The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel.

KH Apartments was excellent, from the booking to leaving, everything was superb. The apartments are an excellent location, you can walk to everywhere within central Vienna from here. They were very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

The property itself was pretty nice albeit very warm and we could not figure out how to cool the apartment down (more below). I would note that the bedroom door is fully glass and the bathroom door partially transparent glass so privacy may be an issue. Useful to have a separate loo from the bathroom thought. We used some of the services in the apartment such as the fridge, iron and dishes which were all pretty standard. One frustration in the bedroom is that the mirror and socket are too far away from each other to comfortably dry your hair and whilst there was a dressing table with chair, it had no mirror available. the check in process was the only real issue I had - we had email instructions to call when half an hour away which I did and had to leave an answer machine message - the lady called back shortly afterwards but as we were on a train by that point it was hard to hear. We had to press a buzzer on the door of the building and were simply handed a set of keys - there was no real welcome and the apartment wasn't actually ready at that point as it was still being cleaned. Not a major issue but we had already advised our time of arrival. There was nothing (that we could find) in the apartment that provided any information about the contents such as instruction manuals, heating/cooling, emergency contacts or even information about the city beyond one tourist map. I realise it is self catering but it did feel a bit too impersonal for me.

Excellent location. Everything is walkable from the apartment. Lovely small studio flat perfect for 2. It says a full kitchen but only 2 hob rings. No microwave or toaster or oven. So snacks were a bit limited. Nice clean shower room. Very easy to call for keys on arrival.

Check-in was a breeze! (< 3 minutes and we were on our way up to the apartment). The apartment itself was quite spacious - especially compared to a typical European hotel room. Well furnished for the most part. Couch could have been a bit softer but overall has everything you need. We expected a hair dryer and when wasn't found a quick text resulted in one showing up later that day so crisis averted! I did have some cleanliness concerns as after walking around the apartment for a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black with dirt, and the oven still had melted cheese or something hanging from the rack and affixed to the bottom. The freezer also appeared to be broken without notice of such. Water pressure was excellent, shower functional and a nice deep tub. I would definitely stay here again if the few minor complaints were addressed. This was far and away more comfortable than a hotel would have been and at less than the typical price for one. Within 5 minute walk of Karlsplatz metro stop, numerous restaurants and a grocery store.

Great Apartment, Terrible Service
Let me first start by saying the apartment itself was in good condition and comfortable but that is where the positivity ends. Upon arrival, I was simply handed a key by a stranger with no further instructions. There is no check-in desk. Not a big deal...until you have questions. I also was surprised as this is apparently a group of apartments owned by an individual in different locations. My apartment was 1.1 miles from where the location was listed on Hotels.com. This was a problem due to my being their for work and I chose this hotel specifically for location. No AC. Common in Europe but an unlisted find. There was an issue with the wifi during my stay which I messaged and informed Kimi Apartments about. Even though the message said it was \"Read\" and timestamped, there was never a response. Somehow the wifi was fixed upon my return to the apartment so I don't know if they came inside or not without me being there and without telling me. Then it gets worse. I messaged Kimi Apartments regarding how the check out process worked since I had a physical key and no one to leave it with. They never responded and there was no record of reading the message. Then the next morning, when I was supposed to check out, I messaged again, still no response. Called Hotels.com once, messaged with Hotels.com for over 30 minutes and Kimi Apartments would not answer for them either. Needless to say I missed a non-refundable train ticket due to their lack of service. I will never stay here again.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable for a family!
The Apartment was in a great location, 5 minute walk from the Vienna Opera House. Directly behind Karlskirche. Two nice rooms, with a small kitchenette were handy with a couple of small kids. Beds were comfortable. Kimi Apartments were very accommodating in letting us check in directly after an overnight flight, even though it was a few hours before the normal scheduled check in time. Recently modernised apartment in lovely old building close to Rathaus. Nice fittings, good quality. Tiny kitchenette but with all the essentials. Close to trams and underground system. Good, cheap restaurant on ground floor of same building.

Unusually big modern apartment; and clean. Excellent, central location within walking distance of everything. Main problem are the windows which are not sound proof, despite the apartment being located next to two major multi-lane streets. Impossible to sleep after 6.00 am due to the excessive car noise.

Fint værelse med køkken og bad som beskrevet. Lejligheden lå dog ikke på den adresse der oprindeligt er opført. Heldigvis skrev jeg til udlejer angående den ankomst og fik ved den lejlighed den rigtige adresse. Ikke langt fra Haus des Meeres.
Sengen var for blød. Ellers et fint ophold i et rent og hyggeligt værelse ikke langt fra gågade, U bahn og med (morgenmads) caféer lige udenfor døren og to små supermarkeder inden for 50m.

ATTENTION, l’appartement n’est pas du tout en centre-ville comme indiqué, mais à 4km en périphérie (à proximité du U4 Pilgramgasse), dommage on vous l’annonce 24h avant votre arrivé … les prix changent entre le centre-ville et la périphérie.
Pour le reste l’appartement correspond aux photos, très accueillant et propre, il manque juste une microonde pour être au top.
L’hôte répond rapidement aux messages, mais à convenance, genre pour l’adresse qui n’était pas la bonne, gros silence.

The location was diffent from the one written on hotels.com. We were told that we should have noted the correct one written on the email they’d sent. (In other words we were supposed to compare the addresses and understand that they were different and then note the correct one!) so for the second time we had to take a taxi to go to yhe apartment. There was no kettle in the kitchen. No soup for the dishwasher. So we had to wash the dishes by hand. The cleaness of the kitchen wasn’t good. The location was not good enough. It was not far from the state opera house though.ıf i come to wien again, I would definetly not prefer to stay there. So i don’t recomend this apartment to anyone.

L'adresse de l'appartement indiquée sur le site n'est pas la même qu'en ville : surprise, arrivé à l'adresse du site, un mot sur la porte avec la vraie adresse à l'autre bout de la ville ! Cependant logement très bien situé, juste derrière un monument principal, proche de toutes commodités. La personne qui remet les clefs n'est absolument pas aimable.

周辺のホテルの価格と比較するとかなりお得ですが、いくつか注意が必要です。
・HPの記載はオフィスの住所で、実際のアパートはブルク劇場の裏にあります。
・到着時刻をメールで伝えて、チェックインのために係の人に来てもらう必要があります。
・建物のドアを開けて（夜間は施錠）中に入り、エレベータで６階（D階）に上がると、一画がKimi's Apartmentsです。
・４泊しましたが、部屋の掃除やゴミ処理、シーツ交換はありませんでした。２泊目に偶然係の人に会ったのでタオルは交換してもらいましたが、通常はタオル交換もなさそうです。
・アメニティーはシャンプー兼用の小さな液体ソープがあるだけです。歯ブラシ等の他、シャンプーと石鹸またはボディーソープを持参した方が良いです。ドライヤーはありました。
・電子レンジ完備と書いてありますが、実際にはありませんでした。
・洗濯機が無いので、長期滞在には不便です。
・高低２つのテーブルがありましたが、デスクが無いので、仕事はほとんどできませんでした。
・コーヒーメーカーがありましたが、コーヒー自体が宿泊分ありませんでした。
不便な点が多々ありましたが、価格を考えると許容範囲だと思います。
立地はとても良く、周囲は静かで治安も良好でした。

・HPの記載はオフィスの住所で、実際のアパートはブルク劇場の裏にあります。
・到着時刻をメールで伝えて、チェックインのために係の人に来てもらう必要があります。
・建物のドアを開けて（夜間は施錠）中に入り、エレベータで６階（D階）に上がると、一画がKimi's Apartmentsです。
・４泊しましたが、部屋の掃除やゴミ処理、シーツ交換はありませんでした。２泊目に偶然係の人に会ったのでタオルは交換してもらいましたが、通常はタオル交換もなさそうです。
・アメニティーはシャンプー兼用の小さな液体ソープがあるだけです。歯ブラシ等の他、シャンプーと石鹸またはボディーソープを持参した方が良いです。ドライヤーはありました。
・電子レンジ完備と書いてありますが、実際にはありませんでした。
・洗濯機が無いので、長期滞在には不便です。
・高低２つのテーブルがありましたが、デスクが無いので、仕事はほとんどできませんでした。
・コーヒーメーカーがありましたが、コーヒー自体が宿泊分ありませんでした。
不便な点が多々ありましたが、価格を考えると許容範囲だと思います。
立地はとても良く、周囲は静かで治安も良好でした。

Super zentral , ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen... viele zu Fuß . Trotzdem mega ruhig zum Innenhof. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos sowie die gesamte Kommunikation . Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Kommen gerne wieder und werden es auch weiterempfehlen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten Wien einfach nur genießen . 👍👍👍

O apartamento é excelente, com localização perfeita e muito limpo (a Internet funciona muito bem). Apenas não gostei do check-in pois além de ter uma taxa muito alta para ser feito após as 22h00 (EUR30) não é possível fazer após a meia noite e isso me causou um grande problema (meu voo atrasou e cheguei depois da meia noite, tive que procurar outro lugar para dormir). Apesar dessa inconveniência, tudo está descrito nas especificações do hotel e o lugar é excelente.

Das Appartement 26 bietet sehr viel Platz und ist modern eingerichtet. Ruhig Lage und kurze Wege zu den Öffis. In der kleine Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, einschl. kleine Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel). Was ich mir noch gewünscht hätte: Gästehandtücher und Halter im WC.

The room is big and well furnished. Stiĺl as an appartment is very small. Also not easy to open a window for ventilation. Kitchen small but sufficiently equiped. I was disappointed that no tea/coffee/water was available at arrival. The location is very good, in the center but also near tube/tram/bus.

Nos fue maravilloso. No tiene recepción , pero nos comunicamos al llegar por Wats app y en 5 minutos vinieron a darnos la llave. El barrio es inmejorable. Cerca de todo! Muy elegante. Buenos transportes muy cerca del edificio ( 200 metros) estábamos en el departamento número 2 que tenía una cocina completa , heladera, la calefacción excelente, terraza. Volvería siempre sin dudarlo.Excelente estadía. Muy amables!
