This is virtually identical to their serviced apartments, but i had so many bad experiences there lately that i thought that i would pay 60usd more for the chance to get dishes and cutlery in the room and a faster checkin. But while we had dishware without additional fee, the room is identical, maybe a little less shadows from other buildings. Check in man was very friendly, but we got there at 11.30pm and kept ringing the bell, but no answer. The process of checking in would be nicer if we could do some online. After long drive a 10minute checkin is annoying. Fee for dog is high. Parking is ok convenient but still have to go thru lobby. Room was so warm. No way to control thermostat. Called down to lobby a couple times, no answer. Checkout not friendly by woman. They wanted to charge 20 euro if more than 10min. After 11am. We have stayed probably 30 times at this brand. We stay for the kitchen. Otherwise there are much cheaper and comparable options nearby. The customer service has deteriorated every year. Too bad.

Very close to public transport. Rooms were reasonably clean. Breakfast was adequate. Although there was an instance where a man entered our room thinking no was there. When he realized we were there he asked if we still needed the tv fixed. We did not raise any concerns about the tv the whole time we were there.

The staff at the hotel were good except for one guy who really was not helpful at all. Very rude & made us feel uncomfortable asking any questions.

Fantastic stay at Adina. Great location with easy access to public transportation. Parking at the hotel was easy and convenient. The wellness was a great place to relax after a long day. Rooms were large and modern. Pillows need a major upgrade though. And breakfast was ok. Would stay here again.

I booked based on the high property rating for 3 nights for a trip with my wife and 2 year old son. The washing machine was good to have and the breakfast was decent. What I am most upset about is the rudeness of some of the front desk hotel staff. I arrived at 9 am, with a crying 2 year old with zero sympathy and despite returning at 12pm, was not checked in until 3pm. I was chastized for booking on expedia and not the hotel website where a 12pm early check in is offered. Some staff were nice but most just don't care about service or kindness. The worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. Location, price, amenities - all decent - but this was my experience.

Reception had such negative and unwarranted rude behavior. Based off of google reviews, I suspect she is completely out of line with other guests. After a lot of negativity once getting to Vienna, we realized that this city is ranked as one of the most rude cities in the world - and they are proud of it. However, she went out of her way to be rude. Once we got in, she was speaking German. We said hello and asked if she spoke English, she replied with \"does it look like I speak English?\" We then asked if we can check in early since we were about 2 hrs early. She responded with \"I don't know who you are or your reservation. You haven't given me your passport so I don't know.\"

The bed was also rough. If you share a bed, you can definitely feel every single movement of the other person.

Great place clean, comfortable beds and walking distance to metro and Belvedere castle. There is a grocery store in the train station and another a block away. We made breakfast in the room so not sure how their breakfast was. I would stay here again when back in Vienna

Spacious and clean room. Quiet neighborhood as it's not in the city center. Super convenient next to the the train station. Love that they have washer dryer as it's much needed for our mid trip stop. Bathroom is very modern and large. Plenty of storage and table / couch space for lounging.

The only downsides are not a lot of restaurant options nearby. No microwave but has an oven. Microwave would've been more convenient for travelers like us.

Overall it is an amazing place for long stay!

The inclusion of a stove, clothes washer and dish washer was ideal, but instructions would have been ideal, as I was visiting from another country.
Also, could not understand how to use the television. As an older guest, some things are not that intuitive, as every set-up and place is different. Again, some instructions would have been nice.
While the hotel staff was professional and polite, a dedicated individual for concierge would really be a plus. Often when I went to the desk there was a line of people checking in or out. A second point of contact - someone to answer general questions about my room or Vienna would have been ideal.
Nice bathroom and adequate space for sleeping/working. Very nice ample closet space. Some additional hooks in the bathroom would be nice to hold housecoat somewhere other than the shower.
Finally, I picked the hotel for proximity and price, AND for the pool. The water in the pool was not very warm. And yes, I get it, its a pool! But, it would have been nice to have it warmer for a November day, The sauna was not marked well, as I never found it.

Extremely close to all public transport and one of the main train stations In Wien. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The kitchenette and washer/dryer are wonderful for a stay of a few days/weeks. Cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Less than a 15 min walk to Belvedere Palace. We absolutely loved our stay at Adina and would stay there again next time we are in Vienna!

The studio apartment was espacious with all basic needs, small kitchen with all utensiles, washer/dryer in the room. The area is super safe an modern. Many restaurant options but beware that most close early. Train station nextdoor has an internal mall with many shops and restaurants. Downtown is walkable, takes around 20 minutes but a nice and safe path. Belvedere is very close. If you like comfort and travel with family, I would definitely recommend this option.

Great option for apartment living. Close to trains

My apartment was very nice, clean, and just big enough. It would hv been nice to have some drawers but I made do with the 2 shelves in the closet. There needs to be some “how to” directions on how to work the stove top and also where to turn on the lights by the vent above the stovetop. I had to get Lilly (front desk) to come up to my room and show me how to locate and operate it all. Lilly was wonderful -helpful, and very sweet. I really liked that you could stock up on coffee pods as well as dishwasher and wash machine pods too. You just need to let folks know of this convenience at check in. Location was great too. Very quiet -surprising since the main train station is so close. Billa and Spar for grocery needs very handy to have so close. Having a full gym was also a wonderful amenity and I used it almost every day. I would stay there again.

As a couple of travellers from New Zealand, we couldn’t recommend a more welcoming stay. From the minute we walked in the door (late evening due to train delay) the reception staff were so helpful and obliging.
Checking in was seem-less and rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. A Washing machine/dryer in our room was invaluable.

Adina hotel is so close to Wein train station and city trams are on your door step, so exploring this wonderful city is so easy.
Of note : several reviews talked about poor air conditioning and in some cases did not work, however there are sensors on the windows. Windows MUST be shut in order for the aircon to work.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in beautiful Vienna

This hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the location couldn’t be better. Every detail was thought through to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. I didn’t try the food, but everything else was flawless. I would stay here again without hesitation — truly a 5-star experience!

This was an excellent apartment in Vienna. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main train station, and same distance to the Belvedere Palace/Garden. The unit was spacious, clean, and modern. The wifi was excellent, and the kitchenette and laundry/dryer was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend! There is a bit of wear and tear on wall and bathroom (little chips etc).

The hotel was very nice in terms of comfort and function. The in room laundry was nice and kitchen area too. The plates and silverware came in handy.

The one big drawback was scarce food options nearby. We arrived at about 9:20pm and walked to the few local restaurants only to find they had all just closed their kitchens.

Even the one the front desk thought would be open had just shut the kitchen at 9:55pm. So we ordered Chinese takeout using a recommended app and waited until 11:40 for the food to arrive.

It was also disappointing to not easily get a quick coffee or muffin for breakfast anywhere nearby. The train station was only option unless you pay 21 euros for the hotel breakfast.

Lastly the few snacks available for purchase are only available after breakfsst is over.

I would have gladly have paid 10 euros for coffee and a muffin. But 21 no thanks.

Still a nice hotel though :)

Hotel is located within short walking distance to the main train station, a U-Bahn subway stop, and the Belvedere Palace. Easy to get to most other major Vienna tourist sites by subway. Quiet business district and not many restaurants nearby, except for a fast-casual food court at the train station. The hotel breakfast buffet is a convenient option with a wide variety to choose from, although it's the same menu every day and can get a little tiring after the 2nd day. Facilities are modern and well maintained. We stayed in a 1-bdr suite, which was a little bit tight for our family of 4 adults. Liked that they had a washer/dryer inside the unit. Would probably stay here again if ever in Vienna.

Everything was good except the airconditioning which was controlled by the hotel centrally and it did not cool down enough. It was manageable once we ditched the comforters and used sheets instead. I dont know what it would be like once it got really warm outside.

We arrived around 11am. The room was not ready, but we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel and start our day at Schloss Belvedere. The receptionist, Marlies, gave us nice suggestion as to when and where to visit Vienna. Overall a very nice stay.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are arriving near the main train station. It was clean and comfortable, and we were able to do our wash after a week of traveling. The small apartment was well stocked with the basics, even scissors! The service was very friendly from check in to check out. The breakfast is simple, but enough to start the day. I would definitely stay again if I were in a similar circumstance!
