The website had the hotel listed 2 miles from the airport, which id a lie. The hotel is 30 min driving from the airport and will cost you at least 35 dollars. The hotel is very basic does not have even a coffe maker ir refrigerator and is in the middle of no where. It is not worthy, do not book.

Very poor amenities, nothing in the room except for basic shower, towels, dirty hair dryer. I had to ask the front desk for boiled water for our own tea. No coffee maker nor instant coffee. Paid breakfast and minimal options, and varieties! Never ever booking this kind of Hotel again! The only good thing is location - close to the central train station. Otherwise I only provide 1 star!!!

Comfortable hotel. We had a family room which worked well for us. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof and easy connections into the rest of the city. We opted for breakfast because it was advertised in the hotel as having plentiful gluten free options. However in reality there were few options. The staff member was very helpful though and brought the food they did have straight from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.

Just No, it’s noisy on the train station side. We were lied to by front desk staff telling us trains stop at 11pm, not true.

We had a few issues. One was I’d sent a request to the hotel requesting high floor quiet room. They provided the high floor but put us facing the train tracks. We were told trains would stop at 11pm and start again 7am - LIE! Contacted Expedia to assist with my concerns and not much was done. Expedia agent accepted the lies the front desk staff member told them. I was told by Expedia that the front desk staff member advised them they will see what they can do for me the next day & guess what, nothing was done. I’ve now checked out, I had little sleep from the train noise. Wouldn’t stay here, staff attitude sucks.

Super basic room that was great for my long layover. The bed was so comfortable (which is saying a lot since my spine is quite a mess). It's a 10 minute walk from the central train station if you're headed to the airport. There are a few places to dine in the evening with vegan options. Overall, I'd recommend this location for a 1-2 stay. Thank you!

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Wien Bahnhof Station. Not the 'West' Bahnhof Station. That's a completely different area. I made that mistske myself but fortunately the one I needed was the closet.

Location and price good for us. Single beds were a problem but we knew that when we booked - not sure how much more expensive for a queen size. No mini fridge a problem for a three night stay. Breakfast a problem - you had to book the day before, but we did not know our morning plans and no gluten free or lactose free options. We were looking for an affordable place to stay that was near public transport in Vienna, and this hotel with its location somewhat near the Wien HBF was a good answer. It was really easy to traverse between the cities main transport hub and the hotel, and once we got there, there was not much fuss needed to check in and get to our rooms. Aside from the lack of an electric kettle, the rest of the room was small, cosy, and definitely sufficient for our short stay. The buffet was also simple, but not too sparse, with an excellent array of tinned livers to go with the cold cuts, cheese and bread.

We had a one night stay here before flying home. We had a bigger room than expected (not large by any means, but bigger than a previous B&B Hotel 3-bed room). The room was clean and comfy located in a quieter area. Our only problem was with the parking garage. We parked where recommended and gave the hotel the parking ticket to get the discount code; however, when paying at the garage the next morning, we were charged the full 25 Euro (not 13 Euro as it should have been). We had to get to the airport so we left and I figured I'd contact the hotel to remedy this. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything about it. So, just beware that the parking discount code may not work and have time to deal with it when paying (I guess there's a \"customer service\" button you can press - though if you don't speak German, I'm not sure you'll be able to figure out what button that is!).
