The family-owned The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection returns fresh and unique. The newly designed boutique hotel is centrally and yet quietly located in the authentic Serviten Quarter off the beaten tourist tracks.

Enjoy the lively and authentic neighborhood with trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques! The Ringstrasse and its iconic buildings are within walking distance, as is St.

Stephen’s Cathedral. Tram and subway stations are located very close to the hotel.

Reserved parking spaces for guests are available at a fee. The new The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection offers 66 rooms with modern facilities and natural Viennese elegance in a classical Otto Wagner building.

An individual touch is given to the rooms thanks to the paintings by the artist Luis Casanova Sorolla. They show the traces of a dance performance and transform each room of the boutique hotel into a unique art experience.

Great location with convenient public transportation just a few steps away. The breakfast was delicious. Afternoon tea and cake were very relaxing. The staff is very kind and helpful, making me feel at home. I definitely going to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My stay at this hotel was lovely. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated with a dance theme. The staff are kind, very hard working and friendly. They have tea and cake in the lobby in the afternoon. Breakfasts were very good with everything you need. The hotel is not in a touristy area but walking distance to downtown shops and some sites. The transit hub is a seven minute walk. The area is residential with wine bars, a gorgeous old church, restaurants, flower shops etc. More of a local feel which I love. Lots of variety for eating out.
My room was very nice, spacious with a safe, ironing board , iron, kettle tea and coffee, hair dryer. Very clean. It was quiet due to it not being in a tourist district. I am so glad I picked this hotel for a two week stay. Vienna is a beautiful city and this hotel was a big part of my stay. Thanks to the wonderful hotel staff.

The staff were generally great however in the 3 days and 4 nights we stayed the TV didnt work for 2 days and the sink had a broken U bend which took reporting twice to fix. Water was all over the floor and was a slip hazard. Now i know a TV being broken isnt the end of the world but when you have been out all day and you come back before bed you want to be able to unwind before turning in. The hotel was quite casual about them not working and didn't seem bothered about it. If you have a choice i'd chance somewhere else.

Fabulous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast buffet serving up until 10:30am. Even have a free tea and cake service from 3-6pm in the lounge. A limited bistro menu from 6pm if you don’t want to go out. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city break- 2km walk from Stephensplatz. Quiet, comfortable rooms with great bathroom.

Great hotel. Can’t fault the staff - super helpful with tips on getting around and what to see. Breakfast was good quality, plentiful with a wide range catering for all tastes. Our room was large and very clean. Also warm, which was really important as we were staying in late December. During our stay the hotel provided afternoon tea and homemade cake in the ground floor reception area - all complementary and a really nice touch. The hotel is well located for transport the D tram is minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We had a short stay (just 2 nights) after a 2 weeks vacation, to recuperate. It’s about 25-20 min drive from the Vienna central station, We found it very clean and elegant. We were welcomed with some nice treats, hotel room was spacious enough. The overall service was excellent, the breakfast was included and had a wide range in of healthy options.

The hotel provides a complimentary tea and cake in the evening in a nice setting where you can listen to some nice classical music or read the daily papers in a very relaxed setting.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited Vienna during the Christmas time and they provided a list of all the Christmas's markets, suggestions for restaurants, and a map for sightseeing. The continental breakfast is above average and the afternoon tea and homemade cake is a nice touch. The hotel is located next to a tram station which makes going to the city center and other areas of the town easy.

The only downside here is the toilet.. (maybe it was just our room) which for some odd reason is not level with the rest of the room and despite of a red caution tape you constantly have to catch yourself going in the the toilet or bumping your toe leaving the it which can be hazardous for elderly or people with knee problems like yours truly!

I stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and helpful the staff were. They were always on hand with useful information and made check-in and local travel a breeze. The hotel itself was quiet and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was a good — fresh, tasty, and with enough variety to suit different preferences. The location is also a big plus: just a short walk to the tram, which made getting around super convenient.

The only small issue was that bottled water wasn’t provided daily in the room, which would have been appreciated.

Aside from that, everything else was spot on.
Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and well-located stay in the city.

We really enjoyed our six night stay in a comfort room at The Harmonie Hotel. The hotel is in a great position for seeing the sights - a 20 minute walk to the centre or catch a tram around the corner recomnend taking the tram to and from the train station too - very easy and alot cheaper than a taxi . The hotel staff are all so lovely and can't do enough to help. We went to two great Austrian restaurants recommended by a receptionist D'Landstadt and Tante Liesel both lovely and local. The room was super clean comfortable and quiet. Just a tiny improvement would be a mirror where you can sit to do mske up/ hair. Otherwise - perfect. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and the free tea and cake served between 3-6pm was a real treat. We left for an early flight at 6am and the staff organised breakfast boxes for us which was just brilliant. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. We will be back one day for the Christmas market's! Thankyou.

My premium double bed room was well appointed with fine quality complimentary bed linens, teas, coffee, sugars, a super fast heating water kettle, fragrant herbal bath soaps and body lotion. Housekeepers competently cleaned my room each day of my 8 day visit. I especially enjoyed the outstanding variety of delicious breakfast foods and flavorful cakes during afternoon tea. All staff members I interacted with were warmly friendly, efficient, and helpful!

This is usually rare for me to say, but our stay here was excellent. 1: very clean modern room (407) and bathroom with plenty of space. 2: courteous and helpful staff. 3: full breakfast with ALL areas covered and then some. 4: excellent safe location, the D tram stop is only a couple minutes (4) walk away and can take you around the whole ringstrasse, to metro lines, and even to the Upper Belvedere. We highly recommended this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Super hotel. For its star rating this was the best hotel on our trip of 7 hotels in 6 cities. The font desk staff were amazing and helpful. There was Evan an afternoon tea to enjoy to have a treat. The room was great! The breakfast was delicious if a bit crowded. The gym is very small and has no space for any floor exercises/yoga but there were a couple of machines if that’s your thing - important to note the desk team made this clear when pointing it out so as to tamp down expectations. I will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Vienna.

The Harmonie in Vienna was a really fantastic hotel - we had a room for three people and it was spacious and accommodated all three of us with no problems at all. The breakfast was simply amazing with so much choice - the hotel was around a 20 minute walk to the main areas in the centre of Vienna and only 9 minutes from a Hop Off Hop On bus stop at the Votive Church -all the staff were friendly, professional and very eager to help - one particular staff member Sarvota (hope I have spelt that correctly) greeted us every day with a smile and wanted to hear how our day was etc and was always happy to assist us with anything. The hotel also serves free tea and coffee with cakes from 3.00 to 6.00pm and has a bar open till 10.30 and I can highly recommend the Lillet Spritz - I can honestly say the Harmonie Vienna is a truly wonderful place to stay in Vienna and would be highly recommended by me and my friends.

Very nice boutique hotel with a lovely check-in service. Pet friendly and nice amenities. Only negative was the lack of room service in the evening despite saying that it is available. Very confusing and a bit chaotic on our first night.

The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms had a uniquely wonderful dance theme throughout the hotel. Other than room service confusion, I would happily recommend this small gem.

Only really let down by a few niggles... The fitness centre is over crowded with machines that only worked intermittently, but better than nothing.
No coffee machine in a premium room, which was disappointing.
Someone had gone to a great deal of effort to make sure that every time you turn the shower on it floods the bathroom floor.
However, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, nice sofa, wifi that's good enough to stream videos or join video calls without issue.
Very little noise from adjacent rooms or outside. Windows that actually open. HVAC that warms or cools the room quickly - even at -5 outside, with the AC turned off, the room was slightly too warm for me.

Would have been nice if it had an actual bar and a restaurant for dinner not just breakfast, but overall a nice place to stay.

The hotel is out of the centre but close to the D tram which cross connects with other routes to go just about anywhere you might want to go. We enjoyed our initial stay and when our flight home was cancelled we were quite happy to stay on a day longer. The hotel is big enough to have good facilities but small enough to be friendly and caring.

Room 201 is too small. Room needs a lamp as halogen lights are too bright with no dimmer. Mushroom soup was served cold. Young staff seemed liked trainees and were not useful. Seats at breakfast are dirty and stained.
Afternoon tea and cakes are a nice touch. Gentleman on front desk is good.
I paid about £1000 for 3 nights and that was poor value.
I’d love to return to Vienna one day but will stay somewhere else.

Parking was terrible and cost around £12 per day (parking was about a 5 min walk away from hotel) I wasn’t going to lay €26 per day for hotel parking. All in all clean and great breakfast. A little walk from the centre and the markets but plenty of transport links nearby.If wanting to get around on public transport purchase a 24/48/72hrs pass this will enable you to get around Vienna without too much fuss(far cheaper than the tour buses).
Breakfast had plenty of choices and the hotel does free tea and cakes of an afternoon which is great if you need a break.
Would definitely use the hotel again if staying in Vienna.
