We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example.

Small little cozy hotel near to all amenities

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).

We booked Ibis for the Taylor Swift concert, that unfortunately did not happen. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff at reception. They had a bracelet making station and TS tunes playing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and taking transit to the city centre.

The room was a great set up for a family of four. The room was a decent size and more than enough space for a two night stay.

The city centre is 15 mins by tram from the hotel and has a grocery store close by. Highly recommend and would go back again.

Most comfortable beds in the world! SOOOO comfy. Staff super nice. The streetcars 38 and 37 are outside so easy to go north or south and 1 block away you can get on the U4. So convenient. Many grocery stores a block away and of course the Leo Wiener Wurst stand. Super delicious. Great place to stay and very reasonable.

I arrived late in the evening, the room assigned had a strong noise from the air conditioning even when it was switched off: I went down and then up with the girl at the reception, she realized the issue, we went down to change the room. The new room had no electricity, I went down explaining the situation; the lady came to the room, she realized the problem and changed once again the room. The third room (after almost 30 minutes wasted) was fine but in the night there was a strong noise from outside so don't expect to sleep well!
They had zero flexibility about check out time.

Ibis Styles Wien is e beautiful colorful hotel with clean rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Mind you that it is not in the centre of Vienna but the connections with the metro is fast and they run every 3 to 4 minutes. The metro prices are also very cheap so you can move very easy through Vienna. So you get an excellent hotel for a good price.

Comfortable and eco friendly

Comfortable stay with functioning AC! This was the only hotel of the 3 we stayed in Vienna during our travels that actually educated guests about how city water is brought in from the Alps and how the tap water is the best in taste and quality. We had a lower floor so street noise (sirens) was some nuisance overnight despite the soundproof rooms. Breakfast included and tasty typically Austrian fare.

Great for weekend trip

We went to a wedding in Vienna and stayed in Ibis Styles hotel. The hotel was very clean comfortable and modern. Great air con in the room. The breakfasts were brilliant with lots of choice.
The receptionists were always very helpful as we asked for advice about where to get the tram, trains etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others .

הייתה,נסענו למגרש חניה בתשלום
הזמנו שאטל הסעה לשדה תעופה בדלפק של המלון בתשלום של 55 יורו.
בליל הטיסה הגיעו 2 מוניות וביקשו מאיתנו תשלום 72 יורו.למרות שרשום באתר של המלון שיש להם שרות הסעות.
החוויה של המלון הפכה להיות יותר יקרה מהצפויה.
והמלון לא לקח אחריות על עניין המוניות.
חוץ מזה חדר שרותים לא אטום וכל הריחות מתנדפים אל תוך החדר.
מעבר לכך המלון היה נקי ומתאים למלון מעבר לפני או אחרי טיסה ללילה או שני לילות

I was travelling with my wife and 2 kids, we spent 3 nights at the Ibis Styles hotel and were really, really impressed with the room, the service and breakfast. The location is really good, but we still had a 72-hour Vienna City card which allowed us to use the public transport without any limits. And I need to admit that the public transport they have in Vienna is superb. In general, a superb stay and I'd recommend Ibis Styles to anyone fellow traveller

Simple, minimalistic hotel. Very compact rooms. Biggest complaint—the A/C would turn off in certain intervals which disrupted my sleep, and often made for a slightly warm room at times. The staff at reception and breakfast hands down were top-notch. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk for demonstrating world-class hospitality and being incredibly accommodating to me as a guest—a highlight of my stay. Thank you also to Martina at the breakfast for her kindness and help in accommodating my dietary restrictions for breakfast.

Very basic budget hotel as IBIS is expected to be. A small clean room with toilet and shower - this is what you have. For me, it was just what I wanted.
Nice location, next to public transportation: U-bahn station (line U6) and tramway stop for lines 37 and 38 literally next to place. Railway station Spittelau and U-bahn line U4 is 4 min walk.
Do not bother with their breakfast - you can get better in town for twice less money. Very convenient coffee machine in the lobby (except morning, of course). Each time very carefully check what you are signing to avoid embarrassing misunderstanding later.

Great hotel and the staff were so warm and welcoming. IN the area it was easy to find good eats as well. I liked the mobile phone they give you to use. It turned out that I shattered my phone on day one of my trip and having that mobile phone was fantastic, as I was able to keep up with family and use Google Maps to navigate. The rooms were clean and quiet.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was always atentive and did a fantastic job: housekeeping and front desk. They have cell phones for the guests with free internet and a personal number you can share. We took the cell with us while exploring the city. Also, I had an emergency in the US and thanks to the phone I was able to manage multiple phone calls at no charge. My room was spacious, super clean, and felt safe in the area and the hotel in general. My only suggestion: improve the blackout curtains.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay or business trip, not much to do in the area but the U Bahn run alongside. The area is a bit run down so the hotel is only really somewhere to stay.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast offers a good variety and the room was very modern. A good little hotel.

We loved our stay here!!! Spent 5 nights here and managed to check the Viennese attractions and also spent one day in the country side which I strongly recommend!!!
Rooms are small but are very well designed.
Reception staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, changed promptly our booking from one large room to two double rooms. Thank you Julia for being so helpful and trying so hard to please the customers.
Breakfast gets crowded indeed but it has everything of Austrian menu including great bread variety.

It was a good stay, but expensive for what it was. We had to change rooms once though because of the smell, and the wifi died for a day and a bit. We wanted to have laundry done and it was never picked up, breakfast is alright but be there early, the eating area is SMALL and it gets crowded.

The place is hip and young and has good style, good location though.

Delicious breakfast buffet to start off your day including cold cuts, bread, pastries, eggs, juice, coffee, tea. The breakfast often held me through till dinner thus saving me money and time as I toured Vienna. The staff were extremely accommodating. I liked that the lounge area had free coffee ( lattes, cappuchino, chococoffee) and tea until 10 pm. My travel group would often meet up in the lounge and share stories and notes about our day before heading to bed.

Friendly Hotel - Familiar and Convenient

I have stayed here several times with my family but this was the first time alone. It remains a good option so far as I am concerned personally though it is not particularly well placed for tourist attractions and is at the junction of a busy road with trams and trains scuttling to and fro'. The sound proofing is excellent and there is no traffic noise, so though it is not an especially picturesque location it is fine and very convenient with a good basic standard but no frills. I took a smaller room than I have used previously with my family, which was comfortable and adequate but had few of the little luxuries that hotels often provide. (Forget about the chocolate on the pillow or the mini-bar - it is not that kind of place.) But it is clean and decent and was fine for me, with a most comfortable bed - even though it was just a few yards above the traffic of the urban highway.

Ia a good hotel for one or two nights.
The breakfast is OK
You should ask for a room at high floor. The rooms at first floor are very noisy.
The heating of the room is made by an air condition machine, and is noisy over the night.
The restroom (WC) is separate from the room with a curtain glass who don't keep the smells away.

There is nothing to eat at the hotel in the evening - not even any real bar snacks. This was an unpleasant surprise (but I blame myself for not asking in advance). I also didn't like the smell of the lobby. Made me feel like at a railway station. Also, staff at the front desk was hardly friendly and seemed rather thoughtless and disinterested. There was just one person there as I came to check in and she wanted me to stand and wait and watch other people filling out their check-in form, instead of giving me my own form to fill out at another counter in the meantime. Seemed like she was not quite happy with my suggestion that I could be given my form and start filling out - as if I was really making her doing 5 things at the same time. Having said all that, I was really happy with my room. Provided the price will be good, I would surely come back for convenient location and nice, simple, clean design. I will just ignore whims of the front desk.
