It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places.
We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid.

I am old customer for 6—7 years to this lovely hotel ,very Good service lobby to cleaning ,fast elevators ,Good breakfast ,walkable around cafes,restaurants,if You take bus 74 A 5 stop 2 km to Vienne Mitte ( You need The get bus ticket I usually take 72 h ticket for € 17 and get all metro ,bus unlimşted in 72 h , ) .,CAT ,metro , 3 problems 1— Wi-Fi not Good …2— You cant lock The Room from inside .3— From The bed You cant turn off Room Electric …My fav hotel again ….Thanks

Price / performance very Good .Around cafes and restaurants ,150 M mall .İf You walk 1 km or take The bus 4 stop Wiene Mitte ( AirPort Train ,restaurants ,Metro ) .
I recomend .Nice breakfast ,2 fast elevators ,24h Receptionist ..2 setbacks little noisy and Wi-Fi service is Slow .

The Hotel is at a good location for business, though the reception looked very boring and fast business. The room was a standard room with modern bathroom. Quite clean in general, though could use some design atmosphere.
Breakfast was by choosing with the friendly staff, with for me good choice of food.

Great experience with Eurostar hotel Vienna during our layover in Vienna: our beautiful room was modern, clean, and well located. Although room was on fairly busy corner blackout blinds and thick windows made it a peaceful sleep. Friendly helpful service and great restaurant across the street.

First night, there was a dead bug on the nightstand and there was a mosquito in our room. Called front desk, the lady said she was the only staff on duty at night and told us to clean by ourselves. The second night, there were blood stain on one of the pillows, there was a big fly in room and there was a bottle of cleaning detergent on countertop in bathroom. Complained next morning, the lady at front desk was rude. Another staff said it happened because they opened windows sometimes. But this is not the reason! Definitely will not recommend this Vienna location to anyone.

there was a huge difference in service. I booked two separate nights in a row. The first night (this review) was just alright. The room was clean but lacked items. There were no toothbrushes, shaving razor for men, no slippers and no water placed anywhere visible. The above is mentioned because the second night around, all items were present in the room. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly either. No smiles and was reluctant to help me with simply printing out a receipt.

I did not stay at this hotel. I booked a room but the day of my arrival they contacted me and said I had been moved to another partner hotel due to some issues. The other hotel was very far from the centre of Vienna and a lower standard. Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience.

A very friendly hotel near everything..

A very nice hotel with very friendly & helpful stuff.. Not to mention, the shower in the room is amazing.. There is a bus station just infront of the hotel that takes u to the central station to take the CAT to the airport.. The hotel is located in a very nice area, I would stay in it again :) Thank you Eurostars

No one at reception when I tried to book in nearly waited 15 mins.could of wrecked the place it was deserted on Friday about 8pm.room far to warm, Aircon on 10c fan on 3 nothing helped.reception said check radiators weren't on,really !!. Window open but bloody crows were so noisy,room 667 .4* hotel not in the UK.only stayed as very convenient for hospital where my wife unfortunately was.

We arrived in the evening and most restaurants were closed.it was only 8 o clock pm.
It was a very deserted area at night as we walked back from town that evening and next.we felt safe but we were there were few people out.the receptionist told us to walk and stand at the park a few blocks away for the on and off bus. We waited about 25 minutes and asked someone.

we had to go about 5 blocks to the right after the park.we could have used another chair in our room there was only 1. We have stayed in many eurostars hotels and do enjoy them.

My boyfriend and I needed a night to rejuvenate. This was exactly what we needed. It's not downtown but we had a car so that didn't matter to us. There is also lots of transportation steps away. It was quiet and very comfortable. We had a great sleep. Plus a noon checkout helps!

Rude staff who probably thought it was normal to treat their non white guest like they treat their colored compatriots.
But as an American it was a shocking and rude introduction to Austria.
Put me in the worst room in the hotel even when it was almost empty.

I found this hotel excellent value for money. The location (right opposite the bus stop into town) was very convenient and the bus ride to the central station takes only 5-10 mins depending on traffic but it's also easy to walk in about 25 mins.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom with excellent power shower. Everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We used the national train company to Rennweg station which is a 10 minute walk to the hotel and 2.20 euro single takes approximately 20 minutes.The hotel is about 20-25 minutes walk outside of the centre but the 74A bus takes you directly to the centre in 5 minutes. The location is not in the centre but it is very comfortable and located in a quiet area even though some rooms face a main road. The bathroom is well thought out and is modern and the shower is fantastic, no bath. Breakfast is continental with scrambled egg a nd bacon. Its fresh and well presented. The staff are friendly without being overly engaged in conversation but that could be a language barrier. All in all it was a comfortable quiet hotel just outside the city but offered value for money.

It was difficult to shower as the drain was almost blocked, no kettle in the room to make tea, I was given afew Fanta and kitkat and when I was about to leave the hotel they gave me a 63 euro bill. The guy was so unfriendly , he could kill to get that money

Wonderful, affordable hotel in Vienna. I stayed here for 3 nights ad the facilities were comparable/maybe even better than a 4-star hotel in the US. My only regret is not trying the breakfast once. Big room, great bathroom facilities, wifi worked well. Its about a 7 min walk to the nearest U station, but a bus stops right in front of the hotel that is helpful to get you around the major points of Landstraser Hauptstrasse.
