Hotel was okay, room was dirty and had lots of stains on walls and not organized well. Nice that bathroom had a bathtub, but very high to get in, not good if you have bad hips or knees. No stores close by which makes the breakfast very important.

This is a lovely hotel very close to central Vienna. I had a short (15-20 min) walk to most of the must see spots in Vienna (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere palace, five different Christmas markets, etc.).

The staff were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from (traditional English buffet, Spanish buffet, Japanese miso breakfast). The room itself was warm, clean, and large.

My one and only complaint: their bistro downstairs is very tasty and popular. If you want to eat there for dinner be sure to arrive at an off hour or later in the evening, closer to 9:30, in order to snag a table for service.

If I ever come back to Vienna I will for sure be staying here.

Very good hotel, 15 minute walk to opera, museums, concert halls, etc. Great breakfast. Room was comfortable. Bed was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was pretty dark, and even the hallway often only had the presence (emergency?) lights on. Still, a minor thing, and I would likely stay again.

What stood out was the fact that the hotel had all the amenities in my room. I like a good hairdryer, shampoo’s etc because I don’t bring those items with me when I travel. Plus they had good coffee!

Am Konzerthaus hotel, is located very close to the shopping district. The hotel upgraded us and everything in the mini bar was on the house. They also refill items in the mini bar. Mini bar had much food and drinks; including beers. Thank you!

The outside of the hotel is not much to appreciate it inside is pretty glamorous. My daughter loved it.

Don’t be afraid to ask the staff for more info on the city, and where to eat, they had good recommendations. The rooms were spacious and overall a pleasant stay oh and if there into the fancy stuff there’s a Michelin star restaurant next door.

Nice hotel; our room was on the first floor and very noisy in the morning! on our third night there were work/digging on the street that made it imposable to sleep, at midnight I found out that that work will be all night long so they moved us to a courtyard room in the back of the hotel that was quite and also bigger!

The hotel is right by Stadtpark metro station so it is an easy walk to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It rained most of the time I was in Vienna - I did bring an umbrella but not strong enough for the winds. The hotel provided me with a sturdy umbrella to use throughout the 5 days I was there. The breakfast is wonderful. The have fruits, cheeses, breads, a yogurt station. And a hot station with scrambled eggs, apple strudel , bacon, sausage and hashbrowns. There is also a chef that will make you omelets or pancakes! I love how close it is to the Belvedere Museum (which is a must-go) and many other places (Stephansplatz shopping strip and restaurants). The hotel also provides you with two bottles of water daily, which is a nice added touch. When I checked out, they gave me a small gift which was such a nice treat. Thank you! (See first photo of chocolate) Smallest complaint is the scuff marks on the walls in my actual hotel room. Past patrons have really scuffed it up.

Check-in was a bit slow and wake-up call didn’t happen as requested for my early flight—when I asked the concierge in the morning they had no idea it was scheduled. Restaurant prices were steep—a simple cup of coffee cost €7.
The overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s unique atmosphere and convenient location.

The hotel was lovely and my wife and I would happily stay there again. The room was big and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and the city map I got from reception was the best of all of them I had obtained and we used it every day. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety and could not be faulted. There were hardly any restaurants or cafes in the vicinity and you have to cross a lot of busy roads to get to them.

I had a great stay here. The hotel is really close to Karlskirche, which is fabulous, and to Belvedere. Shops and cafes close by too.
The staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly.
Only downside is the breakfasts and other meals are very expensive.

At first glance the hotel is very nice but it seems that they put too much into the appearance rather than function. The bathroom door did not latch properly, the coffee maker didn’t work, the bed frame came away from the wall if you sat up to watch tv( and creaked if you moved), and the toilet that doesn’t hold water ensures everyone knows what you did for quite awhile.

Last minute saviour!

This was a last minute booking after the awful fire that caused Heathrow airport to close down. Our original venue was Vienna so we made some last-minute plans to spend the weekend with friends in London and booked this hotel.. the hotel has a wonderful location close by to many tube stations. The hotel rooms were very large, very well equipped, very clean. Quality of the decor and finishes was very high end. You honestly could not ask for more.
The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

A lovely hotel, well connected by train and tram to the airport, and perfectly situated for many of the city’s sights, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the state opera house. Our room was large, modern, and well equipped, and breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold, and sweet and savoury options. Reception staff were also very friendly hand helpful. Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and every detail showed their dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service.

During our stay, our son fell ill with a high fever, and we were desperate to extend our checkout time so he could rest a little longer before our flight. Despite being fully booked due to the holiday season, the staff went above and beyond by extending our checkout time by two hours. This incredible act of kindness made such a difference for us during a stressful moment, and we are beyond grateful.

Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, quickly answering our questions, or going the extra mile during an emergency, they made us feel cared for and valued as guests.

Kudos to the amazing team at AM Hotel for their professionalism, warmth, and compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely choose to stay here again. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

Great location! Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays. One issue I had with the room was the bathroom door was difficult to close in our room but after holding it shut for a few seconds it would stay shut. We want to come back to Vienna to see more of what the city has to offer and will definitely consider this hotel again!

Had a wonderful time in Vienna, which was made all that much easier by being in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Booked the Vivaldi concert at Charles’s Church very close by, which was wonderful and reasonably priced. When I say walkable I was getting in about 16000 steps a day, which I saw as a plus!

Really, no iron?

Clean rooms and fairly quiet. Appreciated the L’Occitaine toiletries. I don’t understand why there is no iron & ironing board in the room. When my husband called down to the front desk, he didn’t even complete his sentence, they knew immediately what he was calling for. So management, why not let the staff do something more productive instead of carting irons and boards around. Is it really that expensive to put them in every room? By the way the one we got was also in bad shape. Leaked water.
