We stayed at this aparthotel with our two-year-old and overall found the experience mixed.
We were allocated a small kitchenette room which unfortunately had no window, meaning there was no way to ventilate the space so we had to ask staff to do that. This made the room feel uncomfortable, particularly when staying with a toddler. The room amenities were not ideal for a young child, and the setup felt more suited to short adult stays rather than families.
Cleaning was not included in the stay, and we chose to pay an additional €40 to have the room cleaned, which felt expensive given the size of the room.
Breakfast was quite limited, with very few options available. The boiled eggs were cold and did not appear fresh.
On a positive note, the hotel is in a walkable location, close to main attractions, which made getting around easy with a child. Additionally, the lady serving breakfast was polite and friendly.

The main issue we experienced during our stay was that the room was not adequately heated and felt quite cold, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unstable and kept alternating between cold and hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

The shower was not draining and so all of us couldn’t use the shower. We were told there was nothing that they could do to repair it until after we checked out. There were no suggestions / apologies/ extras to make up for this. A hotel room not having a functional shower and staff being non apologetic or trying to make up for this isn’t acceptable and so this dampened our stay

Be aware that you have to clear garbage, need to pay euro 40 for cleaning. I stayed 4 nights, basically the apartment was quite filthy on the third day. There are vacuum cleaner but who wants to clean during their holidays. Shower not strong and sometimes cold sometimes hot.

Fantastic location with restaurants, parks, museums and art galleries within a comfortable walking distance and generally a nice room. We were in a room where we couldn’t open the window due to safety reasons and to say we were overheating, in March, was a bit of an understatement! We spoke with reception who were very kind and opened the windows while we were out but had to close them through the night. We really appreciated their help, which raised the review rating, but I dread to think what that room must be like in the height of summer. Would stay again because of the location in the city but hope they can invest in air con for the future!

Large and comfortable room, with a little kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. The bed was a bit soft. The staff seemed a bit lost, but friendly nonetheless. We had a pleasant stay except on our departure day when the cleaning staff tried to enter our room twice at 8h in the morning when we were still sleeping (with a \"do not disturb\" on our door...)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Aparthotel Adagio in Vienna. Location was great, hotel was clean and fun, great for families, couples, friends, business. The breakfast was excellent and worth the money. Suzanne in the restaurant always made sure we had everything we needed, and the rest of the staff were always very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice aparthotel that's located close to public transit and very walkable, very close to City Centre and Innere Stadt / Ringstrasse but also very walkable to Leopoldstadt and other Vienna districts. Staff was friendly, helpful and place seemed to be very quiet. Good spot for a long weekend stay, and rooms were clean and well maintained.

Very convenient location there is a tram stop outside which takes you to inner stradt but its only a ten minute walk
The hotel staff are helpful and are there 24hrs
Rooms are nice and cosy with a big bathroom

neat and enough condition of kitchen.
I satted at 7th floor .The only thing that bothered was the power of water in shower booth. And hot water was not enough.
But hot water and power of the water was enough in sink of kichen and basin.

Public transportation is right at your doorstep. The apartment is spacious, well equiped and includes a full kitchen. The building is in excellent condition and clean.
All the major sites are within easy reach using public transportation or walking.

Lovely area walkable to everywhere I needed.
Room is good if you are not spending time in it. Very dark as its courtyard facing. Always needs a light on. Aircon was suspect. Couldn’t work out if it was on but the wasn’t dealing with 35°c heat so probably was. Check-in lady was very friendly and helpful. Elevator always empty which was nice. Would use again but choose a larger unit with better natural light. Netflix not available on TV. I have my own login so would have been useful to have.

Extra fees for everything. Very expensive amenities, they clean your room once a week. The air was stale, AC was weak, sweaty nights and we always had a rough throat in the morning. Nice enough management, but services always cost extra money. €13 for a load of laundry… Self service. Foosball table in the middle of the main lobby… Didn’t quite seem to match the classical music theme of the whole place… Whatever. Won’t return.

Great hotel in a very convenient place for all transport links. Yes there is some noise from the traffic outside but thats the compromise from being in the centre close to everything.

The room had everything you need and the bed was very comfy. Staff were great and luggage store was free to use after the 11am check out.

This was my 2nd time staying at Adagio. Ideal location. Close to most things but also a bit noisy so ask for a quiet room. It’s great having a mini kitchen as i would make my breakfast every day. I wish the lighting had been a bit brighter especially at night and make sure you bring your own wash cloth. They do have hand soap and body wash/shampoo. If you have thick hair it will take you forever to dry your hair with the hair dryer that is provided. Staff are friendly and efficient. Make sure you use your key card when you enter the elevator. Gym was a good size but a treadmill would be a nice addition. It’s great they have 2 washers and a dryer but charging 8.00 Euros for the washer and 5.00 for the dryer seems a bit excessive in my opinion. Having said all of that i would stay here again.

Not as expensive as we thought shoppers paradise.

We had a great time. The hotel was very nice and modern, the studio room we had was quite spacious with a small kitchen area with a large fridge, two ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the required kitchen utensils.
A decent size bathroom with an over bath shower.
The staff were nice and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which we were very gratefull for.
The hotel is in a great place. It's literally ten minutes walk to the centre of vienna which is an amazing place for food and shopping..It wasn' as expensive as we expected either, quite similar to the uk maybe a little cheaper.
We'd highly reccommend and would love to go back. 3 nights seemed to be the perfect amount of time.

Room was dark and very small . Carpet outside of hall way was in really bad shape , the shower was broken . My wife and I couldn’t stay more than an hour and left to another hotel . Although front desk person was very nice , her boss / manger appeared angry and very in pleasant ! I don’t recommend this place at all ..

This hotel has everything you need to survive in the city of Vienna. Nice rooms, friendly staff (all spoke English), some basics like water and beer for purchase at the front desk. Our room had a nice kitchen with a full size refrigerator and two burner stove. It is located close to the subway, old town Vienna, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other businesses. Room had good air conditioning. At under $200 Euros per night it is a great value for the location.

The Adagio was an amazing place to stay. It was close in proximity to public transport that brought me to and from the airport easily. It also was in close proximity to various tourist attractions which made it possible for me to walk everywhere I wanted to go (although, again, there was public transit nearby!). The staff were wonderful and the room was spacious, clean and homey. I would definitely recommend the Adagio’s apartments for a short or longer term stay in Vienna.
