wanted to share a recent experience at breakfast. While most of the staff were lovely, I did notice a less than welcoming attitude from one individual named Daniela. Her demeanor and facial expression seemed a bit off, which was a bit of a surprise. Despite this, the rest of my dining experience was quite pleasant! I hope this feedback can help improve the overall customer service.

We liked the hotel, the location and the conditions. But the staff, especially the breakfast ladies on the first day, were not friendly at all. Literally one waitress took our plate from under our hands while we were eating, and the other 10-15 minutes before the end of breakfast came to our table specifically to announce the time when breakfast ends (even though we are aware of it and that there was enough time) and started to demonstratively wipe right next to us. Out of so many hotels I have visited, this is the first time this has happened to me. Extremely bad impression. We liked the breakfast itself, as well as the espresso that is offered.

The toilet was used and not cleaned, and even left with urine! Terrible! I have never experienced such a filthy situation as a frequent traveler! The front desk people told me that they will report to the manager to compensate and refund but they never contacted me since. I strongly request for apology and refund!

I didn’t like the service at all, the hotel lobby is renovating at the moment and unable to use, one lift and gym is out of order with no repair date, reception was not helpful, I had to push them to do anything. Communication Breakdown.
Not a bad hotel. Friendly staff, especially when it came round to breakfast. We had paid for breakfast for every day that we were there but found out that the restaurant was closed for refurb. This was not shown when we booked. Apparently, it had been known for a while but Hotels.com were still advertising it. The staff refunded straight away without being asked, which they didn't have to do but they said that I would have to wait a while if we requested the refund from Hotels.com. This meant that we did not have the sort of breakfast that we were hoping for whilst we were there. Communication appears to have been a big issue here. There was a coffee point on each floor of the hotel but no kettle. Fortunately, we took out own so there was no issue.

It is a good hotel. But at the time of my visit (Nov 2024) it was being renovated. Lobby was closed and there was no breakfast at the hotel.

The room is nice, and location must be a plus to close by the QBB that is super convenient to walk and enjoy around. I just stay one nigh, and the service is great. The representative Ivan who is nice also. The hotel is under co instruction, but it is not bad. Recommending to people and I will come back Wien and stay here.

Situated very close to the main train station, it is extremely convenient for continuing your train journey. You will not stress about getting to the station in the morning. The area itself has a few options for food but delivery might be your best dining option if you arrive later in the evening. The hotel bar is open until 1am and there are some basic snacks and drinks (even beer) available for purchase 24 hrs. The breakfast is very complete and has something for everyone. The rooms themselves are stylish, clean but basic and on the smaller size. The furnishings are modern but the main lamp in the room had to be disappointingly unplugged to be turned off. I thought the rooms could be a bit better for the price point but you are also paying for convenience.

The only thing I’d say was NOT great was the heat was way too high with no way to control it. Apparently once it’s winter time, the heat is on and that’s it. So I would say bring your summer pajamas. If you can’t sleep when it’s too hot then don’t go during the winter maybe. But like I mentioned, everything else was great!

Srayed here only for a short period of time to catch a connecting train in the morning. However, it was a positive experience from the moment I checked in when I was upgraded unexpectedly. The room was great and even had a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. Ideal location a short distance from the main station. I am struggling to find any negatives - the bed was softer than I would like but I slept well. The room was also very quiet with no external noise.
