This hotel offers an amazing location, we stay in a suite, which was super spacious and nicely decorated. However, the room temperature and a problem with the heater were major drawbacks. It was early January, and the room was quite cold due to a wind coming from the balcony. The heater was not working well either. The staff kindly provided me with an electric heater, which helped a bit, but it wasn’t enough to warm up the entire room. Despite these issues, the hotel is still a great place to stay overall.

The room was spacious, and the staff was great. Beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Aside from the usual offerings they prepare fresh eggs to your specifications, which is a nice plus. It’s right off Stephanplafz which is the main shopping venue for Vienna.

The breakfast was tasty and great, but it was NOT free. It actually was quite expensive compared to other options we found the other days. The fragrance in the lobby was a nice touch. This hotel was amazing! It was in the centre of everything. We walked everywhere. Front reception Staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the staff looking after them were hard working and helpful.
Overall I’d come back to this hotel. Love love loved it. ;)

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the shopping, cathedral and opera districts, only a short walk to all the famous landmarks, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The building itself is mesmerisingly beautiful, dripping everywhere you look with all the history and splendor of its palatial origins. Cons: None. They were under remodeling but our room was far enough that it did not bother us at all. We loved the location and so many things to see within walking distance, from shopping, restaurants, museums. Central location. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. Just not in the winter. :)

Great location and the hotel was clean and renovated. Room was spacious and the bathroom too. Only downside to it was the breakfast room seemed understaff on our last morning, no table available and nothing was running smooth. I had no one greeting me and giving me a table, I could not order eggs and had to take napkins and cutlery from a nearby table. I had breakfast on a dirty table as no one came to clean it. It might have been just a bad moment as the room was full and not enough staff. Overall good experience but I would recommend to have extra start at the breakfast room if hotel occupancy is high.

The location of this property is in the heart of Vienna's shopping central and was approximately a 25 minute walk from the train station. We arrived here from Budapest and wanted a place that would be easy to access. More than this, the beautiful hotel had friendly staff that guided us to places to eat and made our experience truly magical!

In the heart of Vienna

The hotel is in the heart of Vienna and close to all the shops, restaurants, opera house and museums. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We missed the breakfast buffet by 10 minutes but they still allowed us to sit in and eat before they started to clear the buffet. Only minor issue was that the hot water didn’t work due to the weather conditions (rain and flooding) but it was back on in the morning. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. It’s also close to the train station.

Absolutely great!!! This was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Amazing rooms, the view was amazing, the bathroom is so clean and fresh, and the location is perfect, right near the main shopping and eating areas, and close to landmarks. The only issue was that the safe in our room didn’t work.
