Self checkin did not work. Thankfully there was a host to complete the transaction. I do not recommend self-checkin in a foreign country as it leaves room for error.

Hotel was clean and appeared well maintained. Seemed odd not to have no reception desk coverage on the weekend, but maybe it’s more of a business week oriented place. Couldn’t find a thermostat and room temperature was a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. This is basically a self serve hotel. There is no staff to answer questions so as long as you don't have questions it is a good hotel. The breakfast buffet is good but doesn't open until 8 am on weekends so it was a bit tight for us heading out on last day.

Can not checkin because there is no staff help. Called phone help line number listed on self-checkin machine but no staff support at all. Have to leave the facility to find another place to stay. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience in my life!

This hotel is a bit out of town so not many options nearby. But it’s a decent location if you are doing the Liechtenstein trail as it’s very close and there is a LIEBike station right at the hotel which is convenient. The bus stop is very close. Breakfast was great. Self checkin was the hardest and most time consuming we came across in the country. You can’t just use your surname like most other hotel self checkins; you must know your reservation code which we had to dig up. And then you have to enter a bunch more information about yourself, too. Hotel is very clean, room is spacious and cozy, but shower is a poor design and water gets everywhere on the floor outside of it. They do not provide fans which is a nice amenity when it’s warmer outside. Most of our other hotels had fans. The rooms have nice big windows but there is no view at all.

The property is in the middle of no where so there’s little to do nearby. The hotel itself is sterile…no life, no character. We were there 24 hours and never met a person. We had to figure how to check ourselves in on a kiosk in German to open the door to even get in the hotel. We just left keys in a box to check out. The room seemed clean, but there were two pairs of extremely smelly sneakers left in our closet. Of course, there was no one to tell this to, so we left them in the hall. The next day they were still there since it seems no one works in the building. The shower floor was very slippery when wet and felt unsafe. Breakfast was good (we saw a man who didn’t interact working behind the lines) but the coffee machine wasn’t working and the water for tea was ice cold. We felt like we were staying in a futuristic sterile environment. I’d never recommend this hotel.

We spent a weekend in Liechtenstein and stayed at this hotel because of its great location, near the highway. Easy check in with the automated machine, large room sparkling clean, good breakfast in the morning. Employees around were available and smiling. Great value, I highly recommend.

Very modern hotel in an industrial area. It works well though. Beautiful, large, quiet room. It's self check in on a computer. The front desk help is only there weekdays from 7-5. That's ok though since we didn't need any help. My only concern was the room door did not have a secondary lock for safety. Great Wifi. Great breakfast. We found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. The shower didn't drain well so it was flooding the bathroom floor, even with a quick shower. It barely had a separation between the shower area and bathroom floor.

Strange location, great hotel
This is a new, modern hotel with nice, spacious rooms. The benefit is a free breakfast in the morning with cooked-to-order eggs and other items perfect for a light breakfast. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were also nice but the showers leave a watery mess on the floor. Overall a nice stay. The downside is that there is not much in the direct area besides industrial buildings and a random casino.

It was frustrating not to be able to find anyone at the reception upon our arrival at night. After spending half an hour, we realized that it was self check-in. Could not figure out the Wifi code even though it was said that it was on the ticket. Same while checking out, there was no one at the reception in the morning. But clean hotel.

Arrived to an automatic check-in machine as the reception had closed only to find out the bar and restaurant were also closed despite having received an email saying that it would be open. This was particularly important for this hotel because there is nothing in the surrounding area and after five hours of driving we were not thrilled about having to get back in the car. This is not a hotel for a tourist, there was no information about what to do, where to go, etc. The hotel however is very lovely, new and modern. We asked for a double bed and had a twin was annoying but not the end of the world. Wouldn't recommend unless you are just passing through and looking for a comfortable hotel.

Alles soweit in Ordnung, der Check-in hat erstaunlich gut funktioniert. Frühstück war vielleicht ein bisschen dürftig aber dem Standard entsprechend. Was mir noch aufgefallen war, ich könnte die Raumtemperatur nicht ändern oder vlt. habe nur ich die Bedienung dafür nicht entdeckt. War aber nicht zu kalt.

Der Boden war staubig, eine erschlagenes Insekt an der Decke, das Zimmer roch muffig, der Abguss hat unangenehm gerochen, das Frühstück war 4 Arten fades Brot und Aufstriche, Wurst und Käse, Ei, Tee und Kaffee, Rezeption war am Wochenende nur kurzfristig besetzt, automatischer Check-In hat trotz pre-checkin erst beim dritten Anlauf funktioniert - die Abfrage ist drei Mal an verschiedenen Stellen abgebrochen, Frage nach Garageneinfahrt wurde von Nachtwächter mit „Ich arbeite hier noch nicht so lange beantwortet, duschboden war rötlich vom Blutorange Duschgel verfärbt, das Duschgel war bei Einzug leer, kein Bügeleisen trotz Eintrag auf Webseite am Wochenende verfügbar, Zimmerreinigung ohne Green Option bestand aus zusätzlicher WC Papier Rolle, kein Zimmer gemacht

Resturant sæson lukket trods det stod på hjemmesiden at der var resturant på hotellet og selv snack baren var ikke altid åben. Selvbetjening til tjeck ind/ud virkede ok, men en \"kold\" fornemmelse at komme til hotellet.
Savnede i den grad et køleskab på værelset når alt andet var lukket og fuldstændig håbløst at der ikke engang var en kaffemaskine på stedet, det var kun en i forbindelse med morgenmaden.

Hotel scheint neu und ist sauber. Check-in war eine Enttäuschung, sowohl der automatische Check-in, der nicht funktionierte, als auch der Service an der Reception. Zimmer so-la-la: Sauber und nett anzusehen, aber weder praktisch noch gemütlich. Frühstück gut, aber der Frühstückssaal wenig einladend: Optisch ok, aber die einzigen Plätze, die eingermassen angenehm wären, waren die ganze Zeit reseviert für Gruppen, die erst Stunden später auftauchen sollten. Irgendwie fehlt da der letzte Schliff. Leider auch sehr schlechte Lage im Industriegebiet.

This hotel looks newly built and is obviously styled in favor of the business traveler. Parking is free in the parking garage (you get access with your room key) and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. I recommend this hotel to any type of traveler, just be aware that this location might not be ideal for everyone. The supermarkets and points of interest are all a short drive away.

Also für mich war es gut bis auf das einzegen wo nicht gegangen ist. Ich Rufe die Nummer an wo war dann heisst es 30min warten danach jemand gekommen. Sie musste selber auch noch Anrufen und fragen wie es geht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht frisch. Fleisch und Käse sehr trocken, wurden def. am Vortag bereits geschnitten und dann nicht gebraucht. Es ehrt das Hotel, dass die Waren nicht einfach entsorgt wurden, doch sollte man sich über die Aufbewahrungsart Gedanken machen.

Ich hatte mich sehr auf meinen zweiten Besuch hier gefreut, aber leider hat das Hotel in einem Jahr mächtig abgebaut.
In der Dusche fand ich viele Haare auf den Fliesen, das Wasser war brühwarm und ließ sich nicht regeln. Vor dem Fenster lag ein altes Brot und das Bettlaken war fleckig.
Empfang war nur temporär besetzt, jedoch keine telefonische Kontaktmöglichkeit. Keine Begrüßung.
Auf meine Mail erhielt ich leider keine Stellungnahme außer das man hofft mich bald wieder begrüßen zu können.
So leider nicht mehr. Ein Gutschein wäre das mindeste gewesen!
