It was just a couple of blocks to walk to the local U station. The staff was friendly in the mornings. We did not pay for their breakfast in the parking was $25 a night. We loved our stay in Vienna!

Very cute hotel that is easily accessible via transit. The courtyard is very darling and the rooms are well kept, clean and comfy. Check in at the front desk was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again - it’s a very safe area (most of Vienna is very safe and walkable anyway, but this place is in a nice quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything.)

Upon my arrival, the receptionist told us AC is not available due to customer complaints on the noise. You can imagine a Summer night in August, over 27 degrees without AC. My friend refuse to go back to hotel room until 11pm when the temperature going down.
In return, the hotel offered us free breakfast while we were staying, appreciated. The breakfast is a highlight. Really good quality of food.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is walking distance to the city center. We couldn't hear other guests, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was relatively spacious. The AC was a big win during the hot days. Only complaint is that some lightbulbs in our room weren't replaced, even after we asked the front desk.

They have the nicest staff and a great location. When they say they are two minutes away from the subway they mean it, it only takes minutes to get to downtown.

We stayed here for the night before our flight home. Hotel is very close to public transport which was very convenient for us.
We prefer staying closer to the city centre. Since we were travelling through Europe and have already been to Vienna we didn’t mind the location.

The bathroom was spacious too and well maintained; however the shower door is not well installed and the water goes everywhere, we had to use one of the big towels to stop the water from going into the room which prevented us from taking a nice long shower and after a long day of travels and sightseeing.

Great location and friendly staff. Basic facilities and rooms need a bit of an update. There were noise issues on our first night. however staff were helpful and able to resolve the matter by moving us to another room.
We booked a twin room, however were given a double with two quilts. We were advised they don’t do twin rooms, so I’m not sure why this was advertised on here.

I came in early April and the weather was nice and cool at night. The rooms got a bit stuffy and the hotel isn’t allowed to run A/C until May 1. However, the manager gave me a fan to use which helped. The showers are super tiny and the water handles are sensitive. So every shower I managed to bump into the handle and turn it from comfortable to inferno or arctic ice. Otherwise, the breakfast is great, the people are nice, the place is quiet, safe, and clean. I would stay there again. Good value for the $.

A great location away from the main tourist area but within 3 mins of a metro station (so 10 mins from centre of Vienna). Excellent continental breakfast and good local ammenities (2 restaurants serving traditional Austrian food at a sensible price). If I was returning to Vienna I would certainly use this hotel again.

We selected this hotel hoping to get some work done in the room. The desk was nice and big. The room was spacious. The wifi was struggling for its life! I was connected, and then disconnected, and then barely connected before being disconnected again. We were on the 2nd floor, so not too far away from the lobby. Wifi seems to be a consistent issue among many travelers as indicated in their reviews. Also, watch out for the showers - it's a very small space, and one wrong bump against the faucet will result in the water temperature turning boiling hot or ice cold. And finally, the walls are quite thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors talking or slamming their doors.

We selected this hotel hoping to get some work done in the room. The desk was nice and big. The room was spacious. The wifi was struggling for its life! I was connected, and then disconnected, and then barely connected before being disconnected again. We were on the 2nd floor, so not too far away from the lobby. Wifi seems to be a consistent issue among many travelers as indicated in their reviews. Also, watch out for the showers - it's a very small space, and one wrong bump against the faucet will result in the water temperature turning boiling hot or ice cold. And finally, the walls are quite thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors talking or slamming their doors.

Hotel was adequate for our needs. The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable. We could not find the remote for the air conditioner, but the temperature it was set at was good. The TV is in an odd place, but we didn't watch much, so not an issue.
The shower temperature was an issue. The water would get VERY hot unexpectedly and the hot side of the water faucet got hot enough to burn skin. Be very careful.

This was a great stay. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were lovely! Easy tram and underground access! The underground was a 2 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was a good selection, but i would advise attending earlier in order to have a the full range of options (there was no bacon left).
The only issue we had, is that when we left for the day we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. In all the hotels we've stayed in this means do not make up the room or do not disturb. We do this for privacy as well as to make the housekeepers job easier, especially for short stays. In this instance when we returned from our day out we found the sign missing and our room made up. I'm not sure why this was done and our privacy not respected...

We faced a very unfortunate incident due to which we had to leave for Prague by taxi immediately. Farshad was so hospitable he helped us arrange for a taxi, he ensured that he made us feel relaxed and comfortable and his kind words really helped us during that difficult moment.
