The front desk are very friendly and very helpful. Lucy and Alex are the best. They helped me a lot. Also, they speak English very well. I am so comfortable for staying at this hotel. Perfect location and so clean as well.

The hotel is in a good location, but that is the only positive. The room was very old and could use a major renovation, and a very small TV. It wasn’t clean enough and the walls are paper-thin and very dirty so I heard everything from the hallway. Staff were nice, Lucia very friendly and very helpful, but I wouldn't stay here again.

We booked the studio with terrace and were very happy with our stay. The room was beautiful and we received a lovely flower surprise and a complimentary welcome drink.
The best part was the view waking up and seeing the whole city in front of you was amazing. Because of the view, we ordered breakfast in the room, which was very good and nicely prepared.

To make matters worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, we were made to feel dismissed, which only added to the frustration.
For the price we paid, the standard was completely unacceptable and the listing is misleading. The accommodation was absolutely not worth the money.
The response when asking the staff for help was abysmal. We asked how much it was to upgrade to a higher room, their response: ‘the rate is very high’
Manager was completely avoidant of the problems we shared and responded with ‘well you did book the cheapest room’ For 2 working class people, it was still more money than the room and experience was worth and quite frankly, it shouldn’t matter.

My stay was really nice, with a continental breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. The room was partly renovated, but the chair needs replacing, and there was no hook to hang a jacket. The bathroom was a bit worn and not renovated like the room. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. One day, the cleaning was very late (after 6 PM), so we chose to decline to avoid being disturbed – that was our choice. The next day, everything was cleaned nicely with fresh bed linen and towels. The location is very central in the district, easy walking distance to the metro/train station and also within walking distance to Vienna’s central area. Please note, for me -It was more a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star.

"I booked a superior room only to discover the view was a brick wall of a neighboring building under construction. I was offered two alternative rooms, but both were smaller. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as a phone and mini bar, and the décor fell short of even a good three-star standard, let alone four. On one occasion, housekeeping failed to replenish the coffee sachets, and when I asked at reception, the staff were unable to locate any coffee at all. The most postive aspect were staff were friendly.

Although generally conveniently located for access to the City’s attractive tourist features, this is not a hotel of the expected four star quality and standards in a major European city.

Fuimos el finde del 7 al 9 y fue estupendo hay unq muchacha que habla español y nos lo hizo muchon mas facil la habitacion era estupenda, sin decirles nada ellos te hacen la cama y ordenan el cuarto el baño es muy grande hay un sofá de dos plazas también que me parece que se convierte en sofá cama y espacioso y la cama también lo es está muy bien aislado el frío incluso tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado porque teníamos un poquito de calor del cambio de tiempo de afuera adentro les pedimos chanclas para usarlas y no las dieron también puede pedir pasta de dientes cepillo y etcétera y sin decirle nada cuando van a la habitación a ordenartela también te ordenan la ropa también tienes un agua de cortesía y café una neverita y una caja fuerte yo lo recomendaría si vuelvo a Viena volveré a este hotel y esta a 15 min del centro que puedes ir andando o en tranvia

Had a lovely stay at Florum Hotel, hotel was clean and room serviced everyday. A slightly funny smell in the bedroom, not sure what it was. Breakfast was good, continental style with fresh boiled and fried eggs. Hotel in a good location, around 20 min walk to the main attractions of Vienna, the area of hotel is nice, safe, but limited places to eat, great Chinese at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel, other choices were, kebab, polish and McDonalds. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again if I’m ever in Vienna.

The staff at the front desk of the hotel were incredible! Easy check in, we got in early! And we were looking for bowls and cutlery which they happily brought to our room. The room was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the distance from the main sights, and in the evenings (on a Tuesday so it’s to be expected) there wasn’t much to eat or drink. Vienna is beautiful, and the hotel was sufficient for our short stay.

The hotel is in a good location, there is a tram in the street and the metro station is less than a five minute walk. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely, very helpful. We did have some issues with the room though. It was a 'standard' room and we weren't expecting 5 star luxury but it was on the top floor in the roof and the room slanted quite steeply. One if us needed to stoop down to get into bed and I did actually hit my head at one point. There was a fridge in the room which was great but it was quite noisy. It emitted a tinkling hum constantly and intermittently made a cracking/popping sound that was quite loud especially at night when trying to get to sleep. Also, there was no proper shower in the bathroom - also sloped. Whilst it wouldn't be possible to have a shower curtain, a screen could have gone across the bath halfway allowing guests to have a shower standing up. The shower holder rail was coming away from the wall and trying to wash hair without flooding the bathroom was a nightmare. I wouldn't say 'don't stay there' but it would be advisable to check the facilities you can expect beforehand.

Property is really accessible and with lots to do nearby and good connections to points of interest. Rooms are conditioned and have a mini fridge and safe. We didn't have basic toiletries in the room like shampoo. 2 out of three bottles were empty and dirty tissue was left behind desk. Thin walls meant lots of noise, especially since construction occurred at the time of visit, also the kitchen was on the same level. So always heard either metro or dishes clanking. Overall, cheap and simple.

I stayed for three nights. The room was adequate and clean, the vlbed was comfortable. There is also a luft, which I has been led to believe wasn't the case so that was a bonus. However, I was assigned a room looking out onto Taborstrasse which us a verybusy street and there is no soundproofing on the windiws so it was very noisy and I basically got no sleep. On check out we had to wait 20 mins for a member of staff to appear. That said, there was a lot of choice at breakfast and staff, when tjey could be found, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent spot for access to public transport with a tram stop and an underground a few mins walk down the street. There are also lots of lical shops and places to eat. Trams run frequently hence the noise. All in a good place to stay but I would recommend asking for a room.at the back of the hotel unless you are very used to tram noise through the night.

This hotel is actually well situated for getting around central Vienna. If you come out of the property and turn right away from the Main Street, you will come across a great Chinese restaurant, and a little further a great Vietnamese restaurant.
I mention these because they are little treasures. The hotel is basic, clean and a great base.
