The bathroom tub is incredibly high making it difficult to get in and out especially for the elderly. The front desk staff is very matter of fact no details provided besides sign here and here’s your key. Essentially lacking in customer service. I would also add hotel has the basics.

We 3 friends travel together, so we pick a big room. Our room is so great, it has 1 separate bedroom that has a cute small balcony with outdoor chairs. And have 2 twin bed so we all have our own bed. The location is good, close to main train station and easy walk to couple attractions.

There were building works happening when we stayed, and the work was right outside our room at 7:45 am, when I raised this with the front desk, they seemed more interested is saying something that would get rid of me than doing anything about it. Works included installing a wifi Access point in our room, but this had very visible lights on it flashing all night.

Confusion on arrival as the name of the hotel had changed. Lift was out of order on arrival and only fixed on last day. Bed was comfortable. Good places to eat breakfast nearby as breakfast at the hotel was minimal. Bathroom was clean. Lots of early morning noise outside our window.

Close to Train Station and Subway line

Easy walk from Hauptbahnhof. Just far away you don't hear the trains. Room was spacious and had lots of storage. In room minibar refrigerator and nice selections for the tea kettle. Breakfast buffet is available. Includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads, coffee, juice , cereals. Easy walk to U1 line and other public transport to city center and tourist locations.

NO AIR CONDITIONING! We stayed 3 miserable nights at this hotel. It was extremely hot in the room and in the entire building. There is a ac unit in the room but did not work. When I contacted the front desk the staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel turned off the ac for the entire building and we were not informed of this. If I had known of their policy I would not have booked this stay.

Good base for exploring Vienna

Nice hotel, 10 minute walk from the main train station. Nicely appointed bathroom. Unable to control the heat in our room so we had to open a window. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was adequate (I've had better, I've had worse.) We were able to store luggage. Not too far to a couple of different metro stops.

Just perfect!

This hotel was just awesome, only a 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and in fact there is an entrance to the Tube about 200 metres up the street. It was super clean,the beds very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’d stay again if I ever go back to Vienna.

The only fault is the staff, poorly trained and unpleasant. Arrived for checking at 2 PM (as indicated on Expedia) and the reception clerk insisted that check-in time was 3 PM in all platforms where the property is advertised. While waiting for the room, witnessed another guest arriving and asking for access to the parking garage. The reception clerk informed that access to the garage would only be granted after check-in (requiring the guest to first find parking on a very busy street). Unpleasant and unnecessary behavior from the reception desk. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Convenient to main station and Metro

Close to Metro and train station. We stayed in 2nd tower on a courtyard, no street noise and a wonderful two day stay. Front desk allowed for early check-in and answered our tourist questions patiently. Restaurants, grocery and laundromat all with-in immediate vicinity. Easy in and out from train station. Pro tip, don't take CAT train from airport. It drops you off at Wien Mitte, different from Wien HBF where this hotel is located near.

Room very clean, modern, beds very comfortable. Staff service was very average, no pleasantries. The cleaning staff started cleaning rooms and making lots of noise moving chairs around and scraping the floor as soon as 7am in rooms beside me and then later above me.. the noise went through the walls and I couldn't sleep anymore. This continued for the rest of the morning.

Great hotel, despite minor inconveniences

Excellent hotel. I would stay there again.
There were some minor inconveniences: It was difficult to control the water temperature in the shower (it was either too hot or cold). The AC thermostat kept blinking with a bright green light all the time. The safe didn't work (probably the batteries need to be replaced). Breakfast was too expensive (€16 per person per night). For that price you can get a much better breakfast in cafes nearby (which is what we did).

Despite these inconveniences (which the hotel can easily fix), I would stay there again.

I spend an overnight during a transit flight. The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and exceptionally spacious and the breakfast was quite good. Overall great value for money.

Excellent hotel near Hauptbahnhof and Belvedere

Stayed overnight before taking a train to airport. Chose this hotel because of its proximity to train station. Belvedere palace is also a short walk away. Nice and relatively large room had all amenities I could possibly need, e.g. safe, fridge, table with a chair and somewhat fancy wardrobe. Very happy with the stay.

Excellent value stay. Highly recommended!

One of the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed. Great location - near metro station and Belvedere. Decent breakfast. Friendly staffs. Modern, clean building and rooms. Easy parking. Digital device for covid info. And bathtubs! All these with reasonable prices. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. Will come back and I highly recommend it!

This hotel is indeed worth the good reviews! The staff was great, going the extra length in allowing us to check in early, and even print the covid tests I needed in order to return home. The location is not so great (dirty) but close to the main station, so if you’re visiting other cities, like I did, it is perfect. There are two grocery stores in front of the hotel so you can save a lot by not eating in restaurants all the time. And it is really close to the Karlskirche and Belvedere. I was VERY satisfied with my experience!

The only things I did not like was the shower, that doesn’t have a door so the bathroom gets all wet, and the fact that the breakfast is not included. It is good, but shouldn’t have to cost extra. But those were not enough, at least for me, to bump the review down one star.

Vienna stay

The hotel happened to be located very close to the Hauptbahnhof, which was an advantage, because we arrived by train. The staff very polite upon arrival, however when I indicated to them the first morning that the shower was not draining fast or let say normal, they said they would take care of it right away. Unfortunately I took their word and trusted them they would do the work to fix it. Hmmm to our surprise when we arrived back to the room and wanted to take a shower, guess what, nothing had been done and when I called the reception to let them know, they were not very polite, but rude, they wouldn't even apologize or hand me to the manager. So this is was and is a \"big minus\" for them. Breakfast was very good. Rooms quite nice, pillows A1.
