The room was clean, spacious, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. We were able to check in earlier than we thought which was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre. I love staying here. We were booked for 2 week stay. Place was close to the tram which was great for getting to all our planned excursions and destinations. They have free coffee everyday. Hotel was close to stores if you needed to buy groceries. You have everything you need. It was cozy and I would highly recommend this place. It’s close to a lot of good restaurants.quiet to get some good sleep and rest. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room is okay but the guy at the front desk when we arrived (on a skinnier side with parted hair with a some length) is quite rude and cold. He is not very accommodating and not friendy at all. Furthermore I do feel that we didn't get the room we booked for, we all booked the room as the other parties in our trip but our room did not have a coffee machine because according to him, it's the type of room we booked (does not make sense because all room were booked together and all the same type in Expedia). The other staff are nice and friendly except for the guy who checked us in. Room and service could be improved for sure.

Breakfast room was so chaotic and very loud music for 10.30am - We left without breakfast as was too much. The heat in the rooms was too much as well. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, had everything you would need and a comfortable bed and was quiet. The facilities were good, next door to a lovely bakery and a mainline train station taking you directly to/from the airport is a 7 minute walk away along with other tram connections to other parts of the city, very easy to get around the city. The staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, everything was positive and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be back.

The area is safe and quiet. It is located near Academic institutes. The room is well sized for big luggage. Basic amenities like bottled water, showering gels, towels, kettle were provided. Washing machine and dryer are available at the basement level. Staff was very friendly and helpful! There is a small dining area at the lobby and they served free drinks and croissant.

Underground paid parking on site was a plus. The room was nice and had a mini kitchen with cooktop but no pots or dishes other than basic plates and cutlery. Great restaurants close by and grocery stores. Walkable to historic city center , about 40 minutes or close to tram if desired. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if ever in Vienna.

The room was great: clean, comfortable, quiet, good internet. The location is also very good: close to the tram and S train. I took one star off for the breakfast, which I rate at C+. This means better than the average US hotel breakfast, but not exactly up to the standard of good hotels in Europe or Asia. The breakfast room is a bit small for the crowd. Coffee, bread, and yogurt are good, but the cold cuts and cheeses are minimal. The only egg is hard boiled. In summary, the breakfast is acceptable. Everything else is very good to excellent. For the price, will choose Rioca again.

This is a really cute themed hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. Location-wise it is not the best. There are no nearby dining or shopping options. It is more of an office area. You would have to take the bus, train or uber to the city center. Our stay was still good though.

Staff at the reception desk are very pleasant and efficient and handled my requests promptly without any delay. My only disappointment is that they did not provide shower cap, pen and paper pad which I believe are standard provisions in a hotel.
