We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a large dinning. It also has a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The furnishing is clean and modern. However, that particular apartment does not have air conditioning, while some other apartments in the building do. It was OK for us because we were there during spring time.

You can get to the hotel from the airport by subway costing 4.5 euro. Take S7 (not CRT because it costs 15 euro), change to the U4 train toward Heiligenstadt at Landstrasse station. Get off at the Friedensbrucke station. Once outside the station, go over the bridge. After 2 blocks, you will see the Boro Bakery and the apartment entrance is right next door.

The apartment has a front desk. However, it is only manned a few hours a day. On the day of arrival, the hotel will send you a passkey via email. At the front door, there is a dropbox with a numeric keypad. Enter the passkey, the door key to your apartment will come out. Thus even if you arrive during late hours, you can still get into the apartment. Hotel personnel also live in the apartment. In case of emergency, you may ring that apartment and talk to them via intercom.

Great stay for a couple days, convenient to both Underground and street train and bus, walkable distance to variety of dining places. Kitchen and dining utensils are highly appreciated and very clean as well, used them mostly for breakfast and very convenient not to rush out and have a hot coffee

My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most.

Ideal for a couple with grown up child on holiday. Very clean & comfortable would book again though might ask for higher floor as first floor was quite noisy with street traffic. Very easy to walk into Central Vienna in 20-25 minutes & plenty restaurants & supermarkets within minutes of apartment.

Pleasant place to stay!

Apartments are very nice and clean. We had all we needed there. The kitchen was great. Figuring out the washer/dryer combo machine was tricky. Parking was free on weekends but needed to purchase a parking ticket for two hours on Monday morning (charging started at 9) on a side street very close to the apartment. Other streets started at 7 or 8. The parking ticket was purchased at the train/tram station nearby and was very easy to do. I think it was about €5. There are parking garages around if you want to use them. Vienna is a large city with sites to see quite a distance from each other. The apartments are quite far from Schönbrunn palace but it was very easy to buy a tram ticket and ride around to see everything. You can purchase tickets once you get on them if you’d like.

I loved how centrally located Vienna Grand Apartments is in Vienna. Good, groceries, entertainment, and local culture was prevalent. I highly recommend this location because of how close it is to food and grocery stores. And everything you would want to see (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, etc) are all within walking distance or a short ÖBB ride.

The apartment was big and comfortable. The shower entry door was dirty, and the toilet area always had a foul smell. I was able to speak to speak to the front desk once in my stay of 5 nights.

Perfect for short business trip

Was the perfect location for my business trip as close to wear I was working. Good and easy transport links to get into main town centre. Apartment was just the right size and had everything I needed for my short stay. Plenty of supermarkets around to get food if self catering as I was. Staff were brilliant especially the Manager, Nina, who went out of her way to help me sort my luggage that was left behind by the airline during a transfer. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous apartments, great area. Apartment was immaculate and beautifully finished with quality furniture & appliances. Marked down solely due to poor check in. Keys are delivered remotely to a hatch on a panel by the main door. When room is ready they send you a code to obtain the key. We never received our code email. Upon landing at 3pm we texted, whatsapp'd, emailed and tried phoning but no contact. We even rang expedia for help as it was gone 5pm, dark and very cold and we felt stranded. Got to apartments but locked. Spotted a button on panel by door which made contact with someone via intercom who got us into our room. I was told that email had been sent to us but their internet sometimes goes down and this would be the reason for non delivery and the phones not working as well. Would still recommend 100% though and would stay again.

We had an amazing two bedrooms penthouse.
The hole building was renovated not to long ago and all facilities are brand new.
The apartment is large and spoiling, it has a fully equipped kitchen, it has nice and cozy livingroom with sofas and 65inches dmart TV including Netflix etc.
Dishwasher, dishwasher, washer machine, all you can ask for.
Location is excellent!! 7 euro taxi to the center,
Pharmacy, bakery, and some street food right next to the hotel, great hosting by Warren the king, always willing to help and assist.
This hotel is highly recommended by me , truly 5*
Best value for money!!!
I'll sure be back, and recommend to all of my friends who goes to Vienna, to stay at Vienna grand apartments.

Very nice spacious apartment in a good location close to metro and tram. Right next to 2 bakeries, close by are supermarkets and barbers. Nice restaurants too nearby. Very comfortable apartment, appreciated the free drinks in the fridge, on a Sunday afternoon an Uber ride to the airport was €21. Highly recommended.

Huge, clean rooms with everything you need, for including a kitchen and washer/dryer which is super convenient. 5 mins walk to U4 line which takes you to city center, Opera house, Naschmarkt and the Schonbrunn Palace direct. The neighbourhood is quiet so you can have a good rest at night, and plenty of food options around. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic apartment. It was spacious and very well appointed. As a coffee drinker I was very impressed by the nespresso coffee maker and a number of complimentary coffee pods. There were lots of other complimentary items in the fridge which would be very useful if you arrived after 8pm (which is when shops close). The property has the number 5 and 33 tram passing outside and the underground is about 150yds away. The beds were very conmfortable, each room had a large flat screen television. We would definitely recommend these city apartments

Beautiful apartments

Absolutely beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed and more for our stay. Check in and out was very efficient. The extra drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Only downside is that there is no air con but there was a fan in the bedroom that helped us sleep in the 30 degrees plus heat this summer. We found that pulling over the curtains during the day when we were away and closing the bedroom door stopped it was heating up too much and kept it slightly cooler than the rest of the apartment.

Very near a tube station, so easy to get around, the apartment building is very clean and tastefully modern - refreshingly so! The apartment followered the same trend - nice big rooms, beautifully decorated, especially liked the big screen TV. Full marks all round for the accommodation, but the highest marks go to the quite brilliant staff who were so friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about just about everything - faultless, friendly and fabulous. 10/10 plus!!!

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, all the amenties you could ask for, bedding very comfortable, spacious, massive tv screens unfortunately none in english so could not really watch but did not need as out most days anyway, kitchen amenties well thought out including microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, lots of cutlery even kichen paper and salt and pepper included. We stayed as a family of three in the penthouse suite for 6 nights, a real home away from home. Highly recommended when staying in vienna, we would definately come back if in vienna again perhaps in the summer this time to enjoy the lovely balcony.

The Vienna Grand Apartments were a great place to stay and we intend to go back again next time we are in Vienna. The service from the reception staff was excellent and I would like to thank them for their assistance both when we arrived and when we left. The facilities provided at the apartment were everything that we could have asked for even to the extent that we could have made international toll calls at no cot if we wanted to. The beds were very comfortable and the apartments are positioned in a local area so we were able to access food etc. at a reasonable price. Even though it snowed on our las day we were never cold as they are well heated.

The apartment was very spacious and in excellent condition. Very comfy double bed and quiet even though on a busyish road. Kitchen well provided with dishes, knives, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc. Also tablets for the washing machine. All appliances worked well. Nice walk along the river to the centre and good underground and tram links.very helpful reception staff.

After disappointing initial impression because of stained settees and dirty cracked glass pleased with large modern and quiet apartment close to good tram service. Would benefit from air conditioning , hard copy instructions for safe,tv and other machinery. Use of smart phone a great idea but would also benefit from more tourist info to read. Clean,light ,modern decor with impressive storage. Soap and better bathroom products needed. Bed excellent. Lift with good entrance decor.

In the city but away from the crowds

Very spacious one bedroom flat with a soft bed, modern furniture, and large screen TVs. The kitchen is compact, but has all the necessary facilities. The location is great, away from the large crowds of tourists, and is only a minute walk to either the metro or tram. We really got that local neighborhood vibe, which was a priority for us. It should be noted that not having air conditioning can be challenge, especially in the middle of summer. However, when we looked at the surrounding apartment buildings, nearly all their windows were open, so we weren't alone in dealing with the heat which obviously the staff has no control over. Otherwise, the property is definitely worth recommending.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vienna Grand Apartments. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Well equipped kitchen and it appears that the apartment (104) has recently been renovated. Up there with one of the best apartments we have stayed in.
Apartments are 200 metres from the local train station and about 10 minutes and you are in the city centre.
Bakery across the road and there is also an Aldi Supermarket around 400 metres away.
Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended

Superb accommodation fairly central,

A weekend for the girls in Vienna taking in the sights and the opera. Two adjoining apartments very clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed and appointed. Actually nothing negative to say. The distance from the central city we felt was a bonus. Lovely walk in along the water or metro ? Nearest station few minutes walk. Highly recommend.

This is a brilliant apartment in a great location (just a 20 minute walk down the picturesque river side from the historic centre). The accommodation was immaculate and definitely made our short stay with our one year old baby an holiday to remember.

My family really enjoyed our experience at Vienna Grand Apartments City. The location was great with easy access to public transportation. The apartment was spacious and clean. My only complaint has to do with the smart TVs in the apartment. There is clearly a glitch in their system. When we tried to watch TV, periodically--frequently--the TV would switch off to some other show. This happened repeatedly, and the fellow at the front desk had heard of this phenomenon, but did not have any solution for the problem. This was the only issue in an otherwise wonderful experience at the Vienna Grand.
