This is a very small hotel but in a great location. Very convenient to stores, museums and great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had an incredible view of the Stephansplatz. The staff was attentive and helpful.

The whole experience was genuinely outstanding. Our room was spacious, absolutely spotless and well appointed - with a fantastic view of St Stephan's Cathedral. The staff were friendly, helpful and could not have done anything better. Breakfast is worth booking with plenty of choices - all of a very high standard. We will be staying at this hotel again in December when we come to visit the Christmas Markets. Thank you everyone at the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz for making our first visit to Vienna so special.

The hotel is in such a beautiful spot, where practically everything you should wish to see is in walking distance. The Staff are very professional and assisted us with all of our questions and provided us with helpful information. Our room was cleaned when requested to a high standard. The breakfast caters for all diets and was delicious. There are shops, cafes literally next door to the Hotel. The Metro and bus stops are literally a few hundred yards away. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Berlin.

Front desk was simply wonderful, they made our checkin very smooth and even checked us in early as our flight had arrived early. Breakfast was A1, just about everything you could ask for was there. Very friendly staff. Location right across cathedral and convenient to everything. No parking if one has a private car but one really doesn’t need one.

What a wonderful hotel to base your stay in Vienna. Right in the center of Vienna with major sites and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Or if you prefer, the hotel is steps away from a Ubahn station, which connects you to anywhere you’d want to go in Vienna. And everytime you return, you exit the Stephansplatz station to a beautiful view of St Stephen’s Cathedral, the amazing gothic cathedral that’s the centerpiece of the city. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff is very helpful with suggestions, booking cars to the airport. The breakfast was really good with numerous options. The only downside for us was the hotel restaurant was closed for the season, and while the hotel tried to provide snacks and coffee in the yellow room, it was only marginal. Bit apart from that, my wife and I can highly recommend this hotel.

The room we had 606 was absolutely perfect from the view to house keeping, the staff at this hotel are second to none. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Location is just the best and handy for all the sights. When I return to Vienna this is the hotel I’ll be staying at.

You could not pick a more perfect location! Our breakfast window overlooked the St. Stephen Cathedral and the view was breathtaking! The hotel was clean and immaculate, the hotel staff was very accommodating and we would definitely return! Greatly located in the center of everything: was able to window shop, visit the Dome Stephan, Sisi Museum and Imperial Court within two hours by foot. The front desk (a girl unfortunately didn’t get her name in the evening of Jan 10) was so helpful assisting me research what I wanted to do in a short stay. In an evening and two hours on the morning I went to see a concert, window shopped, visited Sisi Museum, walked around Hoffburg, visited Imperial Crypt and got to airport early. I’ll come back!

This hotel is in a prime location facing St Stephens. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean spacious and just wonderful. The staff was exceptionally great. We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms are amazing and the included breakfast was very good every day. Staff I was extremely helpful and assisted us with navigating Vienna’s public transportation system and also arranged an airport transfer for us.

Great location but too warm
A nice hotel in a great location however our room, 208, was too warm and the temperature difficult to control. The A/C only works if the outside air temperature is greater than 19c, we were there in November and the temperature outside was between 2 and 12c.
So, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, our room looked out onto a courtyard where staff were seen working and there was a corridor opposite so we couldn’t leave the windows and/or curtains open. The cathedral clock starts chiming at 6am.
On a positive note we appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were sent in advance and we enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was pretty good with a view of the Cathedral. The room was otherwise well equipped.
So, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, our room looked out onto a courtyard where staff were seen working and there was a corridor opposite so we couldn’t leave the windows and/or curtains open. The cathedral clock starts chiming at 6am.

This hotel could not have been more centrally located. Our suite was stylish and well decorated, and the breakfast buffet had many tasty options. The hotel and our room were decorated with wooden sculptures which added a unifying touch. Best of all, though, was the friendliness of the staff which made us feel so welcome.
