The rooms are very small. Fine for an overnight stay.the communal areas are tight and breakfast was good, although very crowded. The roof bar has a good atmosphere although service was very very slow and the food poor. We ordered salmon sashimi which took an hour to arrived served cooked and cold. There were a lot of people complaining.
Reception was friendly. House keeping erratic - we had our room cleaned at 6pm just when we had returned after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel is on the river - on the wrong side but just 10 mins max walking from St Stephen’s Cathedral and right on the metro. We likes the walk to and from the sites.
I wouldn’t stay again because of the size of the rooms and the fact the hotel is under staffed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and the rooms clean and the location next to the metro was very convenient in the cold weather but the hotel decor being mostly black was not very pleasing and very dark. The rooms were also very dark.

Great location! Every thing was with 30 min walk. Rooms excellent and clean. Food at hotel was excellent with great choices. Then top off with drink at rooftop bar. Staff was fantastic especially the Balkan girls at front desk. Super friendly and provided great info for city

The staff were generally friendly, but service at reception was slow and distracted by chatting. One receptionist was reluctant to help with a simple request for towels, which took unnecessary back-and-forth before being resolved. The rooms are fine but have no windows, and the location is good, about a 30-minute walk from most main attractions.

The property was well located, just in front of the river, great view, great restaurants to walk during the night just downstairs. The gym was very small, it was packed and we were just 3 or 4 training there. Staff was great and very helpfull always...would stay there again!

Very convenient in its position in the city.
Parking too expensive in my opinion. It should be a better rate as Linz Radisson is €18 per night parking as apposed to €36.
Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is a small treasure in the downtown of Vienna.
The convenience of its location, just a few steps away from U2 Station and walking distance a little bit further for U4, is remarkable.
The Hotel stuff was excellent and extremely helpful.
We had a little bit of a challenge with the A/C , it was too cold during our first night, but they explained to us how to deal with it and then everything was great.
The rooms are not too small, considering that you are in an historical location as Vienna as well.
I would recommend to get the breakfast, so delicious and the espresso was phenomenal.
The walking distance ability to the Public transportation was fantastic.
The restaurant “Schöne Perle“,it was recommended to us from the hotel’s stuff, was on 7 min walking distance and the Winer Schnitzel was amazing.
The Apple Maps were working great for any of the directions and using the U2 or any of the transportation as well.
Everyone at the hotel spoke English so it was so convenient for everything.

Thank you for having us.
We will be back.

The rooms are very small and dark. The front desk is over run by people checking in with little to no staff to take care of them. Housekeeping will wake you up at 7am. We were there for 6days and 1 of the days hotel staff just pushed the door open and walked in at 7am. Profusely apologized regardless it was incredibly annoying and scary.

A fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. Situated on the bank of the Danube Canal and easy walk into the city centre. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable which aided a good nights sleep. The reception staff were very helpful, supportive and always willing to offer advice when asked. The rooftop bar was offered exceptional views over the city however the bar staff could be a little more helpful and efficient. A fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel with nice roof top bar. Within a 5-10 min walk of main shops. Evening food appeared to be restricted during Wed-Sat whilst we were there, which was a pain if you didn't want to leave the hotel, but plenty of restaurants within a very short walk.

We had a junior suite for me, my wife, and my daughter, and the view was magnificent. We liked it very much.
Also, the hotel has a metro station right in front of it.

In conclusion, it is an excellent choice if you want to spend your vacation in the center of Vienna.

Very good hotel for couples, also convenient access to a main U-Bahn stop right outside the hotel door and Straßenbahn located across the bridge. Housekeeping was very good and on top of refills and cleaning. Unfortunately the check in via Experian was very slow but easily resolved by the hotel. The hotels food and drinks options are on the higher side compared to most of the city. If you want a safe and convenient hotel give this a go

The bed and linen quality were really comfortable and helped to have a great nights sleep. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and as a group of 4 there was something for everyone. We all ate well. The service and choice at the rooftop bar the previous evening was also a high standard and the staff very friendly and made us welcome. I would stay here again.

The room is mostly black and the lightning is seem. Entire time felt very darker. The surrounding is kind of dirty. There was a begger right in front of the entrance door all the time. But the bed is very comfortable . I would not stay again.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and safe. It is close to Vienna's museums and palaces.
The hotel offers breakfast for US$30, has a bar upstairs, but does not offer room service.
The television channels only speak German (no English subtitles option) and only has 1 English channel (CNN).
It does not offer the option of movies in languages other than German. It needs to be more international because tourists from all over the world come.

Just returned from an excellent weekend in Vienna. Made even better by the excellent hotel. Modern and clean, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent roof top terrace and bar highly recommended for early evening drinks.
Metro/Underground station located right outside hotel made it a very accessible hotel to visit any part of Vienna.

Staff went the extra mile delivering a small surprise birthday cake on my wife’s birthday.

Overall disappointed with hotel.
Positives were decent sized room & good location.
Negatives - check in process was chaotic & confusing for both us (& staff..!)..& having to input all our passport / address details on their “self check in” system was a time consuming & annoying.
Be aware that the rooftop is basically a nightclub with loud music until late evening. Having upgraded to a junior suite located on the 7th floor proved a poor call as bar was on the 8th..totally unacceptable for music being pumped into late evening with our floor bearing the brunt..!
Breakfast was ok but overpriced.
I would not stay again.

I really enjoyed my 3 nights at this hotel.

The room and facilities within it had most facilities I required.
It was a bonus that I was moved from another hotel, who had been unable to fulfil the booking of myself & 4 friends (originally all booked into the same hotel).
On the day of check-in you receive a complimentary bottle of water, but don't receive any more after that. However, tap water in the shower-room was drinkable (I checked this with Reception). There were water-jugs in Reception

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, so many options, not all suitable for a vegetarian (cold meats, sausages, etc), but there were plenty of choices). These included bread, cheese, muesli and cereals, various dried fruits, fresh fruit, selection of pastries.
I didn't have any of the hot breakfast items.
A particularly nice touch was the waffle-maker where you could make your own fresh waffles. I didn't try this, but saw other guests who did.
My room was on the 5th floor, at the end of a corridor (meaning noise might have been influenced by the fact that other guests didn't need to pass by).
I found the room quiet, but I am not a light sleeper.
All the staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, & efficient.
I'd like to mention 3 people, David on Reception who patiently answered my questions on the first
night. Anita on breakfast check-in, and Rachel- barista.
All 3 went above and beyond in their manner and attitude.

In general this is a good hotel. Facilities are decent. Roof top bar is a nice touch with a nice view. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
My only pet peeve i have is the check in process. They have a computer to do self check-in which I wouldn't recommend to do it. We were a group of 4 and you have to input all the traveller's information one by one with no physical keyboard but a keyboard on the screen. Needless to say this is a tedious and time consuming job, which i am not being paid to do, this doesn't make things faster for you only it makes things easier for them. Next time i would wait for a staff memeber to check me in.

The hotel itself is lovely! And the staff are very accommodating and cannot do enough for you. They serve a very good buffet breakfast each morning and in terms of location it’s great. If you choose to walk it’s only a 15-20 minute walk into the center, or there is an exit of the closest underground station just outside the main hotel doors! Highly recommen

Nice hotel, nice area. About 20 minutes walk to the city centre, and entrance to an underground station directly outside the hotel.

The room was perfectly comfortable, very neat and clean. Only annoying thing was the music from the rooftop bar on Friday evening/night, which I could hear in my room on the floor below. Not super loud, but the bass really carries. Also, they should seriously consider getting a squat rack for the fitness room.

Extremely bad service, first they gave me a dirty room with all the garbage of the previous guest, then when I've asked for assistance getting a day trip they told me they cannot help, when I wanted a snack it basically never came. The window in the room couldn't be opened, really it was an awful experience.
I wrote a review in Google and a hotel management answered rejecting my complaints, 2 hours later I came back to the room around 5:00 just to discover that nobody cleaned it. Very poor management I will never go back there again.

All was great. My only problem was getting the staff to help us with a couple of twin beds that were loosely put together to form a queen bed, but kept on separating, leaving a big crevice in the middle. They kept putting it back together only to fall back into the hole in the middle of the night.

Great location close to the train station that will connect you with all the attractions, very easy to use! Room was fairly clean, when we checked in a pillow on the bed had black makeup all over it. The bathroom had toothpaste splash marks on the wall. Tea and coffee were not refilled each day, as well as the Kleenex was empty for two days. The rooftop bar is very expensive, but a cool view! Techno music was played with a DJ. Breakfast buffet was really good but a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Austria.

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The receptionist when we were checking in went above and beyond for us. Allowed us check in early after an early flight & treated us to lovely chocolates & rose voucher in the Sarai restaurant to help us celebrate our anniversary. Cleaning staff were great, room was always left lovely for us, coffee & bathroom were always restocked. Really recommend this hotel. Location was perfect very close to centre & train station literally right outside the door. The room had a lovely view of the river & bed was very very comfy & spacious. The bed had 4 pillows 2 were softer & 2 were firmer so suited whatever your preference. The shower was so spacious & had great pressure. The thermostat in the room kept it nice & warm in the cold weather outside however there was no window to open for fresh air but this wasn’t an issue for us. Another great thing was the large television which we could play movies from our phones on. The robot room service impressed us so much. There was a comedy show in the restaurant on Friday evening which was a nice thing to have. Rooftop bar was also gorgeous & staff were great there also. Really can’t recommend this hotel enough would definitely come back.
