Superb apartment (we had a junior suite), located 5/6 mins walk from a U bahn station and very accessible for central Vienna.
Well stocked supermarket below the property, and lots of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

The studio apartment has a kitchenette with an induction stove, an oven and a small refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and the room was spotless. A gourmet grocery store is located adjacent to the property. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The subway and tram are a 7 minute walk from the property. The cathedral is located about a 10 minute walk from the property. Ideal location and ideal hotel! This was my second stay here.

Great location. No in room laundry. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The configuration was not good. Rooms are dark. No paper towels in the kitchen. Room cleaning once in 3 days if you stay that long. Rooms are dark. Front reception folks are very nice. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is for the location and how nice the folks are. Otherwise this is a 3.5 stay.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The small apartment is a great home base while on vacation.

The neighborhood is safe and the property is located close to several dining options and Swedenplatz U-bahn station. Also, there is a Spar store located on the bottom floor for drinks, snacks, etc.

The staff was great, particularly Axel. Very helpful and informative. Note, however, that this property does not have 24-hour reception. So, if you return to your room after hours, there won't be anyone at the front desk. This wasn't a big deal, but i couldn't figure out how to operate the thermostat in my apartment and it was a bit cold at night. Again, not that big of a deal, just something to keep in mind.

There are two washers and dryers in the building basement. The price is €4 per load and detergent is provided. This was a huge plus for me.

It's an easy walk from this property to St. Stephans Platz, shopping, Hofburg palace, etc. I'm glad we did not stay at St. Stephans Platz because there are simply too mant people in that area. I highly recommend My Place Premium Apartments!

This was the ideal location for our first visit to Vienna. It was very walkable with lots of good food options nearby and relatively close to the tourist sites. The room was efficiently laid out and had everything we needed. Fully functional kitchen, separate sitting place, large bathroom and plenty of storage.

Overall, the stay is quite satisfactory abeit some issues.
The location is convenient. Most of the major places of interests are within walking distance ~5-15min. The neighborhood is quiet.
The room is spacious. The bedroom and bathroom (wet-area) size are good. The toilet is located next to the entrance. So a bit inconvenient. Not a major concern.
The kitchen is quite good. It is fully stock with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Adequate if you want to cook. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules for coffee.
There's also a lounge (biz center, coffee, sitting area) plus a gym. Good!
There is Laundry facilities in the basement (2x washing machine-need to paid, dryer-free) are adequate. Apt provide laundry powder.
The front desk manager is very polite at check-in, and helpful in fixing our problem where the in-room safe failed to open w correct code.
Not so nice: The housekeeping did not show up to clear garbage as requested (and promised by the front desk manager). So the garbage became smelly the 2nd day. This is a major issue.

the place is great in general. however there are 2 things I like to share. both are related to bathroom. the whole area for the bathroom is big but the shower area is very small and uncomfortable. I know it is not something to be fixed immediately, but maybe in future if the owner decide to do some renovation, think about that. the other item is about hair/body wash. it was so weird to me that one wash is used for both body and hair and no hair conditioner! maybe in Europe it is normal as in Canada and USA I have not seen it. Also, in the shower area there is no place to put your stuff like face wash or anything else!
But I enjoyed my staying there.

Great location. We were able to check in early which was amazing! The first doorman did not tell us that the room key was required for electrical. There was no housekeeping. Had to wait and extra day and ask twice for pillows. You must ask them to hook up the television. Room was smaller than expected. Windows extremely dirty.

Good location - not touristy. The staff was nice and pleasant but definitely NOT a concierge! Property is old and seems not as clean or well -kept as it should be. Laundry facility was dirty and two of three dryers were out of order. Lastly, the room was way too small for 3 beds and 3 people. This property would be great for two people who simply need a place to sleep that has easy access to the transportation system or who want a local neighborhood experience.

I loved the layout of the apartment. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink which was great.
It was very spacious. We had the junior suite.
Two complaints. One was the toilet room had a sink but no mirror above it.
The second was the lighting in the main bathroom was very dark. It was impossible to put makeup on in there.
The windowsill became my makeup area with the light coming in from the window.

The apartment we had was fantastic. It was much bigger than we expected. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a very large study area. With the very high 12-foot ceiling, it was a great space to stretch out for 4 nights here. The location is great for all the old city sites.

The only complaint is the WiFi. The WiFi Logi. Expired at midnight 00:00 on the day of checkout. Let me remind the property management that the checkout time is 10:00. It was a great inconvenience for not having WiFi as we were trying to confirm the rest of our travel plan.

MyPlace is in a great location... five minutes to Stephansplatz; 6 minutes to the subway (and fantastic gelato!). The staff takes care of any needs you have; their transportation provision to and from the airport is excellent... being there at 4:30 am to take us. The rooms are well-equipped and roomy; and clean. I'd recommend MyPlace to anybody headed to Vienna.

This was a fabulous appartment (Junior Suite) - spacious and well equipped - big comfortable bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. Plenty of white fluffy towels. For us it was a great location - easily walkable to main attractions and centre of old Vienna and also Vienna Mitte station (train from airport arrives there) and also Schwedenplatz where the boat trips leave from and there is a tram and U-bahn stops.
We had very friendly and helpful staff on site - but please note that Reception is not manned 24/7 so if you arrive out of hours you need to let them know. Apartments are accessed with keyfob so you can easily let yourself in or out once checked in.
Supermarket next door, bars and restaurants plenty of near by.
Recommend and will stay again if come back to Vienna

MyPlace was great; clean, spacious, renovated, quiet and convenient. We did not hear other guest above us stomping around at 2am which was such a welcome change from some hotels in other European cities. Power in the kitchen area of our unit went out on the last night and contacting the concierge was very convenient and efficient. The hotel sent someone to come in early the next morning to reset the power to that part of our unit so we could make breakfast. This was very much appreciated! Our entire family (2 adults, 2 kids under 12 yrs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MyPlace in Vienna.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vienna. The apartment kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, it was clean and a generous size. It's conveniently located close to a small supermarket for you to grab the essentials, and has great transport links to get you around the city, as well as back and forth to the airport at the beginning and end of your trip. The host was also very friendly and helpful. They were doing some work on the stairs when we stayed so the stairs were covered in plastic which made it a bit awkward and slippy going up and down. There is a lift, however so it wasn't that bad. Would recommend and stay here again.

Overall nice experience, the location was great and the apartment was very nice. I did not like that our unit had a connecting door to another unit as we could hear TV and music and other noises be cause of it. That was not disclosed nor mentioned. There also was a warning about the fire alarm possibly going off located above the kitchen area while operating stove that may automatically call the fire department who would then present you with a bill you would be responsible for. We didn’t therefore use the oven which also had no instructions. They shouldn’t put a smoke fire alarm directly in the kitchen ceiling. There’s one in the living area a few feet away from the kitchen. Also they had a nespresso machine but no coffee pods given

Great place if on a budget

The apartment was cosy and comfortable. We had the one bedroom suite with full kitchen. The only inconvenience was the elevator wasn’t working the first day and we had to take the stairs to the 5th floor with suitcases and backpacks. But it was fixed later on. It’s a great location, close to the city center and train/bus stations. Great place to stay if on a budget. Also there’s a store right next to the building. We did our grocery shopping.

Incredibly convenient accommodations, walking distance to Stephansdom, but much quieter neighborhood (some street noise inevitable esp. on Friday and Saturday nights.) Clean, well appointed, good size apartment, cleaning comes once every 3 days - just right. The only thing was, we read in reviews about breakfast but were told they did not provide breakfast - but with a grocery store right next door this was not at all a problem. Nearest stop is Schwedenplatz. Really good value for money.

What not to like?!

Fantastic apartments in great location. 6-7 minutes to metro station. 7-8 minutes to city centre. Plenty of great bars and restaurants in 5 minutes walk. 2 minutes to airport bus stop. Next door to very good Spar Gourmet supermarket.
Spacious apartment with all you need - dishwasher, oven, hob, good utensils, sharp knives. Dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up liquid all provided.
Great shower - plenty of towels.
Spotlessly clean apartment.
Be aware - luggage can be stored for you upon checkout - but only until 17:00. You can use the lounge, tea/coffee facilites and toilets after this time but there is nobidy there to collect bags from. If you arrive after 17:00 you are provided with entry code and safe code for keys.
