Room not cleaned after previous guest. Took 3.5 hours to get a new room. No compensation offered. No daily room cleaning service. Other than that, it was as advertised and pleasant, but because there is no hotel reception, it's hard to get problems sorted.

It was a great stay, definitely will recommend it. 100m from a tube. 4 stops to the city center. 1 stop directly to the train station, or a 8 min walk. Our first time and probably won't be the last! great value for money. Some issues with a storage, but was solved on spot for a one 3 min call. A bit noisy from the near construction but only if you are a late sleeper. Looks like a temporary street repair works of the boulevard. but nothing significant. Great all in all!

Checked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and the WiFi didn’t work during the duration of my stay.

WiFi was working on lower floors, however. Consider this if you’re booking a room with a terrace.

I’ve stayed here in the past, but this stay was disappointing.

Room was a bit rundown, many wear and tear. Customer service is good and prompt. Laundry is in basement but required to download an app to use.
Location is excellent with lots of food options and supermarkets around. 10-15 mins to Wien station but not travel friendly if you have big luggages as the road condition is quite bad yet its too near for a taxi to be willing to pickup.

Hotel very close to 4 supermarkets, lots of eateries, metro 3 minutes away (close to McDonald’s), central train station 8 minute walk on flat pathways. There is a laundry in hotel but was hard to find, and needed an app so used the Green Clean laundrette 4 minute walk away. Kitchenette had everything you need and would stay again as easy to use metro to get everywhere.

The really disappointing thing is that the hotel doesn't have staffs on site which means you will resolve your issues somehow yourself. I believe HOTELS.COM should indicate it clearly BOFORE the room is booked. I wouldn't book a hotel with no staff on site. What issues you could meet.
-You will need to submit the copy of your passport a few days BEFORE arrival. I wasn't comfortable to send a copy of my passport somewhere.
- When you have submitted all required paperwork, nothing happens. You will receive an email where it is said that a code for the building and your room will be sent a day before your arrival. What, if you could not connect to internet and receive the code?
- When I arrived, a nice person held a building door for me, and my code for room door did not work. Do you remember, there were nobody to ask for a new code? The problem was resolved by using button \"open door\" in the email but again, why the internet access should be required for the hotel?!
- There is no way to get an extra blanket or pillow if you need it.

Beyond that, the hotel was pretty good. The room was pretty good, modern and clean. The lock was a bit shaky but it worked when i pushed the door. Bed was comfortable but blanket was small even for me (I am average). Location is good - it is next to the train so it would be easy to get to/from airport or other city. Also, the hotel is not too far from historical places.

No problem with digital check in. The room was on the 7th floor but there was no view, only overlooking the inner area of the block. The kitchen was nice but was not very clean. The facuet was dripping a lot and needed repair. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall in the bathroom. The walls needed painting as they had black streaks across them. We only stayed one night due to proximity to train station and it was OK for that but I woudl never do more than one night here.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Keplerstrasse subway station, so it takes some 10 minutes to the city center. 8 minutes walk away is Hauptbahnhof, with convenient connection to the airport, and obviously to locations al over Austria. The room was spacious, the bed - comfortable, and blackout curtains and roll windowblinds did their job well.

Great stay in Vienna and the apt unit was spacious and clean. It is 5 mins walk from the main station and steps away from a shopping blvd with a lots of restaurants and multiple super markets. It is steps away from the U line but one can walk to the city center in 30 mins. Highly recommended.

Area had excellent dining and shopping options but the access was tricky. AC did not work in our room it was hot. If you open balcony door you hear loud traffic. Hotel entrance was tricky to get in, hotel sign is hard to find I had to go on the other side of the road to find hotel sign. Tried calling the phone number with no response only what’s app chat support available which was not working. No WiFi in laundry room that is in basement but you need to download the WeWash app to use laundry. I had to keep going up and down to run laundry because if no WiFi in basement. No clear instructions in the room. I had to go on 1st or 2nd floor to reserve the machines on how to use the laundry. Ran dryer 3 times to dry one load I lost 12 euro in dryer and cloths still came out wet. No support number to call for help. Dryer was stopping without completing full cycle or not completely drying show error. No one was available on phone or on the property to help. Will not be recommending this property.

Totally unstaffed property

It is a new development. Totally unmanned. In case of difficulties, such as a non functioning airco, you are stuck. The service centre does is based in Munich. Easy to reach by phone, chat or email. Very promptly and very friendly. But they are based in Munich, the appartement in Vienna, it is saturday and my airco does not work. We solved it by moving rooms on sunday. This is the first time and last time that I will book something that is completely unstaffed. The appartment is fine. The service desk in Munich is great. But not magain for me

There were a strange smell in the room at the begining that resembles a drain odor, Refrigrator , the closet and duvet were not clean. The call Center was Rude. The pictures we saw in Hotels when we booked the apartment showed that the bedroom was separate from the living room with the Sofa but we got one room Apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay and it worked well for us. Keplerplatz metro station is a few steps out the door. There are at least three large-ish grocery stores incredibly close by, and many restaurants and dining options. The pedestrian street area can get busy sometimes but noise was not a big issue except some large trucks that would drive by. A bit south of the metro enterance the crowd gets a bit more gritty and we kept an eye out but never had any issues.
The room was pretty spacious and clean, well equpied and we made good use of the small semi-private balcony. Overall we would definitely consider staying again

Only downside was having my door knocked on several times by cleaners in the last day, well before checkout time, but other than that it was fine.

Great location and really helpful team!

First impressions were great - amazing location and really easy to access our room. Room itself (standard) was really nice, good size and had all amenities, was really modern.

We did have an issue where our air con wasn’t working - and the day we arrived it was 35 degrees so really needed air con! We had a few hours of back and forth with the team via WhatsApp which was a little slow at times and slightly frustrating with the delay, but they kindly moved us to another room for the evening as they couldn’t get maintenance in until the morning. We did have a little bit of faff with this, as the room we were moved to was an “upgrade” so we were initially only allowed to stay one night. So we had to move all our belongings into there for just one evening, then move everything back to our original room the next day. Turns out the technician couldn’t actually fix the air con however, so the team agreed to move us to the upgraded room for the rest of our stay! So for the extra faff of moving belongings, we really couldn’t complain as the other room was incredible. There were only 2 of us but that suite would be perfect size for 4 people.

Beds were really comfy, there were complimentary nespresso pods (wouldn’t expect from self serviced apartments!), we didn’t use the laundry facilities but there were helpful signs in the room on how to use these. There is some noise if doors bang when someone comes back, but no more than in a “normal” hotel and is very infrequent.

I was travelling with a fried and enjoyed our stay at Limehome in Vienna. We were steps away from a street with lots of restaurants and grocery stores, as well as the subway and central train station. The apartment was very clean. We had some interactions with customer service, which were very prompt and helpful. Overall, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and location of the apartment. I would stay at these properties again.

Great location, close to Vienna Hauptbahnhof main train station. Also close to U1 train station. Rooms were ok, could be cleaner and offer more towels. Bedding for sofa bed was not great. Comforter was stained and pillow was horrible. Lots of supermarkets, stores and fast food places nearby as well as many Turkish restaurants. Room with washing machines was not off the main elevator and very hard to find. No one to ask for help and we almost gave up. Even when we found it, it was not useful as of the 4 washing machines 2 were not working and the other 2 were always busy seemed like. Tv was ok if you used your own Netflix or other account, otherwise the available channels were not really watchable. - When coming back to Vienna, we would probably try the other Limehome, because overall I like their concept. Just this particular one was not great.

Limehome Vienna is a great location, close to transit, grocery stores and a ton of donair shops. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the Bellevedere Castle and the Museum district.

Self-checkin worked well.

Surprisingly the Aparthotel has no dishes, cutlery or a microwave.

Avoid - Terrible customer service, not comfortable

A nice enough Hotel, clean and well located. But given that there are no staff, their customer service was extremely poor. I was supposed to receive a code to enter the property which I had to chase, only to be told I'd never made payment. I sent all the screenshots of them receiving the payment, and they eventually got back to me to say payment was made. I then still had to chase up my original query. It was very clear they hadn't read my question. If you are going to operate a hotel with no staff on site, then you HAVE to have good customer service. Almost feels like a side note with everything else, but the air con does not work, and the bedding was pretty rubbish.

The main problem.is that over the 4 days i was unable to shower at this place, the shower head was broken. I contacted the company vua whatsapp the only means of communication they said theyd have someone fix it later/tomorrow on the 3 seperate occassions , and once to the hitels.com operator . No one ever turned up. Shocking customer service. The place is unmanned and as no cctv inside . Its not the best part of vienna. Also i left items at the flat, but the operator of limehomez wherever they are based was dismissive and said thete was nothing at the place to his her knowledge . This place is far overpriced and not up to standards of other karge aparthotel firms through out germany..(and austria). They supply a toaster .. but no dishwasher . Its not the worst place condition wuse but the customer service ir lack of is a massive drawback. I almost forgit to mention the road works that are going outside from 7am. Never again will i use limehomes . Sorry

I booked two rooms a month in advance and when we got there, they only gave me the info to get into one room, and it took a day of frustrating and unprogressive communication with the property owners to get the info to the second room that we were paying for. It would take them upwards of an hour to respond each time I sent them messages and we ended up having to room six adult men in a room that could, at most, house four. Besides the the rooms were fine, clean, and spacious (once we actually got the second room).

Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. We had 3 lots of pillows and bedding for 4 people. The central reservation team took a while to respond so we had to phone them. The place was booked out so we couldn't get extra bedding from a nearby apartment. I had to spend the first night sleeping in my clothes with no duvet or pillow. We received a discount on our room for that night. Extra bedding was supplied the next day. The sofa bed was very squeaky so we had to put the mattress on the floor and sleep on that. Great location for train station. TV didn't have enough bandwidth to watch programmes. Overall, apartment was good value but lacked bedding for 4.

Location is excellent, so many supermarkets at every corner and close to station. Even with large luggages it was easy.
The apartment is super spacious. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the kitchen. Microwave was disgustingly dirty. Fridge had milk spills and had unidentifiable stuff. Repeatedly asked for dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets but was never given. No dining and bedroom lights, which they took 2 days to fix. Had to take the bulb from standing lamp to replace the bedroom one. They processed a discount though which i thought was a very nice gesture.
Customer service was prompt and responsive which is a huge plus.
Would still recommend it despite the issues i faced as it was really great value!

Filthy room, very disappointing.

Arrived to a room that had someone else's food in the refrigerator, spilled food on the table, pubic hair on the bed and in the shower, and trash beneath the bed.

The shower fittings lack Teflon tape so they spray all over the place, including all over the bathroom floor which it flooded.

I had to use all of the towels to clean up the floor and borrowone the next day from my friend in a nearby apartment so I could freshen up.

Contacting the hotel multiple times led to absolutely no result, they simply asked me to send pictures through the app, which wasn't even possible.

When my room was cleaned 3 days into my stay , I was disgusted beyond words to see that the kitchen towel with the dead spider squashed into it (which I had put on the bathroom floor in the pile of wet towels from the flood) had been returned to the kitchen countertop.

The food was never removed from the refrigerator nor was the trash under the bed collected or the tabletop cleaned.

The location was outstanding, near the train station, buses, and trams into downtown. There are 3 supermarkets to choose from and a pharmacy only a few steps away. The apartment had all we needed for a short 5 night trip. We were able to do our laundry. I would stay here again!

Very complicatee check in procedure. They make a selfie photo for you and scan all documents.
They send you the entry code at 15.00 exactly and the entrance is complicated.
Communication is impossible with them neither by hotline nor by WhatsApp. Only automatic replies coming without any sort of help.
Room temperature was so high for 3 days till someone came to change the room.
Towels were dirty and bed was noisy.
Balcony is full of dirts.

great property good value; great transport links to mainline trainstation in Vienna and to downtown vienna, Stephanzplatz etc.

decided to extend the booking, team were very helpful but it was a bit painful trying to stay in the same rooms.. had it confirmed. but had to pack everything up and put in lockers (also not that easy to find digitally).
overall they were very helpful; high standard accomodation. stuck to what they said and we had a good stay in our rooms.

Room - modern, comfortable, excellent condition. Generally very quiet with shops aplenty very close by. Doesn't get top marks because of communication and service failures. No reception/no staff hotels work on technology only - which is only as good as the human input. This hotel's communication processes clearly lacked quality control. Email a couple of weeks before arrival - entry codes to be sent 24hrs before arrival: They weren't. Phoned from the airport (to Germany!) to be told policy was 2pm on day of arrival - not what the email said. Entry instructions said tap in 4 numbers and the door lock would buzz to open - it didn't after several goes. There was a tick button on the keypad - tapping this and it opened so why didn't the instructions simply say 4 numbers then the key sign?? Room details on line said a kettle was in the room so I left my small boiler at home. No kettle!! Cups and saucers though!! Rang the help number - it was a man in Munich!! Never got sorted, cost me about 25 Euros in hot drinks from cafes. Poor service.

A new option that offers rooms with a fridge, coffeemaker kettle, and cups. Unfortunately, no utensils other than a corkscrew! A knife, fork and spoon would be far more useful. No daily room service, which meant things got dirty and the coffee pods and sugar did not get replenished. The system is operated with no human contact at all, which could be an issue if you had a problem. Luckily, I didn't. The site was okay, a little out of the tourist zone in an immigrant neighbourhood, but close to a Metro stop and supermarkets.

No on-site staff all entries are by code

I was not aware, and neither were other guests that I encountered, that the hotel has no staff on site. Everything is done via email. This made the trip rather stressful. I was able to get my access code, so I was able to get in, but it was confusing as to when the code would come. Overall, however, the property was nice and clean, the room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Nice, clean, comfortable apartment. Easy online check-in and check-out. We were surprised how big was our suite. We only stayed one night, while we were waiting for the connection flight. But we will definitely come back again to visit Vienna and stay at Limehome.

Great location

Great location, a couple of hundred metres away from the underground into the centre of the city. There was no ironing board in the room which was a bit of an inconvenience, and when I contacted to ask there was no response.

Good location, bad management

The location is convenient. Unfortunately, there is no reception desk, and the communication from the support WhatsApp number was too slow to respond.

The front door did not close unless you pushed it shut, which no other guests seemed to do, so the building was not secure at night. The entryway was usually full of garbage. Meanwhile, the door to our room had to be slammed in order to latch, and each time I was concerned that the door handle would fall off. If this had happened shortly before we were leaving to catch a train or flight, it would have been catastrophic, especially because the management usually took 1+ hours to respond.

I wish we had stayed elsewhere, and I would not stay here again.

This has been one of the best hotel stays I’ve had so far, small walk from the train station. Plenty of groceries nearby so I can put the kitchenette to use. Really good area allround.

Nerve racking to get code only one hour before check in but everything worked out. Instructions need to say to hit the check mark after entering code. Nice sized rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Just a few blick from Vienna central train so all shopping and transport are handy.

Absolutely perfect stay! Hotel in convinent location 10 mins walk from Vienna main station, and a U-bahn station minutes away. 4 supermarkets on the doorstep too. Property ticked all boxes, all round excellent!!
