It’s a family run establishment and the rooms are spacious and quiet although the microwave and TV are very dated. All requests we made were attended to quickly although reception is only open at certain times. Good location with a bus or tram stop right outside and central Vienna only about 10-15 mins. It’s about 30 mins tram ride from Vienna HBF. All up, we would recommend.

Really helpful and friendly. Immediate area has selection of cafes etc and a quick 20 min tram ride right into centre. Furniture may be a little old school but fits vibe of Vienna and clean and comfy - bathroom and shower sizeable and works well. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

We recently stayed during the work week at the Mondial. We loved our stay and would stay again in a return trip. The rooms were clean and quiet and had a nice view. The location was very convenient to the University and to train and bus lines. The receptionists were very kind.

Vienna is an easy city to get around so I didn't need to be right in the centre; the location was perfect to get to the conference at the University and elsewhere.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The apartment was spacious and well kept up. It was 2 minutes walk from one tram stop and 5 minutes to another tram stop at Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The staff were super helpful. This was a great choice!

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a family touch, which helps you feel safe as a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to public transit, and there's plenty of dining and grocer options within a 2-5 minute walk. They upgraded me to a better room for free and let me check in early. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Very nice apartments a bit out of the coty centre. Close to two metro stops and next door to a shpermarket. Room is spacious and clean. Shower is a tad small and bed would benefit from an extra pillow. Overall very happy with this place!

I really enjoyed my time here! The staff were really friendly and everyday you came home to a clean room.
The public transport links in Vienna are great. Even though the hostel is a little bit out of the main town area; it’s so close to all the different types of public transport that nothing is more than a 20 minute journey.

It's a home-like experience. The room is humongous for one person. It's quaint and stylish. Laundry is free. The reception people are lovely. Location is very convenient. The only thing is that some things are very old--such as the faucet, which is VERY hard to turn on--but that didn't bother me very much. The \"gym\" is defunct--there are 3 equipments next to the washing machine that don't work--which served as the only and biggest source of disappointment for me.

We stayed in a studio which had all we needed, fully equiped kitchen, balcony, bathroom and lounge area. The studio was very clean and we had access to a laundry. Would definitely return.

A bit out of the way but otherwise good.

Next to a main road but my room was quiet. Balcony (which I didn't use), good facilities, WIFI actually stronger than what I have at home, only slightly annoying thing was the shower head was huge and a bit unwieldy, but then I have small hands.

Very nice hotel with a tram stop & shopping around the corner. Stayed for a week to see family & the room had everything; large TV, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc. for a long stay. Good size room with strong WiFi. Staff were very nice & helpful. Laundry on premises as well as breakfast availability.

Fantastic 2016 celebration in Vienna

It was an excellent experience, and, if I will come again, I will check the availability in this hotel first. I've had studio. Honestly, I expected it to be smaller. Everything was convenient, nice looking and clean. Location of the hotel is
wonderful. Hotel Staff is awesome, very polite and highly educated. So it was perfect and enjoyable time for me.

If you are visiting Vienna for a tour, this place is bit far from the city center. U-line was 10 minute walk. If you don't mind the distance, it's nice. There's a market not even a block away for all your needs. People at the front desk were very nice and accommodating.

Nice hotel close to the American Embassy and about 3 blocks from the Metro. Very helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast for an extra €11 per person. Nice clean, comfortable room. Would stay again and recommend highly to other travelers.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Vienna!!

Very impressed with our accommodations. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room, which consisted of 2 bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen combination, huge flat screen TV, lovely location, tasty breakfast. The property is well maintain, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and stay again at this hotel, when we get another chance to visit Vienna. Location is very close to the public transportation.

We liked this hotel and the people who work there very much! The building itself was erected in 1900, so it has all the character and ambiance of the era. Beautiful staircase and so on. Obviously the hotel was renovated multiple times but didn't loose its charm. The neighborhood is great, the American embassy just next door to you :). We love our walks to the Center of he most magnificent city in the world - Vienna. It takes less than 20 min, you can take a public transportation if you are not up for walking, but this way you are going to miss a lot of beautiful streets! If you arrived by car then ask Christian about the parking, he can give you tip for the parking which is only 7 min away (driving) and only 3 euro per day :) (free for weekends). You can keep your car there while you are in Vienna. That parking is just 4 stations from the city center. The hotel is super clean, their clean ladies doing outstanding job! I would like to say personal thanks to Christian, Michel, Angelica and Marcus who are just super nice and delightful people who made us feel like home. They are great source of any information you may need and hotels collection of information brochures is outstanding. Never the less - check online: a lot of museums have great deals on combination tickets as well as on Thursday some of them open till 9pm and one day of the month some of them are for free.

Above and beyond!

Hotel/apartment was very quaint, in a nice quite neighborhood not far from the tram stop. Nice walk to the city center. I can't say enough about the staff. So helpful. Angelica went out of her way to give us directions and suggestions, I really thought she was the owner not just an employee. Apartment was clean, comfy and homey. We loved it.

A great 'home from home' apartment, well located for transport to the centre and, thanks to the triple glazing, surprisingly quiet. Well equipped (including a massive TV!). Friendly staff and overall a very pleasant stay.

客室は広々としていて毎日の清掃も来てくれたのでとても良い時間を過ごせました。
キッチンや洗濯機なども利用できて助かりました。

Purtroppo l'esperienza con la struttura è stata veramente spiacevole: la cancellazione della prenotazione non è andata a buon fine entro il termine e nonostante i numerosi contatti sia da parte mia che degli operatori di Expedia (neanche loro sono riusciti a cancellare la prenotazione) e l'iniziale intenzione manifestata dalla struttura, alla fine ci è stato addebitato l'intero importo del soggiorno.
Questo non è ovviamente illegittimo, ma dopo aver spiegato le problematiche legate alla cancellazione e l'assicurazione anche da parte di Expedia di non pretenderenullain casodimancatoaddebito, ci saremmo aspettati un atteggiamento più conciliante e magari l'addebito solo di una parte del costo del soggiorno.
